2006 Honda Accord LX Sedan, V6, 19k miles only. This is my personal vehicle that has not gotten much use over the past few years. I travel out of town for work weekly, and only get to drive it on some weekends, plus need to make room for a SUV now.

This car was purchased from an insurance auction, and had a damaged door when I got it. I had it fixed and thus the "reconstructed title". The car is truly immaculate, and is a steal for its mileage and shape, and I am sad to see it go.... but need to make room for my expanding family.

The car has 19,462 miles on it (all actual), and can be inspected by prior appointment. I can be reached at (571) 399-5510 for any questions. I had gotten this car to be my daily driver, but I have not gotten to drive it much, and am sad to see it go. It is a good car, and has NO issues whatsoever.

I will give a 30 day warranty on the engine and general running of the car to put to rest any concerns the buyer may have. I trust this car to drive well and provide many years of great service to its new owner.
Over 80 photos are posted here:  link

Additionally, I can email the CarFax report to you if you want (it should be available for free on this listing also), but email me if you still want it.

Some basic rules for this eBay sale:

1. If you have less than a rating of 10, I WILL delete your bid, unless you have contacted me beforehand and confirmed your contact info and intent to bid on this car. I've been around eBay many years to have experienced the frustrations of non-serious buyers.

2. This is a used car and has a reconstructed title. I have posted more than 80 photos of the car, and have done my best to share all the facts. If you are going to be a nit-picky buyer, please go to the local Honda dealership and buy a new car. I honestly don't have the time to deal with buyers who are too afraid to buy a good deal on eBay and will cause me undue stress and will waste my and your own time.

3. You are welcome to look at the car in person in Arlington VA. I travel extensively for work, and thus you will NEED to work around my schedule, and not the other way around. I will return all calls within a 12 hour window, but don't expect me to answer on the first ring.

4. You are welcome to have the car inspected by a person of your choice at my location. I will entertain it being driven within a 3 mile radius, but no farther, as I dont have the time to baby sit every prospective buyer. The car is listed for sale locally, and I have the right to sell it before this auction ends. Feel free to make an offer on eBay also.

Bonkers Honda Vezel headlines Mugen's lineup at Tokyo Auto Salon

Tue, 14 Jan 2014

Japanese automakers and their tuning divisions have descended upon the Makuhari Messe in Chiba City for the 2014 Tokyo Auto Salon. And for Honda, it's all about Mugen.
Honda's Japanese Domestic Market tuning division brought a series of modified concepts and racing cars to the salon this year, including the CR-Z hybrid touring car it fields in the Super GT series, the SF13 single-seater from the Super Formula series as well as customized versions of the Fit, Odyssey and N-WGN. But the prize for the most outrageous of them all surely goes to the modified Vezel you see above.
Modeled on Honda's new Fit-based crossover, the Mugen Vezel Concept goes further than the versions we've seen until now. It features a bonkers body kit, dual exhaust, brake upgrade, sport suspension, intricate 20-inch alloy wheels and an upgraded interior. It's not for the faint of heart, but if you're feeling still interested, you can check it out in the gallery above, along with the announcement below and the specs on Mugen's website.

Honda Smart Home, NJ dealer show the power of solar

Thu, Mar 27 2014

Car dealerships are not usually thought of as "green" enterprises. They sell, after all, the fossil fuel-powered vehicles that account for about 18 percent of the CO2 emissions created in the US each year. As demonstrated by Rossi Honda in Vineland, NJ though, it doesn't have to be that way. Sure, the franchise still sells cars - lots of them - but they power the entire operation with sunlight in a way that provides ancillary benefits. The franchise has installed over 900 solar panels to become electric-grid neutral. Owned and operated by the seemingly indefatigable Ron Rossi, the franchise has installed over 900 solar panels to become electric-grid neutral. They aren't plastered across the roof of the showroom and service center, though. Instead, the array is mounted on canopies over his inventory, protecting them from sun, snow, and hail. Costing about $1.3 million to install, Rossi expects the system to save twice that amount in electricity bills over its 25-year life expectancy. Not bad, right? It makes us wonder why all dealerships don't do this. Honda itself recently completed its own solar project. The super-efficient Honda Smart Home is equipped, not only with its own beefy 9.5-kW solar array, but also with a 10-kWh lithium battery-based stationary storage system to buffer the building's electricity. Amongst its many party tricks, the home incorporates a DC-to-DC charging set up that allows the complimentary Fit EV to charge with half the efficiency losses of a typical home charging unit. While the installation is quite impressive and will serve as a "laboratory" of sorts for different groups involved with the project at the University of California, Davis, we can't help but wonder if the Japanese automaker couldn't get a bigger bang for its environmental buck elsewhere. A program, perhaps, to help its many franchise dealers to take up the Rossi challenge and go grid neutral. You can watch Rossi show off his array and other increased efficiency efforts by scrolling below for a pair of videos: one from Honda and one produced by Automotive News. As a bonus, we have time-lapse footage of the Honda Smart Home going up accompanied by press releases discussing both efforts. This content is hosted by a third party. Acura NSX roadster finally on its way this year?

Mon, Apr 9 2018

Autobild put together a slideshow forecasting various convertibles due to arrive from 2018 to 2023. The long-prophesied Acura NSX roadster graced the first slide, reportedly prepped for market launch later this year at a price of 200,000 euros. That's about 13,000 euros more spendy than the hardtop, a relative bargain. Don't call your Goldman private banker yet, though — that Autobild slide is likely as close as any of us will get to said roadster this year. We've been doing the hokey pokey with the droptop NSX for at least six years now. In 2012 an eager enthusiast corps thought a European patent might have revealed the convertible supercar, only to realize it was Acura protecting Tony Stark's screen gem in The Avengers (pictured). In 2016, Autocar reported that Honda viewed the NSX as a platform for experiment and tests of developing technology that "help [ Honda] understand where the brand is going." Those brand explorations meant Honda was "contemplating convertible, lightweight, non-hybrid and all-electric versions." In 2017, Internet snoopers happened on patent images for a droptop coupe first dubbed the "Baby NSX," then potentially the ZSX after more snooping dug up a trademarked name. Even though production plans for a "Small NSX" actually did exist, dated to before 2008, the Small NSX/BabyNSX/ZSX turned out to be the Honda Sports Vision GranTurismo entry when Honda couldn't make a business case for the genuine article. Here we are staring down the same wishing well. Last year Acura sold 137 NSXs in the U.S. through the end of Q1, and so far this year only 67 coupes found buyers in that time. We know the NSX is a halo car, but halos work to best effect when they're visible. So all we know now is that the talented hybrid would do well with any variant that would get it more visibility, of the top-down kind, the Type R kind, perhaps a road-legal, non-hybrid GT3 kind, or any other.
