Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States

Low Mileage. 1 Owner. Non- smoker. No pet.
Clean title. No accidents. Mechanically sound. Starts right up at any temperature. No check engine/any lights on dashboard, no codes, no leakage. Both interior and exterior are in great condition. Only a few tiny scratches at the right rear bumper. Interior has normal wear for an 11 year old car, but no tears/ broken parts on seats leather. All electronic gadgets work. An AUX input for your mobile audio device is installed.
I would recommend replacing two front tires(~$200)/ at least a rotation with the rear ones. Timing belt was changed at 70k mi.
Pictures will be uploaded in a few days. The vehicle will be detailed next week.

UPDATES:
  • Pictures of the vehicle have been uploaded upon request. They were taken off my cell phone today after work, please excuse me for the poor quality. I will take some better pictures of it after it is detailed on Thursday/ Friday.
  • It is a 1 owner vehicle, please refer to the AutoCheck. Title was issued at 00040mi brand new.
  • Removable serrated strips were installed at the two corners of the rear bumper to avoid scratches.
  • Window rain guard/deflectors installed.
  • Comes with two sets of key and remote.
  • Dual power leather seats, power windows, power lock, anti-theft system, cruise control...
  • I have purchased another smaller car as my daily drive, thus selling this one.
  • Priced to sell. It is lower than any listings I can find on eBay/craigslist/autotrader. Its KBB value is over $7200. Please make reasonable offers.
  • Another eBay account of mine is "manchingho"(100%rating). New account for free listing...
UPDATES 2:
  • Its trim is EX-L Sport Utility 4D, not EX as previously mentioned. You can see the leather interior and dual power seats exclusive for EX-L trim from the (very dark) pictures. Huge mistake due to the lack of choice when I created the listing.

UPDATES 3:

  • New pictures are available now. The car looks great after a complete detailing.

Automakers teaming with Google to bring Android to cars this year

Mon, 06 Jan 2014

Remember how we mentioned that Hyundai would be offering a BlueLink infotainment app for Google Glass? And how last week, we told you about a rumored partnership between Audi and Google? Well, both of these things were just part of a much bigger deal.
Google has teamed up with Audi, General Motors, Hyundai and Honda to form the Open Automotive Alliance. With the help of chipmaker NVIDIA, the group aims to bring Google's Android operating system to the auto industry on a large scale. While the speed with which Android will be adopted by the industry remains unclear - the OAA's own press release says "timing for each automaker will vary" - we could see the first Android-equipped vehicle by year's end.
For those that keep their ear to the ground in the automotive tech world, this is a big deal for more than just one reason - Honda, GM and Hyundai are all partners in the Siri Eyes Free program from Apple. The future of that relationship now that three of its automakers are in bed with Apple's arch-rival, though, could be under threat.

2015 Fit Kit is the perfect DIY car from Honda

Mon, 31 Mar 2014

Ah... let the April Fools' Day automotive jokes begin. Honda is kicking things off, following up on last year's Honda Hair joke with a prank video featuring the 2015 Honda Fit.
It's called the Fit Kit, and as you might guess, it's a way to build your own version of the redesigned hatchback. There are 180,000 mechanical parts in the kit - some delivered by drone - but that doesn't seem at all daunting to the pair of obnoxious, self-described tinkerers that star in the Fit Kit ad.
Honestly, the video is pretty entertaining, with some biting satire of the DIY movement and its attendant cadre of mustachioed hipsters. Scroll down and have a look at both the video and the Fit Kit press release from Honda.

Consumer Reports says infotainment systems 'growing first-year reliability plague'

Mon, 27 Oct 2014

The Consumer Reports Annual Auto Reliability Survey (right) is out, and the top two spots look much the same as last year's list with Lexus and Toyota in first and second place, respectively. However, there are some major shakeups for 2014, with Acura plunging eight spots from third in 2013 to 11th this year, and Mazda replaces it on the lowest step of the podium. Honda and Audi round out the top five. This year's list includes six Japanese brands in the top 10, two Europeans, one America and one Korean.
Acura isn't the only one taking a tumble, though. Infiniti is the biggest loser this year by dropping 14 spots to 20th place. Other big losses come from Mercedes-Benz with an 11-place fall to 24th, and GMC, which declines 10 positions to 19th.
Perhaps unsurprisingly, it's not traditional mechanical bugs hauling down these automaker's reliability scores. Instead, pesky problems with infotainment systems are taking a series toll on the rankings. According to Consumer Reports, complaints about "in-car electronics" were the most grumbled about element in new cars. Problem areas included things like unresponsive touchscreens, issues pairing phones and multi-use controllers that refused to work right.
