A HONDA IN EXCELLENT SHAPE!! This is a Maryland 1 OWNER VEHICLE! No accidents!
Clean CARFAX! NO RUST! It gets better… NEW PAINT!! Of course… NO RESERVE! This
is the best Civic you will find on eBay, including price, condition, and
service! This NO RESERVE AUCTION is for a beautiful
1995 Honda Civic Del Sol with the S trim. This is Maryland owned, around
Annapolis/Odenton area; this was a mature owner that drove 9k miles a year.
Everything is original! Nothing has been changed, not even the paint color. The
clear coat was oxidizing/fading, so we had it professionally repainted. There
was no rust or ‘Honda rot’ anywhere. No body work was done, you can see the original
body and that it is almost flawless. INTERIOR: Everything looks perfectly
preserved for its next driver! Considering its age, and everything is in
perfectly working order, this is a rare find. The heat works great and the A/C
felt cold, it was on a cold day also. The carpet looks great with no holes or
tares. The seats are pretty much flawless; the driver seat has a few holes but
nothing to worry about. There are cheap ways to fix it these days. The driver’s
door has something going on, as you can see in the pictures; it’s not in any way
uncomfortable. The gauge cluster needs to be buffed, some one used the wrong type of cleaner. It’s crazy but the pedals are still perfect. I have not seen any
civic like this. The pictures barely show this car off, it will give you great
impressions. EXTERIOR: The
new paint looks great! With no major dents or dings, no scratches, and no rust
anywhere, this is an absolutely perfect car for anyone. All of the body lines
match up like they should. Honda has an issue with rust and clear coat issues
with the Del sol; it’s always right behind the rear tire, and if it’s really
bad, there will be rust in front of the tires. This was obviously garage kept.
The new tires have a great amount of tread on them. The roof comes off with
ease and there is a mount in the trunk to lock it in place, and it moves so you
can still access your trunk! The rear window still works perfectly! The radio
antenna has been cut off; these can be found at any junkyard, or buy them new
for around ten dollars. The original front tag plate mount is still on the car! MOTOR/HANDLING: This
Honda still feels reliable and strong. The Del sol starts right up every time.
No idling issues and no smoke or smells. There aren’t any exhaust leaks either.
This model did not come equipped with powered steering. The coupe is really
light, making it easy to park. The clutch feels good; the gears are close and
switch with ease. The clutch engages without slipping and the gears transition
without any issues. This would be perfect for starters learning to drive a
manual. The suspension feels right and very effective. The brakes work great at
any speed and the wheels are quiet and balanced properly. This car still drives
like it wants to. If I told you there was 70k miles on it, you would believe me
without a doubt. The way it looks, feels, and drives, this car still has a lot
of time left on it. This
1.5L engine can get 30 mpg DAILY! I know from experience, I have the same
engine in my 92 Honda Civic sedan. My civic has over 320k miles on it and still
going, STRONG! I can drive it aggressive and I know I cannot hurt it! This is a
perfect starter car, gas saver, or a wonderful head start on a beautiful
project. Don’t you deserve a break? Perfect straight frame, great original body
with no rust, excellent interior, just needs a B16 for starters! Be sure to add me to your favorites list! Check out my other items! IMPORTANT INFORMATION (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY):

The cars that won't live to see 2015 [w/video]
Wed, 23 Jul 2014Every year in the fast-paced automotive industry brings new models, but it also spells the end for some that have been less successful. This year will be no exception.
Japan's automakers make up the bulk of the list of discontinued models for the 2015 model year: Acura is replacing the TL and TSX with the new TLX sedan, Honda is bidding farewell to the Fit EV as the new Fit hatchback takes its place, and Nissan is saying goodbye to both the Cube and Murano CrossCabriolet. Both the Nissan Maxima and Mazda2 exit stage left before their upcoming replacements arrive, while Toyota is terminating the RAV4 EV and FJ Cruiser as well as the Scion xD, and Lexus IS C and IS F that are being effectively replaced by the new RC. Meanwhile Infiniti is finally discontinuing the G37 that was already replaced by the newer Q50.
From our own domestic automakers, Cadillac discontinues the CTS-V sedan and wagon as the new CTS rolls in, Chevy is canceling the mild-hybrid Eco versions of the Malibu and Impala sedans, and Chrysler is killing off the 200 convertible as the new 200 sedan arrives.
Honda Civic Type R on track to smash 'Ring record, eclipse NSX
Wed, 01 Oct 2014Honda has made some serious performance machinery over the course of its history, but few products have been as hotly anticipated as the upcoming new Civic Type R. Following a deep and proud history of Type R Hondas, the latest Japanese hot hatch is continuing its long striptease at the Paris Motor Show this week. But before it does, Honda has released this video clip featuring project leader Suehiro Hasshi - and he has some bold claims to make.
For one, he says it'll be the best Type R yet - and that's quite a statement considering some of its predecessors, including the almighty NSX Type R. Hasshi-san also reiterates Honda's aim of snatching the front-drive lap record at the Nürburgring away from the likes of Renault and Seat, and reports that the Honda team is on track to chew every bit it's biting off. In short, the new Civic Type R ought to be sensational.
Weekly Recap: Ferrari looks to reclaim old success with new manager
Sat, Nov 29 2014Clearly, Ferrari doesn't race for fourth place, and this week, major changes continued at the Scuderia. It was a rough year for Ferrari, and the Scuderia conducted its season-ending tests in Abu Dhabi this week with a view toward a fresh start in 2015 with new leaders and a new ace driver. Though plenty of other Formula One teams were disappointed with their finishes in 2014, Ferrari was perhaps the most eager to put this season in its rear-view mirror. The Scuderia finished a distant fourth in the Constructors standings with 216 points, well behind No. 1 Mercedes (701 points), and Ferrari failed to win a single race as the Silver Arrows dominated the grid. It was an especially bitter pill for a team that claims 16 Constructors championships and 15 Drivers titles – the most in history – and is the only surviving team from F1's first season, 1950. Clearly, Ferrari doesn't race for fourth place, and this week, major changes continued at the Scuderia. Ferrari named Philip Morris executive Maurizio Arrivabene as team principal. He replaced Marco Mattiacci, who held the job for only seven months after taking over for Stefano Domenicali, who resigned in April amid the Scuderia's early-season struggles. Phillip Morris (through its Marlboro brand) is a key Ferrari sponsor, and that played a role in Arrivabene's ascension. Still, he's no stranger to F1, and has been intimately involved in the Ferrari-Marlboro partnership. He also has served as the sponsors' representative on the FIA's F1 Commission since 2010. In a statement, new Ferrari chairman Sergio Marchionne said: "We decided to appoint Maurizio Arrivabene because, at this historic moment in time for the Scuderia and for Formula One, we need a person with a thorough understanding not just of Ferrari, but also of the governance mechanisms and requirements of the sport." Arrivabene's background is primarily in marketing and communication, and most recently he held the title of vice president of consumer channel strategy and event marketing for Philip Morris. He has been with the company since 1997. Arrivabene now leads a team that's rife with change. Marchionne took over in October when longtime boss Luca di Montezemolo quit in a disagreement about Ferrari's future, and the company itself will be spun off from parent Fiat Chrysler Automobiles in 2015.
