Buying a new Mustang and need to make room for it in the garage. I do not HAVE to sell this car, I am just looking for extra room in my garage so please no low ball offers. Motor was rebuilt before being put in car and has around 2000 miles on it after being rebuilt. Tags ran out in 2006 about a week after installing the new intake and car has been sitting. Just did tune-up to include fresh oil and filter, new starter, new battery, new solenoid, new battery cables and new Bosch Platinum plugs. Starter occasionally makes noise but I will include all receipts. The motor is too tall after installing the new intake so it will need a cowl hood.
Car was originally a 4 cylinder with a 5 speed and has the following upgrades:
351 Windsor out of 86 F150
140 amp alternator
Bored .40 over
Comp Cams Camshaft w/ Hydraulic lifters
Edelbrock RPM Air Gap Intake
MSD 6AL and Blaster coil
Holley 750 Street Avenger
K-N Air Filter
Be Cool Aluminum radiator with electric fan
Steeda radiator mount
T5 5-speed transmission
posi rear from late 80's Thunderbird Super Coupe
25th anniversary black dash with armrest delete kit
upr short throw shifter
GT seats with power lumbar
Flowmaster exhaust
Comes with: extra interior pieces including extra white face gauge cluster, extra dash frame, original intake, extra reverse rotation water pump, 2 90 amp alternators, Haynes manual, Chilton manual, Holley Carburetor tuning manual, misc interior pieces and switches (some brand new). I also have a 460 Big Block and transmission that was pulled from a early 70s Lincoln and I believe has the Dove heads from the factory. If buyer is interested I'd be willing to throw it in for a reasonable price.

Which is more fuel efficient, driving with a pickup's tailgate up or down?
Tue, 26 Aug 2014
Thanks to the smoke wand in the wind tunnel, you can actually see the difference in our video.
Should you drive with your pickup truck's tailgate up or down? It's an age-old controversy that's divided drivers for decades. Traditionalists will swear you should leave the tailgate down. Makes sense, right? It would seem to let the air flow more cleanly over the body and through the bed. But there's also a school of thought that argues trucks are designed to look and operate in a specific manner, and modern design techniques can help channel the airflow properly. So don't mess with all of that: Leave the tailgate up.
Official USPS Muscle Cars stamps coming to a mailbox near you
Thu, 21 Feb 2013As much as our digital lives have cut down on our trips to the post office, there are still times that sending "snail mail" is necessary. With us car lovers in mind and philately in their hearts, the good folks at the United States Postal Service will introduce a new stamp design called "Muscle Cars" starting on February 22.
Designed by artist Tom Fritz, the new collection of stamps consist of five classic muscle cars: 1969 Dodge Charger Daytona, 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS, 1967 Shelby GT-500, 1966 Pontiac GTO and 1970 Plymouth Hemi 'Cuda. In addition to just the stamps, the USPS is also commemorating the new series with plenty of collectable memorabilia. Previous car-related stamps include 50s Sporty Cars from 2005 and 50s Fins and Chrome from 2008.
Ford begins testing right-hand-drive Mustang
Wed, 20 Aug 2014Ford has officially kicked off testing of the right-hand-drive variant of its sixth-generation, 2015 Mustang, according to a statement issued by the company, which came with the above photo.
According to Ford, this will mark the first time a right-hand-drive 'Stang has traveled down the company's assembly line alongside its LHD brethren. It is far from the first of the legendary pony cars to feature its wheel on the wrong side, though, as converters in RHD markets across the globe have been making swaps for years.
Ford is planning on using the white, droptop Mustang for RHD development ahead of the car's arrival in the UK, Australia and South Africa, among other markets. Scroll down for the official press blast.
