I believe I am the fourth owner of this vehicle. It was involved in a minor collision before i bought it, in the front driver side i was told. I purchased it from a small local used car dealership. I have put quite a bit of money into the car since i bought it and i know i will not get it all back, but I'm forced to part ways with the car for financial reasons. The cars runs and drives great. I've kept the oil changed every 3000 miles and have kept it maintained in general. It does have several scratches in the paint in various spots....but no dings or dents that i can see. The rear seats have been taken out of the car, but i do have them and they will come with the car. They are in excellent shape. The rear seat belts are missing.....i believe the belt that comes down over the shoulder was cut on both sides. The following is a list of what i have done to the car....installed new audi style led headlights, installed led taillights, installed Sebon carbon fiber rear wing w/led 3rd brake light. Had the VIS carbon fiber hood re clear coated/painted. installed new air intake under hood. had viper security system installed. had alpine cd player/speakers installed. bought and had new 18" Ruff wheels/tires installed. Had new Eibach suspension kit installed, with both front and rear anti sway bars...part of the exhaust system had to be slightly modified to allow fit.Had all windows professionally tinted at 95 percent, with sixty percent on windshield.purchased center arm rest and installed. installed carbon fiber like dash trim. installed carbon fiber shift knob. The clutch was replaced last year, as well as the transmission, which came from a car that had 75000 miles on it. The motor has never been tampered with. it's the same motor as when it came off the assembly line. this car isnt fast although it looks like it is. For someone wanting to do a motor swap and make it go fast, this is an excellent car to do that with. That's what i had planned on doing but things have changed for me. A couple of things to note; After the transmission was replaced i noticed that there is a slight grinding noise when i shift into 3rd gear. i was told it wasn't anything to worry about, and after a year of driving it it has proven not to be a problem thus far. also, the car developed a current drain or draw...it was traced down to be between the computer and the ignition. i replaced the computer hoping that would solve it but it did not. Rather than possibly dishing out severalhundred dollars to find the problem i decided to just install a switch that shuts off the computer. So before u start the car, u have to flip a switch located to the left of the steering wheel, and after u shut off the car flip the switch again to turn off the computer....if u dont flip the switch when u turn the car off, the battery will drain and be dead in a few hours. if you have any questions feel free to msg me or call or text at 423 429 8771.

Editors' Choice: Top Five 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show Debuts
Thu, Sep 17 2015Consider the 2015-16 auto show season officially kicked off. The Frankfurt Motor Show offered a great look at the newest crop of production cars and conceptual machines, and brought some old favorites back into the spotlight for a closer look. (The Alfa Romeo Giulia, for example, debuted in June, but this was the first time most of us saw it.) Now that the dust has settled and we're all on flights back to the US, our editors cast their votes for their personal favorites from the Frankfurt show. These are the cars we truly loved seeing the most. But unlike other shows, there was no one runaway winner – all of the Top Five received positive praise from our team. We won't spoil the results, though. Scroll down to see what we liked most from this year's Frankfurt expo. 5th Place – MERCEDES-BENZ IAA CONCEPT View 12 Photos MIKE AUSTIN: The clean lines on this concept have me excited for a more elegant beauty to future Mercedes-Benz vehicles. Next to the Concept IAA, the lovely S-Class Coupe looks like an overstyled barge. DAVID GLUCKMAN: Yeah, the extendable rear is neat and all, but I'm more interested in the front-end styling of this one. It looks like the Tron version of a 300SL, in a good way. I'm hopeful it portends the future of Mercedes design. STEVEN EWING: I was super impressed when Mercedes said that, with the rear end extended, this concept has a drag coefficient of just 0.19. That's crazy aerodynamic. I'm not head-over-heels about the styling, but I think the lessons learned from this concept are really important, and will play a huge role in the future of Mercedes' products. 4th Place – ALFA ROMEO GIULIA View 15 Photos SEYTH MIERSMA: I can hardly express how in love with this car I am. The styling feels creative, modern, and evocative, without going over the top. The proposed performance is spectacular. And the Alfa badge speaks to a legacy of romantic motoring. DAVID GLUCKMAN: Pretty Italian car makes big promises and will probably deliver on about three quarters of them. I think that will still be enough for me. JEREMY KORZENIEWSKI: I'm really intrigued by the Giulia. It looks great, sounds awesome, and I'm expecting it to have a load more character than its German rivals. I hope I'm not disappointed. 3rd Place – JAGUAR F-PACE View 15 Photos GREG MIGLIORE: It's the first SUV for Jaguar, and I think they nailed the design, capability, and electronics. It's the right car at the right time.
Best sport sedans for 2022 and 2023
Thu, Nov 11 2021SUVs dominate the car industry at every size and price level, but some people still prefer the looks, and more importantly, the performance and comfort, of the traditional sedan. With a lower ride height, lighter weight and generally smaller size, they often are much more fun to drive, and can even be more comfortable. Sport sedans of course lean harder on the performance side of things, and are among the best options for sheer speed and fun, thanks to those inherent characteristics. We've rounded up the ones in the segment that do the sporty dance better than any others in 2024 to give you a handy guide when you're shopping for one of your own. You'll find a wide array of cars here including gas, electric and hybrid powertrains. They'll have manual and automatic transmissions and drive the front, rear or all four wheels. Technically a few hatchbacks have slipped in, but they're close enough in look and feel that we wanted to include them. And excluding them means you might miss out on some of the best-driving options available. You wouldn't want that, would you? Alfa Romeo Giulia Why it stands out: Punchy four-cylinder; astounding power from Quadrifoglio; light and nimble character; awesome shift paddlesCould be better: Clunky infotainment; sub-par switchgear Read our Alfa Romeo Giulia review We start this list with one of the most predictable inclusions: the Alfa Romeo Giulia. Yes, it's a stereotype that the Italian sport sedan is fun to drive, but the fact is, well, it is. The Giulia comes standard with a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder making 280 horsepower, making it one of the most powerful four-cylinders in the segment. It's paired with a snappy and smooth eight-speed transmission and either rear-wheel or all-wheel drive. The engine is lively and torquey, if a little short of revs, and the chassis feels super-light. The steering is eager and the car jumps into corners. We also highly recommend getting a version with the enormous and superb aluminum paddle shifters that make clicking through gears much more entertaining. And on the topic of the interior, it's attractive, but the various switches and knobs feels a little cheap, and the infotainment system is clunky. Of course there's also the incredible Giulia Quadrifoglio at the high end. It gets a Ferrari-derived twin-turbo 2.9-liter V6 making 505 hp, and it's rear-wheel drive only.
New Honda Fit ousts Toyota Prius as Japan's top-selling car last month
Mon, 11 Nov 2013The Toyota Camry may lose its title as the best-selling car in the US next year and the Honda Civic has already managed to outsell the Toyota Corolla to become the top-selling compact in the US, but it looks like the domination woes have just hit Toyota on its own turf. Bloomberg reports that the all-new Honda Fit carries the distinction of being the best-selling car in Japan for October - the Fit's first full month on sale - outselling the popular Toyota Prius and Toyota Aqua (our Toyota Prius C).
Unlike the Camry's 16-year reign on US car sales, Japan's race seems a little tighter with the Fit most recently topping the sales charts in May 2011. Since then, though, the two Toyota hybrids have been the top two cars in for sale in Japan. The US won't get the next-gen Fit until the third quarter of 2014, but this new hatchback should be another solid option for buyers in the increasingly popular subcompact segment.
