1985 Honda CRX SI 5 Speed. Has a little over 147,000 miles, which for a Honda is nothing. Almost no rust!! Drives and shifts great. Tread on the tires is about 60%. Almost all stock except for the muffler. Has MSD ignition, Upgraded plug wires, and a newer Super Start battery. Has a sunroof but I believe the sunroof motor is out. Passenger front wheel bearing makes a little noise but nothing bad, only a $30 part. Great platform for someone looking to mod an import or use the 40mpg city, 48mpg highway as a daily driver and beat the almost $4.00 a gallon gas prices for less then the price of a smart car. It will pay itself off in gas mileage alone! Car is for sale locally and I reserve the right to end the auction early if it sells locally first.

McLaren pondering Honda-powered 911 killer?
Tue, 21 May 2013As one of the premier sports cars in the world, the Porsche 911 is always driving around with a target on its rear-engined backside. If a new report is to be believed, the latest automaker with plans to build a 911-fighting sports coupe could be McLaren. Motor Trend is reporting that the recent news that Honda and McLaren are teaming up to build Formula One racecars could bear road-going fruit as well.
According to the article, the unnamed entry-level McLaren coupe may be powered by a Honda-sourced engine, but a detuned version of the 3.8-liter V8 from the MP4-12C is said to be more likely. All in, though, there is no solid information on the car just yet. As a reminder, M/T points out that the last time McLaren partnered up with a mainstream automaker, the world was introduced to the Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren.
Google poised to release Apple CarPlay rival this month

They're New York Yankees and the Boston Red Sox, Real Madrid and Barcelona, or whatever sports-based rivalry you want to cook up. Bottom line, if one company expands into a segment, it's only a matter of time before the other follows suit. And now, that rivalry is about to carry over to your car's dashboard.
Unnamed sources are reporting to Automotive News that Google will unveil its very own challenger to Apple's new CarPlay in-car operating system later this month at the Mountain View, CA company's annual developer conference. The system, allegedly called Google Auto Link, will be the first product to come from the Open Automotive Alliance, a partnership between Google, General Motors, Hyundai, Audi, Honda and hardware manufacturer NVIDIA.
The official announcement is expected to be made on either June 25 or 26, at the Google I/O conference in San Francisco. Expect to hear a lot more about Google Auto Link then.
