2007 Honda Odyssey Lx Mini Passenger Van 4-door 3.5l on 2040-cars
Vilonia, Arkansas, United States
I own this vehicle free and clear and I'm am the first owner. The vehicle has low miles for it's age. I purchased it in Jacksonville, FL where it was later transferred to Honolulu, HI, and just recently the vehicle was moved to Arkansas. This vehicle was never driven rough or abused. There are some blemishes in the paint around the body where I began to correct with Genuine Honda paint, but never had a chance to blend those spots in. I keep regular maintenance up-to-date and Honda has replaced the following:
-Timing belt -A/C compressor -Rotors and brakes -All factory recalls are current I modified it a bit by adding: -LED muilt-color lighting to the AC vents and under the dash and the seats. -20" Black Rims -Chrome Pillars -Alpine Touch Display DVD -Rear DVD Player w/ 20" drop down TV -Viper Alarm w/ auto start (the alarm fuse is pulled, missing antenna and remotes) -Rear backup camera (disconnected) All the above was professionally installed. This vehicle was lucky enough to be in three separate accidents where it was hit in the rear driver's side bumper all three times. The bumper was replaced three times and the tail light assembly once. There is no damage to the vehicle frame. The Viper alarm is missing the antenna, which was removed to replace the front windshield from rock damage. I believe it was stuffed in the overhead by the repair person, but I never checked. I pulled the fuse hoping to find the antenna and lost the remotes. The system requires the antenna and remotes. The Alpine touch display works great, but the DVD player skips DVDs. The CD Player works without problems. There is a second DVD player in the dash that plays for the 20" TV, but also displays on the Alpine to. The Pioneer backup camera is disconnected from the Alpine radio. There is a break in the line running to the camera causing to to work intermittently. I haven't had time to fix it. This vehicle has 20" black rims with some chrome added to the side pillars; this all looks sharp! Click the link below to see a video Test Drive of the vehicle:- http://youtu.be/heyDbZFCP7s Overall, the van is in great shape. I'm selling it because I need an 8 passenger van and this one is a 7. Otherwise, it wouldn't be listed on eBay. Payment: $500.00 deposit into Paypal is required at the end
of auction within 24HOURS of sale end or sale is void. Balance to be paid in
cash- so the paper work can be SIGNED
and title GIVEN at the time of pickup. if for some reason you prefer to pay
with a cashiers check, vehicle and title will not be released until payment
clears my bank. Vehicle shipments must be arranged and coordinated by the buyer. Please ask all questions prior to purchase. If you have a lot of questions, email and I will send you my phone number. Thanks for your interest and good luck! |

Watch two Acura NSXs scorch the Nurburgring
Sat, Aug 12 2017Some intrepid spy shooter captured these two Acura NSXs blasting around the Nurburgring. Without being there in person with a decibel meter, it's hard to tell if they're necessarily louder than stock cars, but they sure seem quick. Why test the cars now, when they've been on sale for a while now? Rumors are swirling that this could be a hardcore variant. It's unclear if Honda would call it a Type R, but a midlife refresh with a bit more power or a special limited edition with some extra kick wouldn't be unprecedented. The original NSX had several such models, and recent sports cars like the S2000 had low-volume editions, like the Club Racer variant in the United States and the Type S in Japan. Watch the video and draw your own conclusions about what this is or isn't. One thing's for sure: It's not a pure-EV variant. In other things recent about the NSX, we learned last month that an NSX GT3 non-hybrid race car version will go on sale soon. And here's our first drive of the US Acura-badged NSX from back in 2015. And here's another video from inside the cockpit during an open track day back in June. Honda recalling small number of Accord, CR-V models
Thu, Mar 12 2015This latest recall may not be a very big one, but it does strike us as an important one. Issued by Honda, the recall affects the 2014-15 Accord (specifically those equipped with the four-cylinder engine) and the 2015 CR-V, but only 137 of them. Those 137 vehicles, however, will need to have their short blocks replaced. What is a short block, you ask? Nope, it's not a chopped-down version of a big block: it's the engine block itself plus all its internal components, but short of any appendages that make it run. (That'd be a long block.) The problem, according to the manufacturer's statement below, stems from bolts – specifically the connecting rod bolt – that may have been improperly torqued during assembly. There's a system that's supposed to check that, but Honda reports that it "may not have identified improperly torqued bolts in a specific group of engines." Hence the recall. Owners of those few vehicles affected can expect to hear from the manufacturer to arrange bringing their vehicle into their local dealership to have the engine replaced, free of charge. Statement by American Honda Regarding Connecting Rod Bolt Recall: 2014-2015 Honda Accord 4-cylinder; 2015 Honda CR-V Mar 9, 2015 - TORRANCE, Calif. - 137 model-year 2014-15 Accord 4-cylinder and 2015 CR-V vehicles affected in the U.S. - Engine short block will be replaced in affected vehicles, free of charge - No related crashes or injuries have been reported Honda will voluntarily recall 137 model-year 2014-2015 Accord 4-cylinder and 2015 CR-V vehicles in the United States to replace the engine short block, free of charge. During engine assembly, an automated system that verifies engine connecting rod bolt torque may not have identified improperly torqued bolts in a specific group of engines. An improperly torqued connecting rod bolt could come loose, leading to potential engine damage and stalling, which could contribute to a crash. No crashes or injuries have been reported related to this issue, which was discovered through a warranty claim review process. Honda is announcing this recall to encourage all owners of affected vehicles to take them to an authorized dealer as soon as they receive notification of this recall from Honda. Mailed notification to customers will begin in late-March. In addition, owners of these vehicles can determine if their vehicles require repair by going to www.recalls.honda.com or by calling (800) 999-1009, and selecting option 4.
2019 Honda S2000 roadster rumors swell
Thu, May 19 2016Our friends over at Car and Driver have been speculating about a possible S2000 roadster from an unnamed insider source. While there's not much to go on, it certainly squares with a steady drumbeat of sporty car innuendo surrounding the company. Let's briefly connect the dots and see if a Honda S2000 might be on the way by 2018, as the rumor says. The little roadster pictured above? Definitely not what a new S2000 would look like. That's the S660, which is sold in Japan and shares some components with the N-Box and N-One microcars. As we told you last year, after some hints that it would come to the US, Honda's brass decided it was too small. That was disappointing, but probably the right call. On the other hand, Honda finally brought out the 2017 Acura NSX, which may have its flaws but still represents a unique platform that the company spent a great deal of yen building ( in Ohio, by the way). It's that bit that the rumor hinges on: Honda's willingness to develop unique platforms for its sporty models. It'd need that for an S2000 revival, because there's certainly no Honda model that could donate its underpinnings at this moment. Honda execs have been clear that the company is under pressure from dealers over the lack of verve in the company's lineup. American Honda Executive Vice President John Mendel told Automotive News last year that dealers "want anything in the sports car world. They're going, 'Gimme a sports car.' They want a retractable hardtop; they want a high-horsepower $20,000-sports car. Because that's the nature of what they do." Honda is allegedly going to utilize some sunk cost by employing the new Civic Type R's engine in this roadster. That 2.0-liter turbocharged four makes 306 hp in the Civic, and would make slightly less than that in the S2000, according to the rumor. At this stage, these rumors are mostly wishful thinking fanned by the flames of dealer pressure for sporty models. We hope Car and Driver's insider has it right, because the S2000 was a phenomenal car that deserves a follow-up – and Honda deserves more fun cars in its American showrooms.
