PLEASE READ:

I BOUGHT THIS TRUCK FROM A DEALER IN NEW JERSEY, FEW DAYS AGO, BUT NOW I HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO BUY MY OWN HOUSE, SO I DECIDED TO SELL.

I STILL OWN THEM $4,000, NOT FOR A BANK. WHOEVER BUYS THIS TRUCK, WILL NEED TO PAY OFF THAT AMOUNT FIRST, IN ORDER TO GET THE TITLE.

THE REMAINING BALANCE, NEED TO BE PAID FOR ME WHEN I TURN THE TRUCK. THIS PROCESS WILL TAKE BETWEEN 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS.

PS- EXTRA PIECE OF MIND...Ebay has a buyers protection program incase you pay for a car and don't receive it (hope this eases your mind about the Dealer still holding the title until car is paid off and title is expressed mailed to me, in which I will sign over to you).

I am very easy to deal with and will ensure the process of getting you the car and car title goes smoothly. You will receive the car and the title at the same time.

PLEASE, FELL FREE TO CONTACT ME FOR ANY QUESTIONS. ALEX 203-449-8767

GM also sheds parts from its pickups to boost payload ratings

Thu, 31 Jul 2014

The row between Ford and Ram over who boasts the best-in-class tow rating for heavy duty pickups has revealed a number of things. Chief among them is a report that Ford removes items like the spare tire, jack, radio and center console from its vehicles in a bid to lower its base curb weight and therefore keep the truck's gross vehicle weight rating down.
For those that need a refresher, GVWR is the vehicle's curb weight plus its maximum payload. A lower GVWR allows Ford to station its F-450 among the so-called Class III pickups, despite the fact that internally, it has the makings of a more brutish Class IV truck.
Ford explains away these deletions, saying a customer could order their vehicle in such a manner. It has also come to light that Ford is not the only automaker to engage in such practices.

2015 Chevy Colorado and GMC Canyon order guides reveal added power

Tue, 17 Jun 2014

General Motors' Fleet Order Guide system is often the canary in the coal mine for interesting changes on new models. The recent guide for the 2015 Corvette unveiled all sorts of changes that weren't yet known about the sports car. Now, it's time for the 2015 Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon to take their bow in the spotlight, and they look worth the wait. The new midsize trucks are getting a touch more power than first thought, as well as some very nice features.
Extended Cab models of both trucks come standard with a 2.5-liter, direct-injected four-cylinder rated at 200 horsepower at 6,300 rpm and 191 pound-feet of torque at 4,400 rpm. That's a bit more than the 193 hp and 184 lb-ft originally reported for the duo. The standard transmission for the extended trucks is a six-speed manual, but the Work Truck trim is also available with an optional six-speed automatic. Towing for the four-cylinder is rated at 3,500 pounds.
Crew Cab models come standard with a 3.6-liter V6 with 305 hp at 6,800 rpm and 269 lb-ft of torque at 4,300 rpm, with a six-speed automatic. That's also somewhat different than the originally reported rating of 302 hp and 270 lb-ft. Towing for the V6 is rated at 7,000 pounds.

2018 GMC Acadia with 'Christmas Aero' modification gets in the wind tunnel

Sat, Dec 16 2017

Tis the season of "Big" - big cheer, big parties, big bowls of eggnog, big decorations, and when it comes to your family hauler, big drag. Festive drivers who festoon their crossovers, minivans, and SUVs with wreaths, Rudolph noses, fuzzy antlers, and rooftop Christmas trees undo the years of work that car engineers devote to fractional gains in fuel economy. To put numbers to such fuel-guzzling madness, GMC started with a 2018 Acadia, optioned it with the Xmas Aero Package - both Standard and Plus versions - put it in Lockheed-Martin's wind tunnel. The resulting dip in fuel economy results probably won't surprise anyone who's used a roof rack - or, for that matter, their car's air conditioning. However, it might surprise you to find out which seemingly substantial decoration had no effect, and which seemingly innocuous decoration was about twice as bad as running the A/C on its Mr. Freeze setting. Check out the brief video above for the results. And consider placement of that bow carefully.
