I'm a private seller putting my 1990 CRX DX up for sale. Used it as a daily driver for my hour commute to work. Don't have the commute any more, so I don't need the car. It runs strong and has not let me down. Unlike many out there, mine is stock and unmolested.
It has a CLEAR title. The mileage is marked as "C" which is: not actual mileage. I don't know anything about the mileage. I bought it almost two years ago as a commuter car, and have been driving it five days a week. It runs fine, so I haven't had need to look into it. The car passed Arizona emissions testing three days ago. The check engine light is NOT on. This is a California and Arizona car.....NO RUST!!! If you would like any specific pictures of areas of the car, please ask and I will take them for you. If you would like it taken to a mechanic of your choosing for an inspection, I can do that as well. Any questions PLEASE ask. At the completion of the auction I will require a non refundable $100 deposit. Simply to weed out anyone who isn't a serious buyer. Honda renders three-row MPV for Jakarta reveal
Mon, 22 Jul 2013In preparation for the Indonesia International Motor Show coming up in September, Honda has released a teaser sketch (click to enlarge) of a new three-row MPV - specifically designed for this region - set to debut at the show. Honda says this yet-to-be-named people mover will be positioned in the entry-level MPV segment, which it says is a crucial part of the Indonesian auto market.
While there is no way to tell the size of the vehicle based off this rendering, it does appear to be far more stylish than the Honda CR-V, although the stepped-down beltline and the pinched shape of the rear quarter window have us thinking that Honda designers have been staring at the BMW i3 a little bit too much. The New Honda MPV will be powered by a 1.5-liter gas engine, and it goes on sale (and production) in Indonesia early next year. Honda has released a short press release for the new model, which is posted below.
2015 Honda Fit set for Detroit reveal
Thu, 19 Dec 2013We've got one more debut confirmed for next month's Detroit Auto Show, as Honda has announced that it will be showing off the 2015 Fit in the Motor City. Honda has released a singular image of the new Fit's rear taillight, above.
From the sole image, we can see that the American-spec Fit will share at least its taillights with the Japanese variant, which we've helpfully included an image of to the right. Now, technically, the blue car to the right is the Fit Hybrid, a car we aren't expecting to see in the US market. But the gallery of images we've included below should give those interested in the car a very good idea of what the new Fit will look like when it hits the auto show stage next month.
As for what will be under hood when it debuts in January, Honda is touting its Earth Dreams Technology engine, which we take to mean some sort of four-cylinder, gas-powered mill. Expect excellent fuel economy from the new car, and according to the Japanese brand, "leading-edge connected car technologies."
2014 Honda Odyssey sucks it up for our editor
Thu, 28 Mar 2013When we heard that the 2014 Honda Odyssey would be getting the world's first in-car vacuum, we had to check this thing out for ourselves. Called HondaVAC, this tidy little sucker was co-developed with Shop-Vac, and it's actually pretty neat. It comes standard on Odyssey's top-trim Touring Elite model and can be fitted with a wide range of attachments all housed in the cargo area. Honda notes that the vacuum hose is long enough to reach surfaces in every part of the Odyssey's cabin, and that it will even run for a full eight minutes after the vehicle is turned off.
Good thing, then, that Honda chose to show off the new 2014 Odyssey here at the New York Auto Show, as Autoblog west coast editor Michael Harley clumsily managed to spill some snacks all over the cargo area (we tried to convince him to give himself a hickey, but he declined on grounds that his wife might not let him attend any more auto shows).
