We need to sell our 2011 Honda Civic EX with 17K miles as we are moving out of state for work. This is a 2 Door Coupe that is Silver on the outside with Grey leather interior. HEATED Leather seats, Traction Control and Stability Control. Always stored in my heated garage. The car is like new and has Navigation with the upgraded sound system (7 speaker with subwoofer). It has a power sunroof, power windows/locks, cruise control, cold air conditioning, driver airbag/passenger airbag/side airbags and fold down rear seats. We purchased this car from a dealer in Chicago in mid 2011 as it had front right side damage so it has a prior salvage title (VIN 2HGFG1B91BH509764). It was inspected by the state and is now perfect. The dealership replaced the right side fender, headlights, bumper, and lower arm control. All parts are original from Honda and were replaced at their auto body shop. The paint was matched 100%, no signs of any repair visible. There are no unpaid loans on the car. Everything in the car works perfectly. We are open to any inspection by the buyer. I use synthetic oil and have been averaging 36 mpg (up to 39 and as low as 33 in city). The car is beautiful and exactly what I want but must sell as moving next week.
The car is equipped with:
4 CYL 1.8 engine
AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION
Traction Control and Stability Control
Fold Down Rear Seats with Trunk Access and Spare Tire
6 Air bags
Navigation with touch screen
Power Moonroof/Sunroof
Bluetooth and USB connection for Ipod or phone

power windows
power door locks
power side mirrors
Power, tilt and telescoping steering
cruise control

I need to sell ASAP as we are only in MN until February 9th otherwise we put it into storage. Call me at 763-2 4 4-7150

Chris

Takata airbag victim urges consumers to head to the dealership
Wed, Aug 3 2016A man who lost an eye in a low speed collision due to faulty Takata airbags is urging the owners of cars with recalled parts to take their vehicles into a dealership, before it's too late. The public service announcement comes from ConsumerWatch.com. In a video, the consumer rights website gives factual information about the recall, and adds a personal plea from Corey Burdick. The Florida man lost an eye due to shrapnel from an exploding Takata airbag. The Orlando Sentinel reported that Burdick was traveling just 15 mph in his Honda Civic when he collided with another car. There were no other injuries caused by the crash, except for the loss of Burdick's eye. He filed a lawsuit against Honda and Takata this year. "I lost my eye because of a defective airbag. Take your car in today so this doesn't happen to you," Burdick said. ConsumerWatch.com told Honda and Acura owners not to drive their vehicles until the faulty airbags were replaced. Good advice, as the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration also recently advised owners of 2001-03 Hondas and Acuras to get their airbags replaced immediately. NHTSA says airbag inflators in those vehicles have up to a 50 percent chance of exploding in an accident. But replacing the airbags isn't as easy as simply going into the dealership. Many owners who take their cars in for replacement are finding out that new parts are in short supply as manufacturers grapple with the largest automotive recall in US history. Takata may not have enough replacements until 2019, CNN reported earlier this year. The problem is so pervasive that some brand new cars were found to be sitting on dealer lots with faulty airbags still in place months after the initial recall. Some cars have received replacements that were also faulty and now will require a second trip to the dealer. However, waiting is not an option for many owners. At least 13 people have been killed and over 100 injuries have been blamed on the airbags. Honda Civic Type R on track to smash 'Ring record, eclipse NSX
Wed, 01 Oct 2014Honda has made some serious performance machinery over the course of its history, but few products have been as hotly anticipated as the upcoming new Civic Type R. Following a deep and proud history of Type R Hondas, the latest Japanese hot hatch is continuing its long striptease at the Paris Motor Show this week. But before it does, Honda has released this video clip featuring project leader Suehiro Hasshi - and he has some bold claims to make.
For one, he says it'll be the best Type R yet - and that's quite a statement considering some of its predecessors, including the almighty NSX Type R. Hasshi-san also reiterates Honda's aim of snatching the front-drive lap record at the Nürburgring away from the likes of Renault and Seat, and reports that the Honda team is on track to chew every bit it's biting off. In short, the new Civic Type R ought to be sensational.
