There are some minor paint blemishes (scratches pictured) which are in tune with the year and mileage. The paint is very good otherwise with no signs of rust. No tears in the seats or any interior damage. Windows are all crack free. Accident free, only had some minor damage to the lower front bumper due to an ice chunk coming off an oncoming tractor trailer semi and sliding on the road into our lane. This was replaced with a new OEM bumper cover by a reputable repair shop and has a lifetime paint warranty from both the shop and the insurance company so that is worry free.

Ontario buyers can either take the vehicle as is (safety certificate expired, no mileage on it since inspection was done) for the auction price, or for an additional $150 we will have the safety certificate rewritten and an etest performed for licensing purposes. Ontario buyers must also pay HST to us as the van is registered under our HST number. You have to pay HST anyways on any private purchase, you just save that step at the licence office this way. We will assist in registering the vehicle for you if you are an Ontario resident. Out of province residents we will assist with whatever paperwork you require or shipping arrangements. This vehicle is eligible for export to the USA.

Payment is due as follows: $500 deposit within 48 hours of auction ending or buy it now. Contact us prior to making this deposit. Balance due within 7 days or upon vehicle pickup, whichever comes first. No fees other than safety fees if desired by Ontario residents. Save up to $1000 over dealers that charge these fees.

No warranty as this is a used vehicle. Inspections prior to auction ending are welcomed, you won't be disappointed in this van! This van is for sale locally and I reserve the right to cancel any bid at any time if the vehicle sells otherwise. Contact me if you are interested in a buy it now price.

2016 Honda HR-V officially finds its fit in Los Angeles

Wed, 19 Nov 2014

Honda's extended tease for the 2016 HR-V compact crossover is finally over. The CUV debuted in Japan late, last year, and the company has trotted various versions to shows around the world since then. The time has finally come for all of the details about the US version to be revealed at this year's Los Angeles Auto Show.
Honda has been keeping the HR-V's powertrain a closely guarded secret - until now. All of them get a 1.8-liter four-cylinder that makes 138 horsepower and 127 pound-feet of torque with the choice of either a six-speed manual or CVT. Either front- or all-wheel drive is available, but the six-speed is only available on front-driving models.
Based on the same platform as the Fit, the HR-V actually doesn't seem to share much with its smaller sibling in terms of looks and instead borrows more cues from its big brother - the latest 2015 CR-V. Bits of Honda's larger crossover peek out in the grille and roof shape, but the HR-V reinterprets the design in its own funky way. Hiding the rear door handles near the rear pillar is an especially clever touch. The compact's wheelbase is 102.8 inches, just 0.3 inches shorter than its larger sibling. However, overall length for the new model is 169.1 inches, about 10 inches shorter than the CR-V.

Alonso and Button try out Honda's Uni-Cub mobility scooter

Thu, Feb 12 2015

As two of the best racing drivers in the world, Fernando Alonso and Jenson Button have some pretty serious wheels at their disposal. They'll both be driving the latest McLaren-Honda MP4-30 on the track this year, will likely have access to supercars like the new Acura NSX or McLaren 650S for toying around with when they're not working, and probably each have an enviable motor pool of their own at home. This, then, must have been quite a change of pace for them both. As you can see from this video tweeted by McLaren, the two highly accomplished F1 drivers hopped on a very different set of wheels recently: namely, Honda's Uni-Cub "personal mobility device." The experimental electric motorized bar stool is controlled by shifting your weight to and fro (like a Segway), but stands just two feet tall and tops out at less than four miles per hour. At that rate, it would take them almost an hour to take one lap around the Circuit of the Americas in Austin, TX, where the 2015 United States Grand Prix will be held in October. In that same time span, for perspective's sake, they'd be lapped more than 30 times by their rivals... so they'd better stick to the racing machinery once the championship gets under way. What happened when @alo_oficial and @JensonButton got hold of a UNI-CUBAcA?A¦ https://t.co/YP8r9z1OsG - McLaren (@McLarenF1) February 10, 2015

Honda helps Santa take his sled into the 21st century

Tue, Dec 23 2014

If you had put nearly 75 billion miles on your only company car, it would most likely be pleading for retirement in every rickety way it knew how. That's Santa's situation, so St. Nick heads to his not-exactly-local-at-all Honda dealer for a new sled, and the company obliges with a red rider fit for the new millennium. But Honda doesn't try to shoehorn he of the white beard into an Civic on rails. Working from Crayon sketches of safe sleighs and wanting to insure a lengthy stint on Santa's "Nice" list, the Honda reps work up a bespoke offering from a block of clay, but still give it features like a rear-view camera and a cargo bay ejector platform fitted with a parachute. You can see their gift to Santa in the video above. And for some even more far out holiday offerings from Honda, check out their Honda Days videos featuring Skeletor singing a bro hymn to He-Man, G.I. Joe serenading Gem, and Gumby and Pokey singing whatever they can think of. News Source: Honda via YouTube Honda Videos
