2014 freightliner m2-106 sport chassis custom built hauler, “this truck is not an actual sport chassis”,
Cummins isb 260hp, 110k miles, Allison auto transmission, air brakes, air ride front seats cab and rear end, power
windows locks and heated mirrors, new legacy black leather air ride front seats and rear seat slides into bed,
pioneer touch screen that features apple play with 2 10” subs and amp mounted under back seat, led headlights,
tinted windows, I left rubber floor liner in truck bc I actually use truck and didn’t wanna worry about tracking
dirt on carpet. I wanted something different so I went with a 2014 dodge dually bed but I didn’t like how they
sit so low on some trucks so it’s mounted on 12” channel so body line matches (even though I gave up gooseneck
doing it, it’s best looking mated up dually bed). They made a receiver plate below rear bumper with a stationary
pintle hook, a 2” receiver with the 7 blade plug in and also added air brake connections for heavy loads. The
polished wheels didn’t fit my mental image of truck so I went with 22.5” black mega mayhem wheels with brand
new sumitumo 255-70-22.5 tires. To just add a little more to the look I was going for I added an exGaurd front
bumper and had it sprayed in bedliner for durability. There was just enough chrome with the black to achieve what I
wanted. The train horns above the visor really stand out. Oh, I had to add the transformer emblem on tail gate! I
still use the truck frequently so miles will go up a little. ABS light has been on ever since I’ve had truck and
never had it scanned (it takes a different plug than obd). Everything works as it should and rides and drives good
but isn’t a Cadillac, this is as close to a semi as you can get! It has normal wear as far as some rock chips few
small dings and a couple scratches, as I stated we use this truck to pull! Truck is ready to take off hooked up to
a trailer and go anywhere!

Weekly Recap: Auto execs face life in prison for recall delays under proposed legislation

The stiff punishments are part of broader transportation legislation, but clearly McCaskill has automakers in her sights.
Missouri Senator Claire McCaskill threw down the gauntlet this week, proposing a bill that could send auto executives to prison for life if they were found to have delayed a recall. She also wants to eliminate the limit for fines for auto safety violations, which are currently capped at $35 million.
2020 Chevy Trax spied sporting design cues from the new Blazer
Wed, Oct 3 2018We saw spy shots in August for what we thought was either a redesigned Chevrolet Trax or new GMC subcompact crossover. At the time we were leaning Chevy. But after this latest batch of spy shots taken near GM's proving grounds, we're now thinking this one is the Trax replacement and the other one was a GMC. For one, the thin row of LEDs looks remarkably similar to the 2019 Chevy Blazer's LED strip. The additional light slightly below that is similar to the Blazer as well, leading us to believe that the next Trax will have a Blazer-esque front end. At first glance, this vehicle looks slightly larger than today's Trax with a much brawnier shape than the current blob-like design. The rear roof cladding could be hiding the same sloped rear window with spoiler hangover we see on the Blazer. Circling back to the other small GM crossover we caught testing, this one doesn't have those Blazer elements. The curved windshield and sloping roof are like those of the GMC Terrain, as are the horizontal grille bars. By contrast, the above car has a straighter windshield and a roof shaped more like the Blazer. One element that does seem to diverge from the new Blazer are the taillights, but they don't exactly look production-ready anyway. If we're right about this being the next Trax (and we're pretty sure we are) then this looks to be a more distinctive vehicle than what it will replace. The mirrors have left their awkward spot on the doors, and it's shaping up to be a much sportier looking crossover as a whole. This vehicle will most likely end up being a 2020 model year car, and if so, we would expect to see undisguised photos of both it and the assumed GMC version next year. Supercharged 2015 GMC Yukon Denali sounds evil, runs 0-60 in 4.5 seconds
Sun, Dec 7 2014Speeding along in a sports car is undoubtedly a ton of fun, but some owners need the ability to carry a lot of people and their stuff and don't want to sacrifice the ability to put the power down. The tuners over at Hennessey have that demographic covered with their growling, supercharged power kits for the GMC Yukon Denali. The upgrades come in three forms for the SUV's 6.2-liter V8: HPE550 with 557 horsepower, HPE600 with 605 hp and HPE650 with 665 hp. This video showcases the full-bore version, and this Denali can definitely hustle in a straight line. The power bump comes courtesy of a 2.9-liter supercharger, intercooler and high-flow cylinder heads to add over 200 horsepower compared to stock, and the final result is a bellowing SUV that rears up off he line to throw the driver back into the seat. The sprint to 60 miles per hour lasts just 4.5 seconds. Check out this hasty hauler in action in the video above.
