1996 Honda Civic DX NO RESERVE Sold AS-IS/WHERE-IS (Buyer must make provision to tow or dolly the vehicle) Selling my Mother's 1996 Honda Civic. One owner car that was purchased new in southern New Hampshire in 1996, and has been a southern car for the last 7 years. Car has new tires, a new battery, and a new alternator; all were replaced within the last 6 months. The car runs and shifts well, and gets great gas mileage. The paint is oxidized, as is typical of Hondas this age. Cloth interior looks good, several stains in the carpets (could probably be removed via cleaning). The car has a salvage title due to hail damage… there are roughly a dozen small dings in the roof, hood, and trunk lid that are only noticeable from close up. Car is in average condition for its age. Daily driven until a month ago, until the brakes went out due to rusted hard-lines. Listing as with NO Reserve. Will NOT sell outside of eBay, please do not ask to work a deal outside of eBay-- I chose this method of sale for the buyer/seller protections. Payment in full is expected within 10 days following auction-end. Non-payment after the 10th day will result in negative feedback. |

Unfortunately, the government's list still contains errors.
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has issued an updated list of vehicle models that it's urging owners to repair under the mushrooming Takata airbag inflator recall. The latest version adds vehicles from new automakers like Subaru and Ford that are missing from the original announcement, and it also removes erroneous entries from General Motors, leaving only the 2005 Saab 9-2X (a reskinned Subaru WRX), and the 2003-2005 Pontiac Vibe, a joint project with Toyota.
