Some wear and tear with scratches and front driver door has a dent and gets stuck due to being side swiped and mirror is broken on that door as well because of the hit and will need replaced. the interior is worn but okay. front drive door handle and back passenger door handle as well needs to be replaced. over all drives good may need to back tires for inspection. drives well and has 208k with new starter ,water pump+thermostat was replaced at 140k and new idle pulley and full tune up done at 180k, brakes and rotors got done in November 2013 with u joints . All maintenance is WELL kept up in the truck. 1,000 miles more before oil change is needed. AC does need to be charged. But does work. just doesnt blow out cold enough. SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! just needs a new good owner to care and keep the TLC going. |

GMC Canyon's jump seats innovate to keep kids safe [w/video]
Sat, 03 May 2014We dig simple solutions to problems. There's something highly gratifying about making a minute change to fix something, rather than tearing up the playbook. That's what GMC has done with the new Canyon midsize pickup.
When putting a car seat in, car seat manufacturers require that at least 80 percent of the seat's base fit on the bottom cushion. That's a big problem in extended-cab pickups like the Canyon, which feature jump seats with shorter bottom cushions, in place of the larger, more traditionally designed bench.
The Canyon gets around this with extendable jump seats - simply pop out the headrest and slot it into the bottom seat cushion, and the truck can now easily accommodate a child's seat.
GMC boss wants a Jeep Wrangler rival
Wed, 12 Nov 2014Challengers come and challengers go, but the Jeep Wrangler continues to push forward even after vehicles like the Toyota FJ Cruiser and the entire Hummer brand have been shut down. Now GMC reportedly wants to take a stab at the quintessential Jeep, as well.
The news comes directly from Buick-GMC vice president Duncan Aldred, speaking with our compatriots over at Edmunds. Although Aldred said there are no plans currently on the table to expand GMC's lineup beyond the current range, "there is plenty of room everywhere in the hierarchy."
That could include a rival to the Wrangler, as well as a flagship luxury SUV positioned above the current Yukon Denali (pictured above). Just when (or for that matter, if) such models might come into fruition remains a big question mark, but it's certainly interesting to see what GM's dedicated truck brand has on the drawing board.
