This 92 Suburban runs, drives and looks awesome. It is rust free and the paint is beautiful. The tires and brakes have about 6000 miles on them and the shocks are not original but not sure how old. The truck rides like a dream and the steering is tight and straight. Everything works as it should including 4 wheel drive. I was told that the transmission was replaced at about 100000 miles but besides that just regular maintainence on this truck. This truck has been in Nevada all of its life. There were 2 owners before me and they kept it in great condition. Seat covers have been on most of its life and the seats are still like new. The drivers seat is power and the passenger seat is manual. The carpet has very little wear as you can see in the pics. There is a stain in the carpet in the third row seating area also in the pics, but the floor mat covers it. The original floor mats are in great condition. The underside of the truck is clean and only shows wear from driving down the road. This truck has the rear heat and a/c which also works as it should. One of the vents in the 3rd seat area on the ceiling is missing as you can see in the pics but I am trying to locate one. The chrome around the grille is starting to bubble. There are some small chips in the paint as you would expect from a 20 year old truck but nothing major. I drove this truck 1900 miles to get it home and it drove absolutly perfect while getting 15-17 mpg. This is a great truck and is great for road trips. I am looking for something older, but if this truck does not sell i will keep it and be very happy. I may end this auction early. As promised, Chevrolet and GMC are offering a live webcast of the world premiere for the all-new 2014 Silverado 1500 and Sierra 1500. After being teased with spy shots and blurry images like the one above for ages, now is the time to see the trucks in the metal, for real (well, as 'real' as it gets on a webcast, at any rate).
Shift your eyes down just below to see the reveal as it happens, starting at 9:30 AM EST. We anticipate having loads of images full technical information to share after the webcast, too, so truck aficionados should stay tuned. GM opens military discount to 21M veterans and their spouses
Thu, Apr 7 2016May marks the start of National Military Appreciation Month, and General Motors is getting into the spirit by expanding its military discount program to, well, just about everyone. That includes a total of 21 million military veterans and their spouses, along with the current slate of active duty, reserve, and National Guard members. The discount can slash thousands of dollars off the price of a new Buick, Chevrolet, or GMC vehicles, with Automotive News listing an $1,100 discount on the top gas-powered version of the Malibu, the Premiere. Those that want a bit more spice can get $1,700 off the price of a last-generation 2015 Camaro SS, while truck buyers will enjoy $3,000 off the Chevy Silverado All Star. That's just a start, though, since the military discount can be paired with other GM incentives. The discount doesn't apply to everything, though. Some are understandable – none of Cadillac's vehicles are included in the deal, nor is the Corvette Z06. You'll also be unable to apply the discount to a range of base-level trims, like the Chevy Cruze or Equinox L, the base Colorado, or the entry level GMC Acadia, Canyon, and Terrain.
