2009 HONDA FIT Sport

Up for sale is 2009 HONDA FIT with Automatic Transmission. If you’re looking at this car you probably know that it averages about 30-40 miles per gallon – great gas saver. It also has a lot of room on the back to fit all kind of staff.

This HONDA has many options such as: Power Door Locks, Dual Power Mirrors, Power Windows, Power Steering, Digital Information Center, Cup Holders, Rubber Floor Mats, Tilt Steering Wheel, Black Seats, MP3/AM/FM/Compact CD Stereo with USB reader, 4 Wheel Disc Brakes, Anti-Lock Brakes, Automatic Seat Belts, Child Proof Door Locks, Drivers and Passenger Airbag And Side Airbag.

The exterior of this 2009 FIT is in great condition, please look at the pictures. This vehicle’s exterior color is blue. The windshield is in perfect condition. It does not have any rock pecks or cracks. The side windows and rear glass are all in perfect condition. It has some scratches on driver side front bumper and rear bumper in the middle – nothing that will affect the drive of the car.

The interior color of this FIT is black in color. The seats are in excellent condition, no burns or cuts. The carpet is in great condition and it’s equipped with Honda floor mats. The carpet does not show any stains, rips, or burn holes. All of the speakers work perfect.

Now a little bit about the history of the car: the car has rebuilt title from NC. This car was damaged on the front right side above the rails/frame – car did RUN and DRIVE with the damage. Damaged parts were replaced with new parts and car was restored to its original condition by pro body shop. This used to be my dad’s car. He bought it with 20k miles and drove it in the past few years, putting over 50k miles driving from NC to PA, so mostly highway miles. He took very good care of it, always maintain it right. It runs and drives very strong and will last long time, despite the few scratches around.

Feel free coming for test drive or inspecting the car.

Please email us with questions or offers. Any unreasonable offers will be declined. Also, if you make an offer and we agree on the price most likely we’ll lower the BuyItNow price to what you offered so you can click and purchase the car right away because there are so many “dead” buyers on eBay and we’re just tired of re-listing cars because of "those" people. $500 non refundable deposit has to be made within 24hr of the purchase in order to hold the car for the buyer. If you don’t agree please don’t bid.

Also have in mind that sometimes we drive those cars, so they might have couple hundred miles more than what is listed above.

We can assist with shipping anywhere in continental U.S. – just email us your ZIP code and we’ll get you the cheapest shipping rate.

Car is locally advertised so we reserve the right to end the auction early. So don’t wait…

Leno meets the nicest people on his bored-out Honda CB750

Tue, 08 Jul 2014

Jay Leno's Garage is back to its tried-and-true formula this week with Jay taking a close look at a seriously cool vehicle with a guest. This time he invites in Adam Gaspic from Gasser Custom to take a look at a highly customized 1975 Honda CB750.
The bike is really an amalgam of styles from different eras and various Honda parts. Its looks are inspired by '50s hot rods with its white-wall tires and satin, metallic fuel tank, but there is a little British café racer in there, as well. A digital instrument panel and LED turn signals lend an air of modernity to it, too. Mechanically, the bike rides on a modified '75 frame with the front and rear suspension from an '80s Honda. However, the pièce de résistance is its engine, bored out to 836cc with additional head work and a custom exhaust.
Once on the road, the bike really sings. It sounds just the way a classic Japanese motorcycle should with a mix of whine at high-revs with rumble down low. A cycle that mixes this many styles should probably be a mess, but this fuses it all together perfectly. Scroll down to take a look at this motorcycle mixing classic and modern in Jay Leno's Garage.

Honda announces 2015 Pilot Special Edition

Tue, 03 Jun 2014

Honda doesn't have any exciting new mechanical or aesthetic changes for the 2015 Pilot eight-passenger crossover, but it is adding a new trim level to give families a compromise between the EX and EX-L models.
The new Special Edition trim is available on either the front-wheel or all-wheel drive versions of the Pilot, and it adds Pewter Gray aluminum wheels, a power moonroof, a rear seat entertainment DVD system and Sirius XM radio. Prices come to $33,950 for the two-wheel drive version, after the $830 destination charge, or $35,550 for all-wheel drive after destination.
Prices for the rest of the trims are up $200 over last year, and they all still come standard with remote entry, a rearview camera and Class III trailer hitch. Power is still provided by a 3.5-liter V6 with 250 horsepower and 253 pound-feet of torque with a five-speed automatic. Fuel economy is unchanged as expected with front-wheel drive models rated at 18 miles per gallon city, 25 mpg highway and 21 mpg combined, and four-wheel drive models make 1 mpg less at 17 mpg city, 24 mpg highway and 20 mpg combined. Scroll down to read the official release.

Honda Ridgeline to take two-year dirt nap before resurrection

Sun, 14 Jul 2013

Three years ago, Honda said there would be no new-generation Honda Ridgeline coming in 2011. In late 2011, when there was still no word on a replacement for the little truck that's been carrying on pretty much the same since 2006, within the space of a month both Honda's US truck planner and the CEO of American Honda said the Ridgeline would continue and that it was an integral part of the lineup.
But that doesn't mean it can't take a two-year timeout. A report in Ward's Auto says that the Lincoln, AL plant that builds the Ridgeline will cease its production in September, 2014 and a new one won't arrive until 2016. That's a walk-back from when the plan was to have the current truck run until a week before the next-generation truck went into production. Even so, Honda still says the Ridgeline isn't going away forever, a company spokesman telling Ward's, "Ridgeline continues to be an important part of our lineup."
2016 is a long way away, though, and we all know how quickly a product line put into a coma can end up suffering fatal consequences. Even though we keep talking about the Ridgeline, perhaps what Honda is actually saying is that the small pickup market is important to them, and they're working on a way to take better advantage of it than the Ridgeline was doing. We'll find out one way or the other in three years.
