Inside has been under seat covers majority of its life and shows no wear.No smoke, no pets. The car is 100% stock with the exception of a cd player, I use it mostly for the aux plug to stream Pandora or my personal music but it will play cd or radio just fine. I also have the stock radio in case anyone wants it. Mechanically the car is in excellent condition. Transmission has been rebuilt and is under warranty. Transmission axle seals has also been replaced. Engine is quiet and runs smooth. Recently replaced plugs, distributor, ignition coil, ignition wires, distributor cap/rotor, all filters, fuel pump, egr valve, fuel filter and all fluid flushes. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the car. Clean and clear title. All original keys with keyless entry.

I owned the car since 4/2010. First 2 owners were from the same family then me. At the time of registration I noted mileage as 120000 but the clerk made a mistake and titled it with 150000. I didn't notice this until the next day and was told that they cant fix this because it was already filed with the state. Not really an issues but worth mentioning. The report does show 2 accident. First one was with a previous owner, he hit a motorcycle. There was no damage but of course report was made. Second one is my wife bumping into someone in traffic at less then 5 miles an hour, again there is no damage but the person insisted in reporting it. Body work is all original and have never been painted.

Honda CR-V caught wearing facelift in Europe

Mon, 04 Aug 2014

A few years on from its 2011 debut, the current Honda CR-V is preparing to go under the knife for a refresh. Typical of these sort of mid-cycle deals, the changes for Honda's popular CUV are minor.
The front of the car is home to the most dramatic (a relative term here) changes, with revised headlights sporting what looks like a slimmer profile. The three-bar grille has been heavily tweaked and is now a two-bar item, with a larger lower bar and a nose badge that covers both upper and lower sections.
The fascia itself has been modified with what looks like a larger lower intake, while the foglights have gone from the circular pattern of the current car to a rectangular pattern on the facelifted model. It looks like they'll still sport conventional bulbs, although the shape of the lights themselves look like a natural fit for a set of LED running lights (as is the trend).

2015 Honda Civic Type R to sire next-gen CR-Z?

Mon, 16 Sep 2013

Salt shakers at the ready, boys and girls. There's a rumor out of Australia claiming the next Honda CR-Z will be based on the forthcoming 276-horsepower, turbocharged Civic Type R. Apparently Honda's research and development bigwigs have been unnerved by the reception of the Scion FR-S/Subaru BRZ twins and are eager to return fire.
Now, don't get too excited - Honda isn't following the Volkswagen model of offering virtually unchanged mechanicals in a different bodyshell (Beetle Turbo and GTI, for example). Instead, the report says the future CR-Z will retain its hybrid powertrain, albeit with a serious kick in the pants. A prototype is said to already be zipping around Japan with a turbocharged, direct-injected, 1.5-liter, four-cylinder engine and the current CR-Z's electric motor and battery pack. With a reported 221 horsepower mated up to a seven-speed, dual-clutch transmission (say buh-bye to the CVT and six-speed manual) and the next-gen Civic platform underneath, the rumored CR-Z has all the makings of a hot hatch riot.
Of course, this all sounds wonderful. This is also the point where you should be enjoying that salt. We really like the idea of a properly hot CR-Z that can compete with John Cooper Works Mini models and the new Ford Fiesta ST, but the three-door hybrid has been such a slow seller for Honda in the US that it might not field a second generation here, no matter how improved it might be. Let us know what you think of an amped-up CR-Z in the comments. Is it a good idea, or is this one Honda model that's just too far gone?

Honda 'Hands' ad is a worthy successor to 'Cog'

Mon, 08 Jul 2013

The 2003 Cog commercial from Honda may have been named one of the best car commercials of all time, but an all-new spot called Hands looks to be even more entertaining even if it's digitally enhanced. The two-minute video - which starts and ends with a nod to Cog - highlights just about all facets of Honda's universe of products from passenger cars to racecars, the HondaJet to leaf blowers, motorcycles, ATVs and even Asimo.
Celebrating 65 years of innovation, the advertisement is as informative as it is amusing, and it even injects a little humor, too, like a glass of water being squeezed from the FCX Clarity. We just hope that the 1:10 mark of the video isn't hinting at a CR-V Convertible. We're not sure when Hands will air or if we'll see it on television here in the US, but the video is posted below; as an added bonus, we've also included the video for Cog.
