up for sale is my 99 GMC Sierra 1500 5.3L extended cab short bed lifted 9 inches. has a newer motor(65,000), trans was supposedly rebuilt when i bought the truck about a year ago, and as far as i can tell that holds to be true except for the solenoid issue? I drove it to the poconos and down to outer banks over the summer with no issues. Gets 23 mpg on highway due to tuning. has efi live custom new front differential, cold air intake, has atune, comes with 37 inch interco ssm16 tires with only 15,000 miles on 18 inch kmc chrome wheels. Has new water pump, new ball joints, new wheel bearings, new cv shafts, new u joints, new rear axle bearings and seals, new brakes and rotors all around, 2 inch add a leaf/helper spring in rear, truck runs beautifully and for the year it is in really good shape, no rust whatsoever...for this year thats crazy!!!! very good shape, i would keep it but i am in need of a heavier duty truck! also the interior is in great shape. has wear but overall good shape, no cracks or rips or holes.

Lincoln, GMC clean up in AutoPacific Vehicle Satisfaction Awards
Tue, 17 Jun 2014In recent years, there have been a lot of dire pronouncements made about Lincoln's future, or a lack thereof. But Ford's premium marque is like the Rocky Balboa of the auto business; every time the company seems ready to go, it comes back for more. Apparently, that dogged persistence is paying off, because the industry analysts at AutoPacific have put a big check in their win column with their newly released 2014 model year vehicle satisfaction survey. And despite recent enmity for its seemingly never-ending recall saga, it appears General Motors knows how to satisfy new owners, too.
In fact, not only was Lincoln named as the premium brand with the highest new owner satisfaction, even scored three models on the list of passenger cars with the most gratified buyers - the MKS, MKZ and MKZ Hybrid.
GM's stable of brands was also among the top companies in this year's survey. GMC was named the top popular brand by AutoPacific, with its Sierra pickup and Acadia crossover singled out for awards in their segments. Chevrolet also did incredibly well, with more cars on the list than any other brand. The Corvette, Camaro, Sonic and Impala all made the cut in their respective categories.

I'm probably ill-suited to accurately and fairly take the full measure of a vehicle like the 2013 GMC Acadia Denali. This is a machine conjured around the express notion of corralling and then herding a brood of rafter-swinging hatchlings to and fro in relative comfort, and with no such passel of wee Bowmans to call my own, it's difficult to give this rig a fair shake. While I can certainly weigh cargo capacity, legroom and fuel economy stats with the best of them, I'd be lying to your face if I said the word "crossover" didn't urge some uncontrollable Pavlovian recoil from the murky recesses of my frame. To put it simply, I just can't stand the damn things.
As a rule, the segment is built on a bed of compromise. Manufacturers love nothing more than to spin up a tired yarn about the virtues of this particular neck of the market. We're told the crossbreeds deliver all the ride quality, driving dynamics and fuel economy of a car married with the seating position, capability and interior volume of the SUV set. That all sounds as swell as a sunset, but as the 2013 Acadia Denali so artfully illustrates, the advertising on the box is rarely congruous with the prize inside. Even with an imaginary squad of younglings at my heels, the refreshed luxury crossover doesn't quite manage to scratch the promised itches.
