Original Paint and Shine has been waxed every 6 months. 127,867 miles. I am currently using this car to go to work so it may have slightly more miles when auction ends. These cars are known to do 250,000 miles plus. Will start at a minimum of $2800, so someone will get very lucky!!! Kelley Blue Book www.kbb.com and www.NADA.com has them from $5000 to $8000. Leather seats and sunroof is very rare on this model CRV. 5 speed manual saves gas. 27 hwy mpg. 24mpg if you drive mixed city and Hwy. You will be hard pressed to buy a better car. NEEDS NOTHING. COLD A/C. Great heater. It has fairly New Tires 5 months old. I may post more pictures later upon request. The car is not new so it has its minor dent and slight scuffles, but look at the pictures carefully and judge for yourself. I added a picture of the front drivers side fender dent. No big deal. I was advised by a friend who works restoring cars not to even worry about it, because he would rather have the original paint. Come see it in person ;)
I have all the maintenance records. Check the photo of the oil in the engine.
Scammers beware, stay away from me.
I will accept Cash, Cashiers Checks, Paypal. I WILL NOT release vehicle until bank clears your check or your Paypal funds.
History: I bought this car in Tennessee. This car has seen no snow and the photo of the motor is a clear indication of that as there is no rust and the black engine cover is not cracked. I saw it, fell in love with it, and paid cash for it in person. Then I drove it down to Florida about 4 years ago. I always put the sun screen protector in the front glass, so that the dash does not get any sun. I love my CRV. I have had 7 of them. I usually buy them with very low miles and pay a premium for it. I currently own 3 with this one, so I must sacrifice my trusty pal. I have had them since their first year 1997. These cars are famous for running way more than 200,000 miles with no problems. This car is everything a car should be: Low maintenance, Indestructible, capable, utilitarian, Efficient. It has a built-in cooler and Picnic Table in the back trunk area. 4x4 is very good in bad weather and is much safer than the 4x2 in these driving conditions.
NOTE: I only put Premium 93 gas and change the oil without fail at 3000 miles. It will be hard to find a cleaner running motor. If you do the same you are going to have a solid car for many years to come. NOTE the original type HONDA battery. Also I have a charger for your ipod, iphone that allows you to play your music digitally on your radio. I have a bazooka bass speaker that is amplified that I am including. It takes up little space and you can quickly disconnect and remove if you are moving big items.
If you want to test drive it call me at (305)607-9692. NO RETURNS. CAR IS SOLD AS IS, Where is. You can organize a carrier, but I will not be responsible for that. I have used U-ship before without any problems, but will not endorse any shipping preferences. You can call me and I can work with you on this, but that will be your responsibility. Local Pick-up preferred.
Call before you bid if you are in doubt of anything. Sale of the vehicle is final. (305)607-9692.
I am selling this vehicle locally, so I reserve the right to end it at anytime before the auction is over. Sorry I had to relist. I called Ebay and their systems are not letting me Add photos because of a system error so the only way was to relist and I apologize for the two bidders I had. :/
Thanks for looking at my Crv. Good luck bidding!!!

Alonso wants an NSX, but did Honda block him from Le Mans?
Tue, Jan 20 2015One of the biggest changes in store for the 2015 Formula One World Championship will see Fernando Alonso moving back to McLaren. That means he'll be driving under Honda power for the first time, after spending the bulk of his career driving for Renault and Ferrari. And being Honda's new poster child, as the two-time World Champion is fast discovering, has its advantages and its drawbacks. According to the latest reports, Alonso had been negotiating a clause in his contract with McLaren that could have seen him driving a Porsche 919 Hybrid at Le Mans this year, but Honda reportedly stepped in at the last minute and scuttled the plan. The drive would have been Alonso's first in the famous 24-hour race, after having had the honor of waving the flag at La Sarthe last summer. In one of the wilder rumors that emerged during the prolonged silence over his move for this season, the Spaniard was also linked to a potential return for Ferrari to Le Mans. That prospect came to naught, and now the Porsche deal has been wheeled into the garage, as well. The upcoming F1 season is expected to be one of transition, adjustment and development for McLaren and Honda, but the Japanese automaker's involvement in his hiring may not be all bad news for Alonso. Following the reveal of the new Acura NSX, Alonso tweeted "You still don't know, but one day we will be together..." followed by a series of heart-eyed smiley-face emoticons and accompanies by images of Honda's new supercar. The implication is that the two-time World Champion is expecting to get his talented hands on an NSX of his own, and we can certainly see how Honda would appreciate the imagery of Fernando driving around in its flagship. Even if it doesn't, though, we're sure McLaren would be glad to hook him up with a company car of its own – though Lewis Hamilton encountered some trouble securing (a very specific) one for himself. Even discounting the front-running F1 machinery he's been tasked with piloting on track to an impressive 32 career wins, Alonso has had some lustworthy company cars at his disposal over the years. At Renault, he had a Megane RS to drive, and during his last stint at McLaren, he had an SLR 722. But since signing with Ferrari, he's been given the keys to FCA models as varied as a Ferrari FF, a special 599 GTO, a Maserati GranCabrio, a Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT and an Abarth 695... and those are just the ones we know about.
