OVERVIEW:For sale by owner is this beautiful 2006 Ford Ranger XL. This truck has 113,192 miles, which is mostly highway commuting miles. This Ranger has a clean title with a perfect Vehicle History Report (see report at bottom of listing). This Truck is in excellent condition inside and out. It looks and drives like a brand new truck! This Ranger has been extremely well taken care of. Garage kept and always driven responsibly. Never taken off road. Never towed anything. Always cleaned and detailed regularly. It drives perfect with no issues or problems. No smoke, no leaks, no check engine or warning lights, no weird smells, nothing. All maintenance is up-to-date. This Ranger needs nothing and runs perfect. It starts right up every time and idles perfectly. The 2.3L inline 4 cylinder engine runs excellent. Very quiet with lots of pep. The automatic transmission shifts perfectly through all gears. The brakes work great with no noises or vibrations. The truck has brand new Goodyear tires on the rear and the fronts are newer General tires that have 80% tread left. The truck drives down the road straight with no pulling or shaking. It handles and drives great in all weather conditions, even in the snow. Suspension is quiet and has no issues. Truck has a factory towing package with trailer harness for lights but this truck has never towed anything and it has never hauled anything heavy. In fact the bed was rarely used. This truck gets great gas mileage and averages 28 mpg on the highway. The heat works perfect and the a/c is ice cold. Everything on the truck works great with no issues. The infinity speakers sound awesome (very crisp and clear). With a responsible owner and proper care, this truck will last a very long time.
EXTERIOR:This Ranger is such a beautiful truck! It has been meticulously cared for and it shows! It really looks brand new. The white exterior is showroom clean and very glossy. The truck has no dents. no scratches. no rock chips, and no rust! This truck was detailed regularly and garage kept. All the glass is perfect with no chips or cracks. The wheels are super clean and still look brand new. The headlights are perfect with no scratches, cracks, haze, or discoloration (headlights are polished regularly). The front and rear Ford oval emblems have no scratches or chips and look brand new. The 3 Ranger emblems are mint and look new. The tail lights are spotless with no scratches, cracks, or discoloration. The grill and bumpers are perfect with no scuffs, dents, cracks, or scratches. All plastic trim is conditioned regularly to prevent fading and cracking. The tailgate is in perfect condition with no dings or scratches. The tailgate opens and closes perfectly with no issues. The truck bed and bed liner are super clean with no issues. The diamond plate Delta Tool Box is in great condition and works perfect. Truck comes with 2 keys for the tool box and it locks and unlocks perfectly. The side mirrors are mint and work great. The headlights, turn signals, tail lights, and license plate lights work perfect with no burnt out bulbs. The exterior is showroom clean!
INTERIOR:The black and gray interior is super clean as well. There are no broken or missing interior pieces. All buttons and gadgets work perfect with no issues. The bucket seats are very comfortable and still look great with very little wear. There are no cuts or rips on the seats. The rubber floor is clean with no rips or holes. The headliner and door panels are super clean with no issues. The windows work great with no problems. The dash has no cracks or scratches and is in perfect condition. The armrest/center console works great and moves up to seat 3 people. All 3 seat belts work perfect. The steering wheel is clean and looks great with no issues. The turn signal lever and shift lever work perfect. All gauges work great with no issues. The AM/FM Radio works great and sounds awesome with the Infinity speakers. The truck comes with the factory spare tire, jack, and tools. The engine bay is super clean too!
