I'm selling my 96 ek hatch. It is a cx model. No power anything. Midori green factory. Not painted over another color. Hard to find this color. 152k miles. Runs and drives flawlessly. Does not burn oil,no leaks,no check engine lights. Was going to fix all the way up,but lost interest. Has stock non vtec motor. Great gas milage. Average 30 to 35. Interior is in great shape for age. Only issue is some burn marks on back seats. The driver, and passenger seats are flawless. No rips, tears,or stains. I did include pics of some body issues. Back bumper, driver side of hood/fender,rear driver side by gas cap,and passenger side door. Nothing major as said, but want to be as accurate as I can on description. Typical wear for a car that is 18 years old now.

Good:
Has blue Megan racing rear lower control arms. Installed when coilovers were installed.
Fully adjustable coilovers--Koni yellow with ground control Installed less than 1k miles
Konig roller rims. Black with jdm polish lip-15x7.5
Brand new tires less than 1k miles on them, and do have warranty papers. Tires are Kuhmos
Jdm armrest--type k color and fabric matches seats
Kenwood CD player with hands free blue tooth.
No rust!! Not one spot
All new speakers throughout car. Infinty by Harmon Kardon.
All maintenance has been done less than 1k miles.
New inner and outer tie rods, oil change, alignment, cap, rotor, plugs, wires, transmission fluid.

The bad:
Rebuilt title. Not a salvage rebuilt, just rebuilt. Was fixed by previous owner, and not myself. I did verify through Honda America, and also from state of Tn stating car had been repaired to state standards for the rebuilt title to be issued.  I LIVE IN TN,BUT CAR HAS INDIANA TITLE. I MOVED TO TN JUNE FIRST,AND CAR WAS PURCHASED IN APRIL.

It is a automatic-does matter to some, but not all.
Rear drums will need to be replaced. They squeak, but work.
Body has some spots but nothing major. Typical wear for 18 year old car.
Some trim pieces are faded but nothing horrible.
There is a crack in the back taillight. Light does work as suppose to.
CAR IS SOLD AS IS!!!! No warranty, and or guarantees of future issues. Your buying car at your risk!!!!!!

BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING AND OR PICK UP!!!!!!

I WILL NOT MEET HALF WAY OR DRIVER CAR TO YOU!!!!!

Honda and Isuzu announce hydrogen partnership for heavy-duty trucks

Wed, Jan 15 2020

TOKYO — Japan's Honda and Isuzu on Wednesday said they would jointly research the use of hydrogen fuel cells to power heavy-duty trucks, looking to expand fuel cell use by applying the zero-emission technology to larger vehicles. As part of a two-year deal, Isuzu will test Honda's fuel cell powertrain, which was designed for passenger cars, in Isuzu's commercial trucks, the companies said, which could pave the way for using the technology in a wider range of vehicles. Automakers are looking to develop more electric vehicles (EVs) to comply with tightening global emissions regulations. Many see battery-powered EVs as a solution for passenger cars in urban settings, but a growing number see hydrogen fuel cells as an effective way to power trucks, buses and other big vehicles. "Although we have done extensive R&D into passenger FCVs (fuel cell vehicles), we have not been able to study how best to apply the technology to commercial vehicles," a Honda spokesman told reporters at a briefing. "This partnership will allow us to do that." Fuel cell vehicles generate their own electricity using hydrogen stored in onboard tanks. This enables them to travel longer distances and refuel more quickly than battery EVs, while using less costly energy storage systems. "We think that FCV technology is well suited for heavier trucks which travel longer distances, and this partnership will enable us to examine this further," an Isuzu spokeswoman said, adding that the truck maker was also developing various lower-carbon powertrains including battery-electric technology for shorter-distance vehicles. With its Clarity Fuel Cell sedan, Honda is one of a handful of automakers which have developed and marketed fuel cell-powered passenger cars. Light- and medium-sized truck specialist Isuzu has for years has focused on diesel engine technology and has yet to market fully electric vehicles. But a price tag starting around $70,000 for the Clarity and scant hydrogen fueling infrastructure globally, Honda has seen limited take-up of that model and other FCVs since they began marketing them around 2015. In 2018 Honda sold just 654 Clarity FCVs, which are available only in Japan and the United States through leasing programs, compared with Honda's total annual global sales of 5.23 million cars.

2014 Honda Accord V6 Touring

Mon, 03 Mar 2014

America's midsize sedan segment is one of the most crowded and fiercely competitive in the business. The Toyota Camry has long been our nation's best seller, while the Honda Accord has dutifully come in second place, like some sort of codependent Cal Naughton Jr. riding Ricky Bobby's back bumper.
There was that one year, 2001, when the Accord briefly broke the Camry's streak, marring what would today have been a 17-year-long run of best-selling car titles. The Accord pulled the opposite move in 2011, letting sales slip far enough to let not only the Toyota by, but the Nissan Altima and Ford Fusion, as well. Aside from those anomalies, the Camry and Accord have been first and second in this segment since before many of you readers could even drive.
It's 2014, and these frenemies have never before faced a threat to their world order as strong as today's class of family sedans. The aforementioned Altima and Fusion are perhaps the most capable challengers, but the Chevrolet Malibu, Hyundai Sonata, Kia Optima, Volkswagen Passat and Mazda6 are all capable of convincing new buyers to walk their way.

Half of Chinese car buyers won't shop Japanese over hard feelings

Mon, May 26 2014

The hard feelings between China and Japan is no real secret. Besides modern-day disputes, the two countries have had a long-running enmity that dates back to well before the atrocities of World War II. All things considered, then, it shouldn't be a shock that half of Chinese car buyers wouldn't consider a Japanese car. This survey, conducted by Bernstein Research, found that 51 percent of 40,000 Chinese consumers wouldn't even consider a Japanese car – which, again, isn't really surprising, when you consider stories like this. According to Bernstein, the most troubling thing is the location of these sentiments – smaller, growing cities where the population is going to need sets of wheels. We imagine it wouldn't be as big of an issue in traffic-clogged Shanghai or Beijing, but these small cities are going to become a major focus for automakers. "Nationalistic feelings are an impediment. [Japanese] premium brands will struggle," analyst Max Warburton wrote in a research note, according to The Wall Street Journal. Things will improve for Japanese makes, although China will remain a challenge, with Warburton writing, "the one thing that comes out most clearly is that most Chinese really want a German car. While we expect Japanese brands to continue to recover market share this year, ultimately the market will belong to the Germans." There are a few other insights from the study. According to WSJ, Japanese brands are viewed better than Korean brands, and they're seen as more comfortable than the offerings from Germany or the US, despite the fact that everyone in China apparently wants a German car. This is a tough position for the Japanese makes to be in, as there's really not a lot they can do to win favor with Chinese buyers. It will be interesting to see how this plays out, particularly as the importance of the PRC continues to increase year after year.
