Hi there, check out my 1992 Honda Accord that I am selling!!! 113,695 miles and I am the second owner of this car. I have used this as my second car driving it back and forth to school only. It has NEVER failed me, as it is a Honda:) Anyhow, mechanically, the ONLY two things I can say that this car needs is a cv joint eventually because I hear the clicking a little bit when I turn, and an A/C charge. I noticed it wasn't as cool at the end of last summer and never got the charge. Cosmetically, it has a few miscellaneous scratches, dings, and dents here and there, but truly in great shape for being 21 years old!!! There are really maybe a few spots of rust, but nothing specific at all!!! The interior could probably use a good detail, but there are no rips in any of the seats. The back bumper is a little lower on one side, but not loose by any means. I replaced the original Honda stereo with a Kenwood, and it has an aux plug for you mp3/iPod which is cool. New exhaust and flexpipe-Tires are less than 8 months old-Fresh Oil change-Recent NY inspection AND CLEAN Title!!!! I am only selling this awesome car because it is my second car, I am moving, and I have no room for it!!! Otherwise....I totally would keep it. It has been nothing but good to me, and if you have ever owned one of these cars, you know how they run and last. This car has another 150,000 to go AT LEAST! Car is located in Elmira, NY and is being sold as is.

Honda MC-? prototype
Thu, 02 Jan 2014Honda is less an automaker, it has been said, and more of a motor company that builds vehicles into which to put its engines. That sort of perspective goes a long way towards explaining the mind-boggling diversity of the company's product lineup. The Japanese industrial giant makes lawnmowers, marine engines, robots... even jet aircraft. It's also one of only a handful of companies that makes both cars and motorbikes. We recently had the chance to sample something that falls in between.
It's called MC-β - shorthand for Micro Commuter Beta, which already tells you it's Honda's second stab at the formula. The first Micro Commuter prototype was announced a year prior and, though marginally larger, struck us as a more complete product than its successor. But it'll likely still be a while before the formula is perfected and put into production, and even then it isn't likely to find its way any time soon to Honda's American showrooms - whether those showrooms are selling cars, bikes or ride-on mowers.
Driving Notes
Is Acura working on a premium minivan?
Mon, 10 Nov 2014Here's a vehicle that nobody saw coming. Unless Honda/Acura is keen to play tricks on us, our spy shooters recently caught what appears to be an Acura minivan fully camouflaged for testing on some back roads on a rainy day.
Details on the disguised minivan are rather scarce, but it certainly bares all the hallmarks of an Acura. The front grille alone gives it away with a look that mimics the latest MDX, and note that the orientation of the rear door handle heavily suggests that it slides to open. Moving inside, the tester appears to borrow some tech from the luxury brand's parts bin too, and the Acura logo seems to be covered in tape right in the middle of the steering wheel.
Mechanically, our spies believe that the production version of Acura's minivan might borrow the brand's V6, nine-speed automatic and Super Handling All-Wheel Drive - a similar layout to some trims of the TLX. The photographers also think that the vehicle is a little wider than the current Honda Odyssey to give occupants a bit more room. Given the more luxurious focus, the high-end model would surely carry seven people with a bit more opulence than the standard Odyssey, especially, we'd imagine, for second-row passengers. A launch for this posh hauler could be slated for the 2016 or 2017 model years.
Honda planning a second Vezel for developing markets
Tue, 31 Dec 2013The new Honda Vezel was designed as a global product. Unveiled at the Tokyo Motor Show in November, the compact crossover is already going on sale in Japan, will soon reach Europe and will eventually hit the North American market as well - albeit with a different name and engine lineup. But it won't be sold everywhere.
According to Autocar India, the Vezel was originally earmarked to reach the emerging market on the subcontinent, but the declining value of the rupee has apparently forced Honda to rethink its strategy. Instead, the Japanese automaker is now expected to develop a second compact crossover - one more cost-effective to produce locally - for sale in India and other, nearby developing markets.
The new model would be based on the Brio, a hatchback that's smaller than the Fit (on which the Vezel is based) and built in India, Thailand and Indonesia. Honda has already enlarged the Brio's platform to create the Amaze sedan and Mobilio minivan. Building a crossover on the same platform would reportedly require some re-engineering - particularly around the wheel wells - but would apparently still be more cost-effective than importing the Vezel.
