2007 Honda Civic Ex Coupe 2-door 1.8l on 2040-cars
Porter Ranch, California, United States
The vehicle for sale is a 2007 Honda Civic EX Coupe. The car is in good condition. The mileage on the vehicle is 66,525 miles. The vehicle exterior is white, while the interior is tan with cloth seat upholstery seats. The exterior of the vehicle has a couple of very small scratches. There is a small, hardly noticeable impression above the rear passenger side tire (please refer to the pictures). The tires were replaced a couple months ago, however they are brand new because the car has not been driven since they were replaced. The wiper blades were also recently replaced and are in great shape. The interior is in fantastic shape. The seats feature no stains nor any wear and tear. The carpets are also in great shape. The audio systems works great, featuring a CD/MP3 player, programmable satellite radio and AUX jack for iPod/iPhone connection ability. The steering wheel features control over the audio system as well as cruise control. The dashboard features digital display of the vehicle's speed. The interior also features power windows and power control of the side mirrors of the vehicle. The trunk is also in fantastic shape as it is very spacious and features the ability to fold down the rear seats to expand the size. Other notes about the vehicle include the fact that there is only one electronic key. I purchased the vehicle as a used vehicle from a dealer in Indianapolis, IN in 2011 and it has not given me a single problem since it was purchased. The Carfax report is available upon request. Honda already working on NSX roadster
Mon, 25 Nov 2013Honda doesn't do many convertibles. There was the original Sports 360, the Civic del Sol, the S2000 and the Beat. But so far, that's pretty much it. The previous NSX was offered with a targa-style top, but the latest reports indicate that the Japanese automaker is already working on a proper convertible version of the new NSX, to be sold once again as an Acura in North America and a Honda in other markets.
Although it's not yet known whether the NSX roadster will offer a hard or soft top, sources indicate that it won't be a mere removable roof panel. Whatever form it does take, however, expect it to arrive a good couple of years after the tin-top version launches in 2015 with a similar form to the concept but with different underpinnings and a radical interior.
Refreshed Honda Civic's first commercial is a minor mea culpa
Thu, 27 Dec 2012Honda has officially rolled out the first ad for the 2013 Civic. The one-minute spot focuses on a number of clever inventions that improve on old themes, from rocket-powered parachutes to hover bikes and smart window shades, before shifting to the redesigned compact. Set to Santigold's "Disparate Youth," the ad culminates with the phrase, "Things can always be better." This is likely as close as we'll come to hearing Honda say, "we could have done better."
Unveiled at the 2012 LA Auto Show, the 2013 Civic features revised front and rear fascias, nicer cabin materials and an updated suspension just one year after the ninth-generation model debuted. That car received scaling reviews from critics, most notably Consumer Reports, who felt the 2012 Civic was a step backwards for a company known for producing high-quality, economical vehicles. You can check out the full ad for the 2013 Civic below before it debuts during the Rose Bowl.
How to charge up your BMW i3 with a Honda
Sat, Sep 13 2014Behold a cheaper version of BMW's range extender for its i3 plug-in. And it's brought to you by ... Honda? Sort of, if you take the approach that Gadget Review took when it looked for an alternative to ponying up the $4,000 or so for the gas-powered i3 range extender that comes from the factory. What was procured was a Honda portable generator for Home Depot for the experiment, which involved gassing the generator up in a parking lot, plugging in the i3 and going out for a cup of coffee. The result was that, after about a half-hour of charging, the i3 picked up about four miles of driving range. Not exactly revolutionary but it least a bit instructive. And given that Honda generators start at about $800, the idea, while clunky, is potentially cash-saving. Gadget Review briefly took the experiment one-step further by trying to run the generator inside the back of the car and plugging in, complete with a rigged-up ventilation system, but the host thought better of it once he realized that there'd be suffocation involved. Why this was never tried on the Nissan Leaf, we'll never know. Check out Gadget Review's five-minute video below.
