Hello you are bidding on a very nice but damaged 2011 Honda CRV AWD Special edition with 21,330 miles. The vehicle runs and drives fine. The vehicle sustained damage to the right front of the vehicle. The vehicle will need the following parts, right fender, right headlight, both front bumper covers, driver airbag, right inner liner, misc clips and mounting hardware. The right door is out of adjustment will need to be adjusted, the front edge of the front of the rocker panel has damage on it but can be repaired with no problem. The hood has some damage on the right side but should be able to be repaired. The right structure behind the right fender has some damage but can be repaired. The parts are available at car-part or on www ebay com for great deals on new and used parts. The vehicle is available for inspection please feel free to stop by and inspect the vehicle. 2014 Honda Odyssey first minivan to earn Top Safety Pick+ award [w/video]
Thu, 29 Aug 2013You know an automaker is confident about the safety of its vehicles when it asks one of the top crash test agencies to destroy one of its newest models. That's exactly what happened with the 2014 Honda Odyssey. According the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety, Honda requested that the agency run the updated Odyssey through its full barrage of tests, and for good reason.
Aside from slight styling upgrades and a new optional HondaVac built-in vacuum cleaner, the 2014 Odyssey was also given a more rigid passenger compartment using high-strength steel to help better protect occupants. It obviously worked. Following the crash tests, the 2014 Odyssey became the first minivan to earn a Top Safety Pick+ rating, but, more importantly, it did so with "Good" ratings in all five crash categories (four "Goods" and one "Acceptable" are enough for the TSP+). Impressive.

It's been a rough ride for the Honda Insight, and now its journey appears to be at an end - word is that the five-door hybrid hatchback is going out of production.
Even Ferrari swept up in latest Takata recall expansion
Fri, May 27 2016The scope of Takata's deadly airbag problems continues to widen. Eight manufacturers announced recalls Friday that affect more than 12 million vehicles, according to documents filed with federal regulators. The automakers include Honda, which is recalling 4.5 million units, Fiat Chrysler with 4.3 million, Toyota with 1.65 million, and Subaru, which is recalling almost 400,000. Some of these cars include the Saab 9-2x and Pontiac Vibe that Toyota and Subaru made for General Motors. Mazda will recall 730,000 vehicles and Nissan has 400,000 affected units. The smallest numbers were posted by Mitsubishi, with 38,000 Lancers manufactured from 2006 to 2007, and as a noteworthy high-end manufacturer, Ferrari is calling back 2,800 vehicles. These are all US-market cars. Beyond America, the Japanese Transport Ministry has announced seven million additional vehicles will be recalled, which means 19.6 million vehicles across the globe are affected by recalls announced. The defects have been traced to an insufficiently manufactured airbag inflator, which lacks a drying agent that would prevent the inflators from deteriorating over time. Thirteen deaths have been linked to the faulty airbags, which have become unstable and are prone to exploding and showering vehicle occupants with lethal amounts of metal shrapnel. A private equity firm, KKR & Co., has been named in a possible buyout of the struggling Takata.
