1973 Ford Ranchero G.t. 351, Auto. on 2040-cars
Ripon, Wisconsin, United States
Hello, Up for auction is a 1973 Ford Ranchero G.T. This is a southern vehicle that I purchased acouple years back out of Georga. I have the Marti report included to verify. The Ranchero has not been modified from stock, other than a aftermarket stereo, dual exhaust was added and the A/C system updated to 134a freon. 351c engine with recently rebuilt FMX auto. trans. p/s, p/b, working a/c. Has had a repaint years back that shows very well. Please see pics for small dent and rust spot on left front fender. Interior overall is very good, dash pad has had a crack repair at some point that is visable if the dash rug is removed. Storage area divider and pockets, all glass, chrome, and stainless trim is also very good. Magnum 500 wheels are Ford stamped and not repops. Normal maintenance items, steering components, brakes, belts, hoses, tuneups, ect. have not been neglected. Floors, undercarriage and frame are solid. This is a very trustworthy older pickup that shows nicely. If you have questions please email via Ebay or call.... (920-748-3947)

Why Ford's Alan Mulally would be right for Microsoft, or any company
Thu, 03 Oct 2013
That Mulally was seriously being considered says a great deal about Microsoft and Mulally.
It appears that the chatter about Ford CEO Alan Mulally possibly leaving early to take over as CEO of Microsoft is losing air pretty fast. What's pretty interesting is that it got any traction in the first place.
Ford Shelby GT350 Mustang is a track-day weapon with 500 hp
Mon, 17 Nov 2014
Ford promises more than 500 horsepower and a torque peak above 400 lb-ft.
The wait is finally over. After months of spy shots, rumor and innuendo, Ford has officially pulled the wraps off its new Shelby GT350. Judging by the spec sheet and the promises being made - especially that the Shelby GT350 will be "an all-day track car that's also street legal" - the wait appears to have been worth it.
US Ford Focus RS to be imported from Europe
Tue, 21 Oct 2014Rumors about the forthcoming Ford Focus RS are flourishing into what sounds like a very impressive new hot hatch. The latest scuttlebutt gives the first indication about when we might see a few of these fast Focuses on roads here in the US.
Unnamed insiders reportedly confirmed to The Truth About Cars that Ford plans to launch the Focus RS in the US in 2016. However, getting one might not be so easy - the boosted powertrain means the car would likely need to be imported from Europe. That's likely going to keep the total number available in the US rather low. The sources estimate a price tag that's a bit more expensive than the top Focus ST3, which starts around $28,500, plus $825 destination.
It seems that a pretty potent package comes for all of that cash, though. The Focus RS reportedly uses a 2.3-liter turbocharged four-cylinder making between 325 and 350 horsepower, with a torque-vectoring all-wheel drive system to get that muscle to the road. The test mules also wear more aggressive front and rear fascias, dual exhaust tips, larger brakes and sticky tires. It sounds like a great formula on top of the already enjoyable Focus ST.
