1997 Honda Passport Lx Sport Utility 4-door 3.2l on 2040-cars
Bronx, New York, United States
The Good: car runs well ,starts up on turn of key. Has Auto Start and
key-less entry remote . Changed timing belt, hoses, belts, thermostat
and i think he replaced water pump also last year. Just got car
inspected so good till march 2015. No leaks. ABS light has been on since
i bought the car 10 yrs ago, never failed inspection. Interior in good
shape(see pics), NO rips or tears . It was taken care of. Body in
decent shape, nowhere near perfect (see pics). no rust on body .
Bad: Transmission does not engage into 3rd and drive. Gears 1and 2 fine. 4 wheel drive works but makes front end noise on turns, probably needs to be greased, in 2 wheel no problem. I still drive the car just locally, supermarket etc.. so i keep it moving. don't go above 30 mph @ 2800 rpm. Radio doesn't work.. Serious inquires. Don't waste our time. Welcome to come by and check it out. I've got nothing to hide. Being sold as is .... If U can repair, great ! If not a lot of great parts. Had car for 10 years, Great car.4. I have clean title in hand, come and take it home. Pick-up in 7 days at end of listing. I am also selling the car locally so i reserve the right to end at any time. |

Petrolicious profiles the Triple Nickel, a 1968 Honda CB160
Thu, Jun 25 2015Petrolicious often puts as much of a focus on the owners as it does on their machines in its videos, but the latest one goes even further as a short documentary that tells the story of a woman getting back into vintage motorcycle racing after an accident. Stacie B. London bought her first bike in 2009, but she jumped into the hobby with both feet. Not too long after getting her cycle, she started competing on two wheels. Fantastic cinematography is always one of the great strengths of Petrolicious' clips, but it absolutely nails the audio here, too. If you enjoy the sound of vintage bikes revving for all they can, then this is a must see. Of course, the story of someone getting into vintage motorcycle racing is also fascinating. London's 1968 Honda CB160 wears the 555 number when on the circuit, hence the nickname Triple Nickel. Not only do we get to see her open up the bike up on the salt flats, but we get to watch part of her first competition on track after recovering from a serious crash. For a relative newcomer not only just to riding a motorcycle but also racing one, London already seems to be hooked.
Honda to present HR-V, updated Acura ILX at LA show
Mon, 20 Oct 2014Honda has already showcased its new Fit-based crossover around the world. We've seen it in Tokyo wearing the Vezel name and we've seen it in Paris in 'prototype' form. We've even seen photos of the US-spec version. We just haven't seen that North American model in the flesh, but that'll all be fixed next month at the Los Angeles Auto Show.
That's where Honda will, at long last, unveil the US version of its new HR-V subcompact. The Japanese automaker hasn't told us much else, save to say that the HR-V will, of course, slot in below the CR-V in US showrooms. It'll also feature the company's lauded Magic Seat system, "which allows for multiple seating configurations and the ability to fold the second row seat completely flat for added cargo space."
Alongside the HR-V, Honda's luxury division will also be showcasing a revised version of its ILX sedan at the LA show as well. Acura hasn't revealed precise details of what revisions are in store for its smallest sedan - or a more detailed photo than the teaser inset at right - but it is promising "a comprehensive update that include a potent new powertrain, more forceful, sporty exterior styling and a substantially upgraded interior design."
2014 Honda Odyssey gets some tidy tweaks [w/video]
Wed, 27 Mar 2013Here in New York, Honda is offering up a refreshed version of its well-liked Odyssey minivan, bringing with it a slew of updates including the segment's first in-car vacuum. It looks to be a neat little feature, one that families will no doubt get a lot of use out of. Kids are spill-machines, after all.
On the outside, the Odyssey gets a revised front end with dark headlamp surrounds, shiny cross-bars in the grille, and an aluminum hood and bumper. We think the blacked-out grille trim looks fine on this charcoal model, but question how smart it will look on models with lighter paint tones. Out back, there are new LED taillamps, and it looks like a new wheel design will be on offer, too.
Other changes for the 2014 Odyssey include some structural reinforcements for improved safety and some new available nannies like lane-departure warning and forward collision warning. Inside, buyers will find new finishes inside the cabin, a redesigned center stack and pushbutton start. Scroll down for the full details in an official video and in Honda's press release, and have a look at new images live from the show floor in the gallery above.
