Vehicle description: VIN: 2HJYK16586H504172 Up for sale is this a 2006 Honda Ridgeline RTL with 168k miles. It is a 6cyl- 3.5lt and it is automatic and ALL Wheel Drive.
The truck is in excellent mechanical condition It is the Loaded edition with two-tone leather. The truck is fully stock and clean. This pick-up truck is clean for the most part and has been well maintained. Everything works on it. all the glass is in good condition. No cracks on plastic pieces and very minor wear on interiors. No tears. No rust. Clean undercarriage.
No mechanical work needed at all. NEW TIRES have few miles. Engine has plenty of power and transmission shifts smoothly. Good cooling system, suspension, brakes, exhaust, etc. Like a Honda with this mileage it has plenty of life left. all services are up to date. No check engine lights nor warning lights of any sort. It does show the tire pressure sensor light on. one of the sensors in tire might need replacement. It has never been used for towing, pulling nor plowing. It has been used for work commuting. NOT construction. It recently passed NYS safety and emission inspection. The undercarriage is in excellent condition. The frame has NO rust at all as can be seen in pictures.
Body is rust free. I took plenty of detailed pictures. The paint is still shiny and looks clean. Not many Ridgelines come with the black exterior and 2-tone interior combination. The tail gate opens in two different ways and it has a trunk inside the pick-up bed. All glass is in good condition and it has factory privacy tints for all back windows. It has power rear sliding window. All the wheels are in clean condition. As a pick-up truck it was used for work and has minor blemishes and scuffs. I pointed out imperfection in pictures. There is a dent/scuff on the lower part of the right front door by the molding lines(picture available). It is only noticeable at an angle. otherwise dent blends into the lines of the moldings. There are scratches and dings in the tail gate as well (pictures available). Finally, there is scratch on the right side of the bed (also shown on picture). The last scratch bends well into the line of the pick-up bed and you can tell is there when you compare to the other side. The trucks shows these imperfection because the color black tends to show everything. It is however a nice looking truck as can be seen in pictures. A silver color would hide these imperfections much better.
Interiors are also in good condition. All seats show little to no wear on them. NO tears. All upholstery is clean and there are no holes in it. No actual rips or cracks anywhere. The headliner is also clean.
If you have any other questions please contact me at (845)591-9481 or send me a private message.
Thanks, Mauricio

Honda CR-V named Motor Trend SUV of the Year for 2015
Wed, 15 Oct 2014Motor Trend has announced the results of its 2015 SUV of the Year competition, and from a field that included the new Porsche Macan, Cadillac Escalade, Subaru Outback, Chevrolet Suburban and BMW X5, the buff book has awarded the gold calipers to the 2015 Honda CR-V. If that result surprises you just a little, well, get to the back of the line.
MT looked at six different categories ranging from overall design to efficiency - both fuel economy and carbon footprint - to safety and value to pick its winner, singling out the refreshed Honda while paying particular praise to its new 2.4-liter Earth Dreams four-cylinder engine and continuously variable transmission. A tighter steering ratio was also cited as a big source of improvement.
"There was a lot of contentious debate," MT Technical Director Frank Markus told Autoblog, indicating that nearly half the judges approached the final round of voting with an eye towards the redesigned Jeep Cherokee. "This year's field included some pretty fancy and fast iron, but the thoughtful changes made by Honda to hone its best-seller entry in that crowded compact cross-over segment really did the trick."
NSX, S660, and a 4-motor CR-Z EV that goes like hell
Tue, Oct 27 2015AutoblogGreen Editor-in-Chief Sebastian Blanco was my road dog while visiting Honda's R&D center in Tochigi. Over the course of a long day of briefings, driving demonstrations, and a variety of strange-flavored candies, we saw quite a lot of what the company is planning for the next generation and beyond. Of course, Sebastian and I see the world through very different eyes. So, while he was busy getting details about the FCV Clarity successor, and asking tough questions about electrification (in other words, the important stuff), I was fixating on a tiny, two-seat sports car that will never come to America. Oh, there was an NSX, too. Honda's pre-Tokyo Motor Show meeting really did have plenty to offer for all kinds of auto enthusiasts, be they focused on fast driving or environmentally friendly powertrains. Seb's attendance let me focus on the stuff that's great for the former, while he wrote up high points of the latter. View 15 Photos S660 I joke about salivating over the S660, but honestly I was at least as excited to take a few laps in Honda's Beat encore, as I was to sample the Acura supercar. Conditions for the test drive weren't ideal, however. Two laps of a four-kilometer banked oval is not exactly nirvana for a 1,800-pound, 63-horsepower roadster. Still, I folded all six feet and five inches of my body behind the tiny wheel determined to wring it out. The immersion of the driving experience was enough to make it feel fast, at least. I shifted up just before redline in first gear with the last quarter of the pit lane rollout lane still in front of me. The 658cc inline-three buzzed like a mad thing behind my ear, vastly more stirring than you'd expect while traveling about 30 miles per hour. The S660 is limited to just around 87 mph, but the immersion of the driving experience (note: I was over the windscreen from the forehead up) was enough to make it feel fast, at least. Even after just a few laps, and precious little steering, I could tell that everything I grew up loving about Honda was in play here. The six-speed manual offered tight, quick throws, the engine seemed happiest over 5,000 rpm, and the car moved over the earth with direct action and a feeling of lightness. Sure proof that you don't need high performance – the S600 runs to 60 mph in about 13 seconds – to build a driver's car. I could have used 200 miles more, and some mountain roads, to really enjoy the roadster (though I would have wanted a hat).
Acura built just 91 examples of the ILX last month, here's why
Thu, 18 Apr 2013The short life of the Acura ILX has been vexed by one glaringly odd standard equipment choice, mediocre reviews, getting outsold by its competition as it posted slower-than-projected sales and a pledge by Honda to upgrade its supposedly upgraded offering. Therefore, when Automotive News reports that just 91 of the Civic-based Acura sedans were manufactured last month - after a string of production months in double-digits - it would be easy to press the button for the alarm bells.
But that would be hasty, because it is actually the 2013 Honda Civic that is crimping the production pipeline of the ILX. The vastly higher sales numbers of the Honda meant that all three North American plants that produce it needed to crank up output to satisfy dealer inventory needs, including the Greenburg, Indiana plant that makes both the Civic and the ILX. As the classic guns-vs-butter Economy 101 lesson taught us - in which making more of one necessarily means making less of the other - well, the Civic is the gun.
Honda prepared for this eventuality by cranking out the Acuras while it got ready for Civic production. The ILX has held steady at about 500 units shy of company projections every month, and the current inventory represents about 90 days worth of sales. That makes Greenburg's ostensibly low numbers in line with the realities of the ILX, and the situation probably won't change much as Acura gets ready for the improved 2014 ILX.
