You are looking at a real True California Traditional Hot Rod! This 1932 Roadster Pickup has that "Kustom Kulture Look" with just the right amount of patina. The body is straight and solid overall, with the doors welded shut. The interior is bare bones but very comfortable (see pics). It starts, drives and stops very well. It has a 1964 Buick Wildcat 401 Nailhead bored 30 over. 445 ft pounds of torqe. 12V wiring harness conversion with GM 80 amp two wire alternator. The original Turbo Hydramatic 400 Switch Pitch transmission is hooked up to a
toggle switch on the dash and changes stall speed from 1800 to 3000 with the flick of the switch.

A lowered ride with a Z'd frame, Coil springs w/shocks, split Ford wishbones, and panhard bar suspension. 5 on 5 Torino 9 inch rear with huge Talladega finned drum brakes . Up front we have Cowl Steering, Split wishbones So-Cal mono leaf, shorty shocks, pan hard bar, early Ford spindles with Ford disc brakes. Daggo 4inch Dropped and Drilled 47" axel. The open drive line has a new drive shaft. New Firestone bias 7.10-15 wide white walls in the rear, Firestone bias 6.70-15 white walls up front. Built solid like Johnny Cash "One piece at a time". The bed and chassis started life as a 1949 dodge and is titled so. Clear title and visible Vin#. This Roadster has many new and upgraded parts, well over 18K invested! Roush getting back into sport compact business with Focus ST mods [w/video]

Roush Performance offers a whole raft of parts for folks looking to tune their Ford Mustang and F-150 models, and now Focus owners can start getting in on the hotted-up action, too. Owners of the 2012-13 Focus and 2013 Focus ST can now get a Roush cold-air intake system, and ST owners can also opt for a high-performance cat-back exhaust.
Although all of these components are now available for order, the parts will ship sometime in July; no word yet on pricing. Down the road, Roush will also offer styling upgrades for the Focus as well as performance tuning upgrades such as engine controller, suspension, wheels and tires. It appears that the chatter about Ford CEO Alan Mulally possibly leaving early to take over as CEO of Microsoft is losing air pretty fast. What's pretty interesting is that it got any traction in the first place.

Toyota again claims Corolla outsold Focus worldwide

Toyota isn't convinced the Ford Focus was the best-selling nameplate globally last year. Bloomberg reports that for the second time in seven months, both Toyota and Ford are laying claim to the title. Ford cites R.L. Polk & Co. data that says the automaker moved some 1.02 million Focus models in 2012 compared to just 872,774 Toyota Corolla units. But Toyota says the actual figure is closer to 1.16 million Corolla models.
Last year, Ford said it took the sales crown through the fist half of 2012 based on information from IHS Automotive, but Toyota pointed out those numbers left out models like the Corolla-based Matrix and Auris, as well as the Corolla Fielder and Scion xB-based Corolla Rumion. Whether or not Toyota's belief that all these cars should be counted in the Corolla bucket is accurate or not is seemingly up for debate... as is the question of why it matters so much to both parties.
This time around, Ford is holding the line that the Focus is the "best-selling nameplate," with Erich Merkle, a US sales analyst with Ford saying the company's figure is, "a pure number that is verified by a third party." Toyota, meanwhile, has requested clarification from Polk.
