Here is a 2001 Mustang base coupe in beautiful original Electric Green paint with a 3.8 and an automatic. I bought this beauty in 2002 with 35000 miles on her and am the second owner. I drove this mustang 100 miles a day back and forth to work for about 8 years with no issues at all. It has never broken down or left me stranded. That is what regular maintenance will do for you. Yes, as unbelievable as it may seem, this stang has 245,000 miles on it. Everything on this car is original including the paint. I've driven this car approx 2000 miles over the past 3 years. Over that period of time, I started a bit of a restoration on her including tires, brakes, front struts, battery, power steering unit, water pump and tune up. Mechanically, this mustang is in like new condition. It starts right up and runs and drives as it did 11 years ago. The interior of the call is nearly flawless and has never been smoked in. The exterior has some road rash on the drivers side front fender and a couple of bruises here and there.
This vehicle is in original condition, has never needed any major repairs, and drives like it is new. This mustang would make an excellent second car or would be great for a teens first vehicle. It is also an excellent candidate for restoration and would not take much to be a new car again. This is no reserve auction and will go to the highest bidder.
For more detail I can be reached at by cell at 856-217-2825. Leave a message and I'll call you back. Randy
Shipping cost is the buyers resonsibility. A $200 non-refundable deposit is required. Winning bidder must contact me within 24 hours of the auctions end and the balance is due 7 days after auction ends.

2015 Ford Mustang to make world debut on Dec. 5 [w/video]
Tue, 19 Nov 2013Between a bevvy of spy shots, speculative renders and insidery images from the halls of Car and Driver, we've got a pretty decent idea of what the 2015 Ford Mustang might look like. Still, we're excited to see the real deal as soon as possible.
Turns out that Ford has told us just when that first official look might come, too, although it has chosen somewhat of a backdoor fashion for dropping the news.
The video below popped up on the Ford Mustang YouTube channel this morning, promoting a social media effort called #MustangInspires on. The video and hashtag ask fans of the pony car to share pictures of the car - or "photographic stories of inspiration" - on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc. But the truly interesting part of the video description is that which mentions taking "the cover off the all-new Mustang" on December 5. Consider our calendars marked.
First 1K next-gen Mustangs to carry 2014 1/2 model year?
Thu, 18 Jul 2013A new report from Mustangs Daily, citing insider sources at Ford, tells us that the Blue Oval will produce 1,000 next-generation Mustangs with the model year designation of 2014 ½, to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the storied marque. The commemorative half-year designation is a rumor that's been swirling in Mustang forums for quite some time now, and seems more plausible than ever with this most recent report. Certainly it's not far-fetched to believe that Ford will want to make a big deal of the golden anniversary for its most-loved model.
The story (compiled by Drew Phillips, who runs the aforementioned Mustang site when he's not directing the photography on these pages) goes on to say that the limited-run cars will be the first built on the new Mustang platform internally known as S550 (and spied testing in the attached gallery). Each car is said to carry a "special" VIN and build number, though no performance upgrades versus the 2015 cars to follow are in the works. A collector's dream then, rather than a weekend racer's.
Ford pulls official support from top-level NHRA teams
Sun, 11 Aug 2013As the smallest team in the sport, it wasn't really a surprise when Dodge decided to pull out of NASCAR, but Autoweek is reporting that Ford is looking to pull the plug on its professional-level NHRA sponsorships following the 2014 season. With attendance and television ratings down, the article reports that Ford is just backing out of the top series but will remain active in the Sportsman classes of racing, which are geared more toward the grassroots and semi-professional racers.
This means that one of drag racing's biggest names, John Force, will be left looking for new sponsorship after next season. Force, 64, has been with Ford for 17 years, winning 15 championships in that time and winning almost half of all Funny Car events in his Mustang since he started working with Ford in 1997, but after 2014, there could be some big shakeups at John Force Racing.
According to the report, Force would consider is moving over to the Top Fuel dragster series, although he could also move to another manufacturer to remain in the Funny Car series. With Ford on the way out, this leaves just Toyota and Dodge as the remaining active automakers in the highest levels of drag racing.
