PA 1 owner car. I am only selling because I got a job with a company car. Ordered by me brand new. Had original MSRP of $44,650. The car has ben babied since day one. The oil has been changed and tires rotated every 5000 miles(bills included). I just had it state inspected and serviced by Ford this week. I have made the following changes to the car. All original parts are included. All work was professionally done;
- SVT Ford Cobra axle backs (Boy do they sound nice)
- JHR shifter bracket (Made a HUGE difference in shifting pleasure)
- Focal 570-CA1 speakers in doors (Metra harnesses used no wires cut)
- Boston Acoustics SE-85 speakers in rear (Metra Harnesses used)
Other than those changes the car is bone stock. The cars original in service date was 7/30/2011 and comes with the balance of Fords 3/36 basic & 5/60 power train warranty. In addition, I purchased a Ford Premium Care ESP for 6years/ 100K miles. That is basically bumper to bumper warranty until 7/30/2017 or 100,000 miles. The ESP is fully transferable and carries a $100 ded. after you get out of basic warranty.
Cosmetically the car is very clean. There are a few minor surface scratches around but nothing that would not buff out. There is 1 stone chip on the hood that I have touched up that needs dent doctor attention but is is very small. The interior is as new.
Comes with all original papers, unopened boot, books, both keys, 3 sets of floor mats ( Lloyd's 5.0, Ford Mustang slush mats, and originals) and all the original parts should you choose to put them back on. I have the PA title in my hand and am looking for a quick and easy transaction and have priced it to move quick. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions. The car can be seen by appointment for SERIOUS buyers.

2016 Ford Explorer revealed with new 2.3-liter EcoBoost
Wed, 19 Nov 2014
A 2.3L EcoBoost four-cylinder takes over where the old 2.0 left off, making 270 hp and 300 lb-ft.
Right now, around 23 percent of all Ford vehicles sold in the United States is a utility vehicle. By 2020, Ford expects that figure to increase all the way to 29 percent. Put simply, SUVs and crossovers are very big business at Ford. So, when it comes time to update the Explorer, Ford's original sport utility vehicle, you can be sure that a whole heck of a lot of effort goes into the process.
XCAR stages epic drag race between Ford GT40, GT70 and GT
Mon, 19 Aug 2013XCAR has put together what it believes is a first - a drag race between Ford's legendary, Le Mans-winning GT40, the more recent GT supercar it inspired and the little-known GT70 rally car. The three mid-engined monsters were all built for very different purposes, and not surprisingly, they come to battle with very different powertrains.
The GT40 is powered by a thumping, naturally aspirated V8. This example, which looks like a Mark IV model, is likely powered by a 7.0-liter engine, although it's not entirely clear how much power it's putting down. The GT70, meanwhile, was Ford's response to the Lancia Stratos. Considering that the Lancia is one of the greatest rally cars in history and many of you are probably just hearing of the GT70 for the first time, you can imagine how much success Ford had with it. Only six were produced before a change in regulations doomed this mid-engined rally car.
The Ford GT, meanwhile, doesn't really need an introduction. 550 horsepower is on offer from a 5.4-liter, supercharged V8, which keeps the GT competitive even against more modern supercars. 60 miles per hour arrives in well under four seconds while the top speed sits at 212 mph. Not bad for a car that went out of production in 2006.
eBay Find of the Day: 1970 Ford Torino King Cobra prototype
Wed, 08 May 2013Over the last decade or so, competition in NASCAR has led to some pretty funky looking racecars. And when the sport was still up and coming, the tight competition actually led to some interesting production cars. The Dodge Charger Daytona and Plymouth Superbird are perhaps the most well-known cars of the sport's "aero wars" era but the Ford Torino King Cobra might have been the most memorable of all, if not for some different homologation rules established in 1970. The Torino King Cobra never made it to production and never competed in NASCAR, but three examples exist including this one now for sale on eBay.
Designed as a successor for the aero-tuned Torino Talladega, the Torino King Cobra has a sleeker front end with hidden headlights and a sloped nose. As the story goes, NASCAR made a rule change in 1970 requiring 3,000 of the vehicles to be produced, which was substantially more than the 500 units required by the previous rule. One of the three prototypes ever built - and the only one built with the Boss 429 engine - is now for sale on eBay with a starting bid of $500,000. With a little more than three days left on the auction there are still no bids, but in the grand scheme of things this seems like a relatively fair price for a rare piece of automobile and racing history.