OPTIONS AND EXTRAS:This Ranger has the XL package. The truck comes with a 2.3L I4 engine, Automatic Transmission, 6 foot bed, factory towing package with harness, Toolbox, bed liner, ABS, anti-theft system, power steering, dual front airbags, 15 inch wheels, and more. Truck comes with over $900 in extras. Extras included are a nice diamond plate Delta Tool Box, Ford R Series Bed Liner with tailgate liner and tailgate rail cover, and Premium Infinity Speakers. MAINTENANCE:This Ranger has been meticulously maintained. Oil has been changed every 5000 miles with Mobil 1 Full Synthetic. The A/C System was recharged last spring and works perfect. The most recent major service was at 104K miles, which included the following: New NGK Iridium Spark Plugs, New Motorcraft Plug Wires, New Motorcraft Coil Pack, New Air Filter, New Front Brake Pads and Rotors, Transmission Fluid Drained and Refilled 3x, Cooling System Drained and Refilled, and a New Fuel Filter. Also, the rear end was drained and refilled with Royal Purple Gear Lube. Other more recent maintenance includes a New Battery installed 2 months ago, Brand New rear Goodyear tires less than 500 miles ago, New Headlight Bulbs, New License Plate Light Bulbs, New Upper and Lower Ball Joints, New Sway Bar Links, and a fresh 4 wheel Alignment. While we get new and updated car models every year, its inevitable that we'll need to say goodbye to some nameplates as well. This time around, it feels like we have confirmation or reports of an unusually large number of vehicles being discontinued in 2024 and the coming years.Â We shouldn't be surprised. A large number of automakers are approaching their various target dates for electrification of their fleets. As such, some beloved internal combustion cars are going away, sometimes with appropriate fanfare like special editions. Others are slinking away quietly, killed by slowing sales and changing consumer trends. Of course, the end of production doesn't necessarily mean permanent death. Some of these models could be resurrected in later years ... and probably as an EV. With that in mind, here are the vehicles that are being discontinued in 2024 and beyond. Â Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio andÂ Stelvio Quadrifoglio Alfa Romeo ended the production of its combustion-only Quadrifoglio models in April 2024 as the Italian automaker moves toward an electrified future. This isn't the end of the Quadrifoglio entirely, though, with Larry Dominique,Â Alfa Romeo senior vice president and head of North America, writing, "I look forward to presenting the next chapter in the four-leaf clover’s journey." Â Chevrolet Camaro GM is ending production of the Chevy Camaro after 2024, but is sending it off in style with a CollectorÂ’s Edition. WouldnÂ’t it be cool, though, if Chevy brought it back as an EV? Â Chevrolet Malibu Rumors of its demise have been around for a while, but now itÂ’s official. GM will end production of the Chevy Malibu in November of 2024. The assembly line in Kansas will be retooled to build the replacement for the Chevy Bolt. Â Dodge Durango The three-row Durango is slated to be replaced by the Stealth nameplate after 2024. The Durango name could make a comeback later, according to rumors, on a body-on frame SUV based on the Jeep WagoneerÂ’s platform. Â Ford Edge This is the last year for the Edge in the U.S., with the final unit rolling off the assembly line in April. On sale since 2007, the Edge topped 100,000 sales in all but three full years of production. Â Ford Escape Newly refreshed for the 2023 model year, FordÂ’s popular Escape compact SUV is reportedly taking its leave in 2025 in order to usher in Â—Â you guessed it Â—Â an EV in its place.

Forza Motorsport 6's new drivable Hot Wheels cars are the best

Each month, Turn 10 Studios releases a new car pack for the latest installment of its Forza Motorsport video game. Sometimes that means less-than-exciting stuff coming to our Xbox Ones – BMW X6M, bleh Â– but this time our inner seven-year-old is beyond ecstatic. Two of the seven cars are based on actual Hot Wheels models. And. They're. Awesome. First we have the 2011 Hot Wheels Bone Shaker. Yes, there are flames on the side. And yes, there's a giant skull where the grille should be. This one came from the imagination of "Mr. Hot Wheels" Larry Wood, whose design was so popular it inspired an actual real-world creation. Like all good things in this world, it's powered by a small-block Chevy V8. Oh, and it has no roof. This will be a popular one among gamers. The other digitized Hot Wheels creation is a 2005 Ford Mustang. A modest vehicle, sure, but the toy designers have festooned this pony car with a wild paint scheme and the body mods to emphasize it. Originally developed to celebrate the 'Stang's 50th birthday, this Hot Wheels car trades Americana for wild Japanese style. There's just one functioning life-size version of this car in existence as well, but if you look hard, you might be able to find one of the 1:64 scale models that inspired it. Other highlights from this month's car pack include the latest Ford Focus RS Â– finally time to replace that NASCAR-V8-powered, all-wheel-drive 2009 Focus RS Â– the 2015 McLaren P1 GTR, the 2016 Chevrolet Camaro SS, the aforementioned X6M, and Alain Prost's 1990 Ferrari 641 F1 car.
