2009 Honda Fit Sport 67k Mileas Aluminum Wheels A Lot Of Options on 2040-cars
Charlotte, North Carolina, United States
For sale
is 2009 Honda FIT Sport. The car is in good condition and has 67k miles. One of the
best qualities of the car, beside the reliability of Honda is the fact that
this vehicle gets around 44mpg. This is very important with the current gas prices. The sport model comes with ground effects, paddle shiftier at the steering wheel, cruise control, spoiler, aluminum wheels, usb and much more. However we bought this vehicle from an insurance company
and it was damaged on the right side. We have replaced both doors on the right
side and fixed and refinished the quarter panel. We operate a professional body
shop that has been in business of restoring salvage vehicle for over of 10
years. We are the largest salvage rebuilder in Charlotte and on one of the
largest in NC. We work according to factory specifications and measurements all
our cars go thru alignment once they are fixed. Our pictures are taken from
close proximity so you can see the car in details. We would also give you a
month of warranty on engine transmission and frame of the vehicle with the buy
now price of $9400. Also if within this one month the car shows any major
problems and you decide that this deal was not good for you, you can return the
car to us and we would refund all the money that you have paid us. We inspect
all our vehicles before we list them for sale and we make sure that all the
liquids are changed and that everything is in perfect order. We go through the
same list that the dealer would go to certify a vehicle. There is no difference
between this car and a certified vehicle from Honda. The only difference
is the 5-6 thousand dollars in the price. However this car is a good purchase
for someone who wants to save a bunch of money and in the same time would not
compromise on the quality of the car. If you decide to purchase the vehicle and you are serious about it
the best way is to call us and discuss the condition of the sale. We can review your offers on eBay but we
would not accept an offer unless we have at least $500 of non-refundable deposit.
Unfortunately eBay system is not designed to where we can collect a deposit
before we accept an offer and if we accept the offer and you do not follow the
purchase we would lose our listing fees. It cost close to $100 to list a car.
So once again if you are serious and you would like to buy the car the best way
is to call 7048914555.

Honda planning a second Vezel for developing markets
Tue, 31 Dec 2013The new Honda Vezel was designed as a global product. Unveiled at the Tokyo Motor Show in November, the compact crossover is already going on sale in Japan, will soon reach Europe and will eventually hit the North American market as well - albeit with a different name and engine lineup. But it won't be sold everywhere.
According to Autocar India, the Vezel was originally earmarked to reach the emerging market on the subcontinent, but the declining value of the rupee has apparently forced Honda to rethink its strategy. Instead, the Japanese automaker is now expected to develop a second compact crossover - one more cost-effective to produce locally - for sale in India and other, nearby developing markets.
The new model would be based on the Brio, a hatchback that's smaller than the Fit (on which the Vezel is based) and built in India, Thailand and Indonesia. Honda has already enlarged the Brio's platform to create the Amaze sedan and Mobilio minivan. Building a crossover on the same platform would reportedly require some re-engineering - particularly around the wheel wells - but would apparently still be more cost-effective than importing the Vezel.
One man's love of vintage Honda motorcycles spawns new museum
Mon, Jan 19 2015In 1977, David Silver got a Honda SS50 moped - it was the last year of unrestricted mopeds for riders just 16 years of age in the UK. That two-wheeler made him a fan, and starting his Honda parts business in 1986 made him a part of the Honda family. He started collecting, with the idea that he'd eventually open a museum. During a visit to another amateur collector's trove in Pennsylvania, the Brit got the chance to purchase the 125 bikes the American had gathered, and his museum aspirations hit the fast-forward button. He's in the process of building a proper home for the bikes in Suffolk, it should open later this year. There will be everything from the first Cub F engine that people could attach to bicycles in 1952, to two examples of the CB92 Benly Super Sport that showed how fast and how good a 125cc bike could be, to the first Fireblade that dropped in 1992 - our CBR 900RR, to the original Honda Dream. Honda says it could be one of the finest collections outside the company's museum in Japan. You can watch Silver tell his story in the video above, and there's more on what's he'll have in an article in Honda's Dream magazine. Former Honda CEOs chide current boss about quality
Thu, 13 Nov 2014Taking charge of a major corporation will never be without its challenges, and one of those - as Honda CEO Takanobu Ito is finding out - is filling the big shoes of those that came before. Ito's predecessors are apparently not pleased with what he's doing to the company, and are wasting no time in telling him so.
According to Reuters, two former Honda chiefs have recently visited Ito (pictured above with his predecessor Takeo Fukui) to talk to him about the Japanese automaker's quality issues, which they apparently regard as eroding the company's image. Nobuhiko Kawamoto, who served as CEO from 1990-98, reportedly came to Honda headquarters in Tokyo to deliver "stern words" to Ito last month. Kawamoto's immediate successor, Hiroyuki Yoshino, reportedly met with Ito under similar circumstances earlier this year.
Kawamoto and Yoshino are part of a larger group of former Honda executives who are concerned with the declining quality of the company's products under Ito's leadership. Where Honda once focused more on quality, collaborating more closely with parts suppliers, more recently the company has, in the eyes of those former executives at least, shifted its focus to quantity and to new technologies. That's what, the report alleges, has led to Honda recalling so many of its vehicles in recent years.