Aston Martin Red Bull Racing to switch to Honda engines starting in 2019
Tue, Jun 19 2018After a 12-season partnership with Renault, the Aston Martin Red Bull Racing Formula 1 team is switching engine suppliers. Starting next season, the team will use Honda powertrains, following the move this year of Red Bull's junior team, Toro Rosso. This effectively makes Red Bull Racing the Honda works team, something it's never truly benefited from since joining the sport in 2005 after purchasing the former Jaguar Racing team. This content is hosted by a third party. To view it, please update your privacy preferences. Manage Settings. Honda has had a rough time since returning to F1 with McLaren back in 2015. Both sides hoped that the move would rekindle one of the most successful pairings in F1 history. Unfortunately, Honda powertrains were both underpowered and unreliable. The partnership proved to be so toxic that McLaren ended the deal early, moving to Renault power starting this season. On the other hand, Toro Rosso is off to a fine start this year with Honda, surely helping cement Red Bull's decision to drop Renault. Since moving to Renault power in 2007, Red Bull Racing has won 57 races, four drivers' championships and four constructors championships, making it one of the most successful teams in F1 history. The move should be a huge boon for Honda. Red Bull Racing is currently one of the top teams, fighting for both podiums and wins, so the move shows how much faith Red Bull has in the Japanese automaker. When McLaren picked up Honda power, it was a mid-pack team that had just two podiums in the previous two seasons. The Honda partnership is likely to play into Daniel Ricciardo's next move. His current contract with Red Bull racing ends at the end of 2018. He's one of the best and most talented drivers racing today and unlikely to stay with a team that might prevent him from winning races and fighting for championships. Honda CEO says we shouldn't expect any new sports cars
Tue, 19 Nov 2013It wasn't so long ago that Honda was known for its sporty two-door models, with models ranging from the Civic del Sol to the Prelude and from the Acura Integra and RSX to the Honda S2000. But look at its range today and all you'll see are the Civic and Accord coupes. Honda has essentially let competitors like the Scion FR-S/Subaru BRZ and Nissan 370Z take the place it once claimed as its own. But if you were hoping Honda would fight back with a new coupe or convertible of its own, we're afraid you're going to have to downgrade those hopes to pipe dreams.
While in Japan ahead of the Tokyo Motor Show, Autoblog had a chance to sit down with American Honda CEO Tetsuo Iwamura (pictured at right). When we asked about the potential for a new sports coupe or convertible in the Honda or Acura lineup, he pointed to the current Civic and Accord coupes - not to mention the upcoming new NSX - but said that Honda has no replacement for any of the aforementioned models (or a rival for the FR-S or 370Z) in the pipeline, saying only that the company is monitoring potential demand.
What Iwamura-san did note was that he's a personal fan of the new S660 roadster (pictured above) set to be unveiled tomorrow, and he is pushing (or at least hoping) that it will come to North America. Given that he's head of both Honda's American office and its global automobile operations, one might think that the only person he would have to persuade is himself (well... himself, and potential buyers), but the sporty droptop looks to be about kei-sized, which sadly suggests that it may be too small for American tastes and perhaps not designed with US crash-test standards in mind anyway.
