Selling my 2006 ford f550 4x4 Diesel Lariat. This truck is one of a kind and a real head turner. Has dual batterys, dual alternators,Posi traction, Keyless entry w/ remote start, 6" lift by RMS tires are a little smaller than 35". Very well maintained, changed oil and fuel filters every 3,000 miles. Had a sun roof put in, along with a electric sliding rear window.. Has some aftermarket parts on it which include, XM radio,Custom made Bed, Rhino liner, 50 gallon fuel tank, 4" turbo back exhaust going to a single stack, Airaid air filter, sinister coolant filter, LED Running lights, Blue strobe lights on the sides of truck , white strobes in head lights and fogs, 2008 tailgate, 2008 tail lights, Recon Brake bar, Recon headlights with HID's, HID Fog lights, Back up lights, pioneer z1 headunit with nav/DVD player (can use while driving), kicker component door speakers running off an amp all leather interior. More 2015 Ford Mustang pricing information leaks [UPDATE]
Tue, 20 May 2014The big news this morning was that the 2015 Ford Mustang would start at $24,425, including its destination pricing. The big news this afternoon is, well, bigger.
Mustang6G.com has come up with what it claims is pricing info for the entire Mustang line, rather than just the V6. That means we know all about the EcoBoost and GT prices now, which, when combined with the dealer order sheets we reported on last week, gives us our clearest look yet at how the Mustang can be outfitted (we're still a bit short on pricing info for some standalone options, like paint premiums and such).
The base EcoBoost starts at $25,995, while the GT rings up at $32,925.
Ford hybrid sales rebound following MPG controversy
Sun, 31 Aug 2014Ford hybrid customers apparently have very short memories. With two EPA fuel economy reratings in the last year, sales of the C-Max, Fusion Hybrid and Lincoln MKZ haven't been too terribly dented, Ward's Auto reports.
All three vehicles saw sales dips following the August 2013 rerating, although sales of the MKZ Hybrid had begun to rebound as early as November of that year. C-Max sales, meanwhile, took slightly longer, with sales on a steadily improving course as early as February of this year.
The second rerating, in June of this year, has had an even smaller effect on the Blue Oval's hybrids. The C-Max has actually been subject to a sales increase, while both the MKZ and Fusion saw minor sales drops (less than 400 units between the two in the month following the rerating).
Ford tops mid-year ranking of brands in the US
Thu, 18 Jul 2013YouGov's mid-year Brand Index rankings of America's best perceived brands has been released, and Ford has found its way to the top. The Dearborn, Michigan based manufacturer beat out online shopping giant Amazon, The History Channel, and home improvement superstore Lowe's, to take the top spot.
Ford jumped from sixth overall in 2012 to first for 2013, but those that have been watching these rankings shouldn't be hugely surprised. Ford was rated the best perceived automotive manufacturer by the same organization last year. The Blue Oval's success on the overall brand rankings is made all the more impressive by the complete lack of other automakers on the list.
YouGov (that is, survey respondents) cited Ford's first quarter of 2013 business, which saw an increase in market share and the best earnings recorded in over 10 years. Successfully launching the Focus and Fusion (pictured) and keeping them fresh in the minds of consumers has also contributed to Ford's best overall score.
