1994 Ford Taurus, 3.0 L / V6 - 133,935 Original Miles - Runs Super Fantastic on 2040-cars
West Bloomfield, Michigan, United States
My Mother brought this car from her Nephew back in 1995 or 1996 part of the deal was that she put a transmission in it. The rest is history. My Mother drove this car to work, Church and she would run short errands in the W. Bloomfield area and back home. I took very good care of this car for her. The motor and transmission works very well. This car has no leaks. I kept up with regular maintenance for this car over the years, such as oil changes, struts, rotor, brake replacement, tires, and more...And of course, just like all older cars they do have their not so serious little problems. With this car the passenger side front door opens from the inside only. The rear window on driver side won't go down. the radio don't work. The warning lights: Oil, battery, and check engine flickers on and off from time to time but there is no problems at all. And there is a little rust, but other than that, this car runs great, and is in very good shape. This vehicle has 133,935 original miles on it. It is Front Wheel Drive. 20 year old Antique / Collectors Item / Call me Mr. Weaver for a test drive. 513-885-5129

Watch how Ken Block spent his weekend in Barbados
Thu, 22 May 2014Regardless of what you think of his skill as a racer, Ken Block is an expert showman. At this point, he has a career of showing up around the world to do vehicular stunts, and he's still able to go racing as well. It's a pretty sweet niche to carve out. Recently, Block was in Barbados to participate in Top Gear Live and the first event of the Global Rallycross Championship season, and Ford Racing produced a short video to show off his exploits.
It looked like a great show. Block got to race Lewis Hamilton in a Mercedes-Benz Formula One car and had a very weird crash during a Rallycross race that put his Ford Fiesta on its roof. Top Gear also released an extended look at Block and Hamilton's spectacle with the two of them expertly sliding around. Scroll down to watch the videos and get a taste of Block's tropical racing adventure.
Mustang Cobra Jet prototype garners $200k for charity at Barrett-Jackson
Wed, 02 Oct 2013A few weeks ago we brought you news of a one-off Mustang Cobra Jet that Ford was donating to charity. The car was set to be auctioned off by Barrett-Jackson in Las Vegas to benefit the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Now that auction has taken place, bringing in an impressive $200,000 for MS research.
That's a lot of zeros for a Mustang, much less one you can't even drive on the street. But the unique pony car, bearing serial number 2014 BJMS CJXX1, packs a 5.0-liter supercharged V8, competition gearbox, wheelie bar, roll cage... all you could want, in short, in a turn-key drag racer. And all that for a good cause.
How the Ford F-150 SVT Raptor became a reality
Wed, 01 May 2013The camouflaged Ford F-150 SVT Raptor prototype captured above blazing its way across the desert during a test run left company engineers giggling in amazement, reveals Jamal Hameedi in a new Autoweek video. Ford's global performance vehicle chief engineer, accompanied by senior exterior designer Bruce Williams, sat down with the publication to discuss the concept and development of the automaker's super off-road F-150.
Designing a high-performance pickup in 2008, right when the cost of gasoline was going through the roof, seemed insane at the time, but the team pushed forward with the innovative vehicle regardless. The interview includes plenty of Ford B-roll footage as visual candy, and the conversations include discussions about exterior design, ride comfort, anti-lock brake tuning, suspension engineering, weight reduction and why it was necessary to make the Raptor visually different than Ford's standard F-150. The model's origin story is very interesting, and you can learn more about it by watching the video below.
