Here is my 96 Civic. I've been a technician for Honda/Acura for the past 10+ years. I bought this car with every intention of keeping it forever.Cosmetellicy it's in really nice shape for it's age.Has some dings and dents/scratches but it's what you would expect from a car of its age.Paint to my knowledge is all origonal.Has one rust spot on right rear quarter near rear bumper which is a common problem on these. The inside of motor is clean and shiny when you look inside the oil cap, prior owners took really good care of it.thats why I bought it.The transmission fluid was nice and pink when I bought it but I still always changed the ATF with every oil change every 2k miles. Why? cause I can...lol dosen't leak a drop of any fluid. i love these cars and they last forever If maintained properly. Here's a list of the factory OEM parts Ive installed on it the last two years.and a good estimate If you went to the dealer to get the work done. New Ignition: cap, rotor, plugs, wires $250 labor $150 Timing belt, water pump, drive belts and coolent. $500-600 A/C condenser $150 labor$180 A/C blows ice cold rear brake shoes and turn drums $300 Brake fluid flush $100 P/S flush $100 Induction service and scrub out throttle body gum $180 4 new tires and four wheel alignment$300 labor $160 Aftermarket stuff 2 6x9 Pioneer 3 way speakers in the rear tray.. 2 6" pioneer 2 ways in front sound awesome $200 labor ?? Skunk 2 lowering springs. $175 just for the springs exhaust down pipe and mid pipe $225 labor $160 aftermarket Radiator with oem thermostat and upper and lower hoses $200ish labor $200 these are just labor prices if you had the work done.I do this type of a work for a living so i'm really just in it for the parts but still my personal labor is worth something.....right? I know i'm probaly forgetting some stuff but thats about it. bunch of money in this car and it was restored by me a ASE certified factory trained Honda Technician to be a perfect daily driver. I would hop in this car and drive it anywhere with no hesitation whatsoever. I've been on many 300 mile round trips to New Jersey and West Virginia with not even a hiccup.I never intended on ever selling this car and I hate to part with it but due to "life happening" and owing my lawyer a bunch of money I have to sell some stuff. feel free to come see it anytime. first person with a reasonable offer and cash gets to take her. Honda NM4 concept motorcycles channel Akira
Fri, 21 Mar 2014Honda has rolled out a pair of new motorcycle concepts at the Osaka Motorcycle Show in its home market of Japan, and they're our first glimpse at the company's "neo-futuristic" NM4. Shown in both stealthy black and an eye-catching white, the NM4s are sharp creations that feature interesting riding positions.
Honda calls the concepts' seating "the cockpit position," claiming that it unifies bike with rider. We don't know about that, but we will admit that compared to most sportbike seats - which are more or less just bits of padding to squeeze between your legs - these bikes' saddles look more or less like conventional seats. Honda says that their backrests are adjustable, which should provide a comfortable riding experience. Still, with these bikes' sporting looks, we can't imagine their low seats are going to be great for dipping knees through the bends (although the should lower the center of gravity, so perhaps it's a wash).
Both show bikes, NM4-01 and NM4-02, are powered by 745-cc, two-cylinder engines, while dual-clutch transmissions are employed to dispatch unspecified amounts of power to their wide rear tires. The bikes are nearly identical save for different colors, but the NM4-02 features an integral set of hard panniers for increased utility. We've got a gallery of both, so hop up above and take a look. You can also scroll down for a brief press release from Honda.

Junkyard Gem: 2000 Honda Passport 4WD
Sun, Nov 20 2022The suits at American Honda Motor Company must have spent the bulk of the 1990s tearing out their hair in frustration as their rivals raked in big money from the sales of ever-more-profitable SUVs, even as American car shoppers lost interest in sedans and hatchbacks. Oh, sure, the Civic-based CR-V appeared here for the 1997 model year and sold well enough, but the lack of a larger SUV pained Honda more with each passing year. With the Acura MDX and Honda Pilot not ready for showrooms until the 2001 and 2002 model years, respectively, some stopgap had to be found. Isuzu stepped up and made a deal with Honda: the Rodeo would get Honda badges and become the Passport, while the Trooper would show up in Acura showrooms with SLX badges (for the 1994 and 1995 model years, respectively). Here's one of those Passports, found in a Denver-area self-service yard. Things got even weirder in the Isuzu/Honda world around the turn of the century, with the Honda Odyssey getting Isuzu badges and being sold as the Oasis. Fast-forward to 2009, and the only Isuzu-badged vehicles available new here were rebadged Chevrolets: the I-Series pickup (Chevy Colorado) and the Ascender (Chevy Trailblazer). The Passport name has some interesting American Honda history, stretching back to the first Honda vehicle sold here (and the biggest-selling motor vehicle in human history): the Super Cub. American Honda Motor Company couldn't use the Super Cub name on our shores, because Piper Aircraft had been selling a small plane called the Super Cub since 1949, so the motorcycle was called the Honda 50 over here. Eventually, this bike got a 70cc engine and became the Honda C70 Passport, sales of which continued through the middle 1980s. That means the Passports sitting in your local Honda dealership right now got their name from a one-cylinder motorcycle. General Motors has a Passport connection as well; when GM created the Geo brand to sell rebadged Isuzus, Suzukis, and Toyotas in the United States, it created a marque called Passport to sell the Daewoo LeMans as the Optima in Canada (all the other vehicles sold by Passport dealers were Isuzus). So, Honda's need to offer SUVs in its American dealerships led to an arrangement with GM-connected Isuzu to sell these trucks with a model name bearing links to both companies. So much history in the junkyard! Just as Geo-badged Toyota Corollas (mostly) got Delco radios, so did the Passport get Honda radios.
