Vehicle Availability:

• Butch Oustalet AutoPlex reserves the right to sell all listed vehicles to walk in customers
• If the listed vehicle is sold to a walk in customer, it will be removed from eBay once the present customer has taken delivery of the vehicle.
• Butch Oustalet AutoPlex will only remove a vehicle from open inventory on a sale made through eBay once a security deposit is received. 
• Dealer reserves all rights to make final sales decisions regarding inventory.

New Vehicle Pricing:

• All new vehicles are priced with rebates applicable to ALL customers and are predicated on locally available rebates. Rebates may be different depending on the location the vehicle will be registered.
• No special rebates are included in the listed price. (Including but not limited to Finance Incentives, Military Discount, or Trade Assistance)

Auction Policies

• Winning bidder must contact John Partain (Internet Manager) by phone, (228)238-8552 or by email, within one hour of winning the auction.
• All transactions must be completed within five calendar days.

Delivery Process:

• Buyer is responsible for any cost associated with travel to pick up the vehicle or for having the vehicle delivered to them.
• Butch Oustalet AutoPlex is available to provide pickup from local airports (especially Gulfport International since we are right across the street from it) when necessary. Buyer must schedule pickup prior to making travel arrangements.

Payment Types Accepted:

Cash:

• Cash will be accepted in person only! Please do not mail cash.

Certified Funds:

• Butch Oustalet AutoPlex will gladly accept bank wire transfers and cashier's checks for payment on a vehicle.

Financing:

• Financing available through Ford Motor Credit in addition to many US banks and other lending institutions.

Credit Card:

• Butch Oustalet AutoPlex will accept all major credit cards for deposit or purchase in full of a vehicle
• Buyer will be responsible for all transaction fees on vehicles purchased in full by credit card. 

Fees:

Out of State:

• Out of state buyers will not be charged sales tax on cash purchases of vehicles. 
• Buyer will be responsible for taxes upon registration of the vehicle in your home state.     
• All buyers will pay a $293.00 Documentary Fee

Mississippi Residents:

• In state buyers will be charged all state and local taxes, title, and document fees.
• All sales transactions must be completed within 5 days of auction close.

Deposit:

• Butch Oustalet Autoplex requires a minimum $1000 deposit be placed on the vehicle within 24 hours of winning the auction.
