UP FOR BIDDING IS THIS 2011 HONDA PILOT EX-L 4WD SUV. THIS UNIT ONLY HAS 16,000 MILES. THIS VEHICLE IS A REBUILT SALVAGE TITLE. THE VEHICLE WAS BRANDED IN NEW YORK SO IM GUESSING MAYBE IT WAS FROM THE NEW JERSEY STORM THAT IT WAS FLOOD DAMAGED. IT HAS BEEN REPAIRED AND PASSED STATE INSPECTION. I RECENTLY PURHCASED IT AT A DEALER AUCTION FOR MY WIFE BUT SHE DOES NOT LIKE THE VEHICLE SO NOW I AM SELLING IT. THE VEHICLE RUNS AND DRIVES GREAT WITH NO ISSUES. THE INTERIOR IS LEATHER AND IS IN NICE SHAPE THERE IS SOME DISCOLORATION IN THE CRACKS OF THE SEAT FROM MOISTURE AS PICUTRED. I DON`T KNOW THE EXTENT OF THE WATER THAT WAS IN THE VEHICLE OR THE DAMAGE BEFORE HAND. IT SEEMS TO BE A VERY NICE VEHICLE NOW AND GIVES YOU A CHANCE TO BUY A $35,000 VEHICLE FOR LESS THAN HALF OF THAT PRICE. A FEW DEFECTS I DID NOTICE ARE BOTH POWER SEATS ARE INOPERABLE RIGHT NOW, THE POWER HATCH BUTTON LOCATED ON THE DRIVERS DOOR DOES NOT WORK, AND THERE ARE A FEW SCRATCHES ON THE FRONT BUMPER AND DRIVER SIDE DOOR MOLDING. I PLAYED WITH MOST OF ALL OF THE POWER OPTIONS AND THOSE ARE THE ITEMS I FOUND TO NOT WORK. I AM NOT A MECHANIC NOR AM I A FIX IT MAN SO I DON`T KNOW WHAT THESE WILL NEED TO MAKE THEM WORK. I ENCOURAGE ALL INTERESTED PARTIES TO COME TAKE A LOOK AT THE VEHICLE DRIVE IT AND SO FORTH TO MAKE YOUR OWN SUMMARY. 2014 Honda Accord V6 Touring

The Toyota Camry has long been our nation's best seller, while the Honda Accord has dutifully come in second place, like some sort of codependent Cal Naughton Jr. riding Ricky Bobby's back bumper.
There was that one year, 2001, when the Accord briefly broke the Camry's streak, marring what would today have been a 17-year-long run of best-selling car titles. The Accord pulled the opposite move in 2011, letting sales slip far enough to let not only the Toyota by, but the Nissan Altima and Ford Fusion, as well. Aside from those anomalies, the Camry and Accord have been first and second in this segment since before many of you readers could even drive.
It's 2014, and these frenemies have never before faced a threat to their world order as strong as today's class of family sedans. The aforementioned Altima and Fusion are perhaps the most capable challengers, but the Chevrolet Malibu, Hyundai Sonata, Kia Optima, Volkswagen Passat and Mazda6 are all capable of convincing new buyers to walk their way.
Fred Savage wants to narrate your home videos to practice for Honda gig
Mon, 27 Oct 2014Honda is getting ready to launch a new advertising campaign with Fred Savage of The Wonder Years (and The Princess Bride) fame, and in order to get his voice in game shape, Savage is taking to social media to get prepared. More specifically, he's apparently interested in adding some voiceover to fun videos provided by fans of the Honda brand, and all you have to do to be considered is to get his attention on Twitter using the hashtag #HondaPromo.
We have no idea how Savage or the Honda PR team plans to choose which videos will be turned into narrated works of art, but we do think it's a pretty fun idea. The 2014 Honda Accord Hybrid should surprise no one. Its look is something we've seen since the non-hybrid versions went on sale last year. Its powertrain, mostly, we are familiar with from the already-on-sale Accord Plug-In model. And the overall vibe of the car? Well, it's an Accord, which has been a strong seller in the US for three decades, so much so that there's a very good chance you've been in one at some point, whether you noticed or not.
Honda's first attempt at an Accord Hybrid, released in 2005, put dynamic performance first, but it didn't match the public's maturing perception of what a hybrid is all about: fuel economy. The 2005 version was capable of a measly 28 miles per gallon combined, 25 in the city and 33 on the highway. Remember those numbers, and that the first-generation Accord Hybrid lasted all of three model years before being axed.
