Up for sale today is my Wife's beautiful original one owner Black 2008 Honda Ridgeline RTX Quad Cab 4X4 Automatic 3.5L V6 Pickup Truck. It is FULLY loaded with full power options such as: Power windows, power locks, power mirrors, COLD A/C, Cruise control, wipers with delay, 17" alloy wheels, NEW Goodyear Fortera HL 245/65/17 Tires, factory Tow Package and a Factory CD Player with premium sound, Black Sport Grille, LED Daytime Running Fog Lights on ignition, updated new style red tail lights, fold up tonneau cover, and much more.

This is one of the nicest Honda Ridgeline RTX's you will find used. It has been a Florida car its ENTIRE life, as the Clean, accident free carfax shows. My Wife is a Real Estate Agent, and bought it brand new from the dealership floor, as she wanted something nice to drive up to client's house in. We own a house in Ohio as well, and it made the trip back and forth during the summer a few times. Truck has never seen snow, or salt, and has ZERO issues of rust or oxidation, as you can see by the underside pictures below.

This Ridgeline does have 148k miles, but has been always well maintained. It has always has proper oil changes, coolant flushes, and transmission flushes on time -  and we have a book of receipts to back this up. Any time there were any issues, it was serviced immediately at the dealer. The body looks good for its age, with ZERO rust on any body panel and the underside is nearly as clean. There are some scrapes, paint chips, and scratches on a few panels, but no large dents. It could use a good wax and buff, but actually looks very good for a black 7 year old truck. Please look at the larger pictures below.

This truck has ZERO PROBLEMS, not a single thing to fix. This truck will last you many more years with no repairs to be had. We took it to our local dealer for a pre-sale inspection, and they did an oil change, transmission flush, replaced 2 Tire Pressure sensors, serviced the A/C system, and gave the truck a 110 point inspection. They found no other issues. The tires are less than 3 months old and have over 90% tread left. The timing belt and tensioner, water pump, coolant and serpentine drive belt, and spark plugs were all replaced at 120,000 miles in 2013.

The interior of the truck looks good, but has some scratches on the rear seats from setting large poster displays in the back seat. The seats do have some light staining, and there is a mark on the passenger seat. Dash, headliner, and carpet all look great as you can see. The CD Player works great, as does all the power options, and there are no trouble lights on the dashboard lit up. The seats are still plush and everything works as if it were new. The truck runs and drives like a new truck with no suspension noise,a smooth s butter shifting transmission, and smooth in the city and on the highway. Must be driven to be appreciated.

If you are looking for one of the nicest running Honda Ridgeline RTX 4x4 with nothing needed to be fixed, that will last many years to come, this is the truck for you. I guarantee you will not find a nicer one under $10,000 at any dealer, on eBay or Craigslist locally. Most trucks in far worse condition with multiple owners and no service history are asking $13,000 - $15,000 with the same mileage.

I also work for a company that has a broker program transporting cars across the united states. I would trust this truck to drive from Ohio to California without a single issue - and I would be happy to meet you at the airport. But if you wanted it transported, let me know as I get great rates.

Feel free to call, text, or email me with any questions you may have at 614-522-9626. Scroll down further to see over 100 additional pictures showing every aspect of this truck, the spotless CarFax, and underside pictures taken at the dealer as well:

NHTSA gives okay for three automakers to skirt tire-related recalls

Thu, 25 Jul 2013

BMW, Honda, and Mercedes-Benz are all going to avoid small recalls, after the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration issued petitions for "findings of inconsequential noncompliance" to the three manufacturers, according to Tire Business. Basically, the petitions allow the brands to avoid recalls for some very, very minor issues.
BMW had tire placards on 364 X6 M CUVs that stated the car could only handle four passengers, when in reality it had room for three in the back. Actual plausibility of fitting three real humans in the slope-roofed Bimmer aside, the Munich-based manufacturer argued it was inconsequential, as the placards were correct regardless of the number of passengers.
Honda's case focused on 212 2011 and 2012 Acura TSX sedans equipped with 18-inch wheels. The TPMS systems on these cars were set for 17-inch wheels, rather than the larger hoops, but even with the lower settings, the tires maintain adequate load capacity.

Honda announces 2015 Pilot Special Edition

Tue, 03 Jun 2014

Honda doesn't have any exciting new mechanical or aesthetic changes for the 2015 Pilot eight-passenger crossover, but it is adding a new trim level to give families a compromise between the EX and EX-L models.
The new Special Edition trim is available on either the front-wheel or all-wheel drive versions of the Pilot, and it adds Pewter Gray aluminum wheels, a power moonroof, a rear seat entertainment DVD system and Sirius XM radio. Prices come to $33,950 for the two-wheel drive version, after the $830 destination charge, or $35,550 for all-wheel drive after destination.
Prices for the rest of the trims are up $200 over last year, and they all still come standard with remote entry, a rearview camera and Class III trailer hitch. Power is still provided by a 3.5-liter V6 with 250 horsepower and 253 pound-feet of torque with a five-speed automatic. Fuel economy is unchanged as expected with front-wheel drive models rated at 18 miles per gallon city, 25 mpg highway and 21 mpg combined, and four-wheel drive models make 1 mpg less at 17 mpg city, 24 mpg highway and 20 mpg combined. Scroll down to read the official release.
