Honda, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Mercedes also under diesel emissions scrutiny

In Europe, where diesel engines are far more popular, the issue is shining a harsh light on the NEDC emissions test. Automakers donating money, vehicles and supplies to Oklahoma tornado relief effort
