Late build last of the GT 5.0 convertibles. Rare color combination with white top and white leather interior over red body. Car has vehicle modifications from Trick Pro Motorsports a well known Mustang tuner. These include: 1.72 roller rockers, BBK polished ceramic headers, Steeda Tri-Ax shifter, and chip tuning. The air pump was deleted and the cats removed. Exhaust system is custom and it has a cold air intake. The chip was custom tuned and car puts out 234.4 rear wheel horsepower and 301.8 rear wheel maximum torque. All receipts and dyno graphs will be provided. Keyless entry works. It also has Cobra wheels, new tires, and 96 Mustang rear lights. Fresh synthetic fluids. Cold air and professional window tint. All power windows have been ungraded with new motors and regulators. Fresh power top switch. Power top has been replaced as has clutch. Has a Trick Pro adjustable clutch cable also. Never wrecked or painted. It runs strong and looks great for a 1995. Ford to reveal Vignale sub-brand with special Mondeo in Frankfurt
Tue, 03 Sep 2013Ford says that 10-15 percent of its customers in Europe want their cars to be set apart from regular Fords - even those wearing the top Titanium X trim - and the Blue Oval will answer them with the Vignale sub-brand. The new brand proposes a more upscale look and a much-improved dealership experience, Autocar reports. The Vignale Mondeo will debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show to kick off the new endeavor.
The first Ford to receive the Vignale treatment will be the 2015 Mondeo, a Euro-only model, followed by the new S-Max and Edge. The Vignale Mondeo is set apart visually from other Mondeos by a chrome grille and chrome door handles and mirror caps. Mondeo badging will be deleted - only Vignale badging will make an appearance.
The interior will get a more upscale flavor, as well, with quilted leather seats and door trim and leather covering the instrument panel, center console and steering wheel. A Vignale-badged storage drawer will be installed in the trunk, and in-car Wi-Fi is available.
V6 engines will outpace V8s for the 2015 Ford F-150
Wed, 23 Jul 2014How times have changed. Even five years ago, who would have thought the mighty V8 would be just another engine choice for buyers of the 2015 Ford F-150?
Ford is projecting about 28 percent of the next-generation trucks will have the 5.0-liter V8. That's nothing to sneeze at, but consider this: Ford figures its two EcoBoost truck engines - the new 2.7-liter V6 and the existing 3.5-liter V6 - will also each account for about 28 percent of the F-150's sales (56 percent total). That leaves only 15 percent of the pie for the 3.5-liter (non-EcoBoost) V6. The new F-150 goes on sale late this year.

Couple fined for parking Ford F-150 in their own driveway
Tue, Jan 20 2015A homeowners' association in New York is suing two of its residents for parking their pickup truck in their own driveway. David and Arna Orlando of Manlius, NY, are facing a lawsuit from the Kimry Moor Homeowners Association for parking their black 2014 Ford F-150 pickup in their own driveway. The Orlandos own their home, but common areas such as their driveway are managed by their HOA, which limits what vehicles can park in the open. They only allow "private, passenger-type, pleasure automobiles" to park outside of a garage. David Orlando says his pickup is a personal passenger vehicle and that the rule is silly. He also feels he is being unfairly targeted. A Syracuse.com reporter drove around the Orlandos' neighborhood and saw another fullsize pickup parked in another driveway, along with a large van and SUV. The Orlandos said in court documents that the pickup is registered as a private vehicle and neither of them have commercial drivers' licenses. The lawsuit was filed in August 2013 and is still in the discovery phase. Depositions are up next. New York seems to have gone power-mad when it comes to regulating common driveway activities. In a Garden City, NY, neighborhood last year police were called when two men began washing a new Volkswagen "in public view", which was against a local ordinance.
