Here is a great convertible for a daily driver or a great one to fully restore.Im selling this for a customer of mine.(We are Mustangs & More in Merriam Kansas,look us up)The car is fully functional.You could drive his car anywhere,right now.Very mechanically sound.It has a few minor drips here and there.(check the pictures out)For the most part,this car is a good 85%-90% original.It has had a new top put on and it has had some paint work done.It was hit in the left rear corner of the tail light panel(very lite hit,look at the pics)There is only a little rust in the trunk drops on the edges.Other than this it almost rust free.The structure on the underside is incredible!The torque boxes,floor supports,floors,toe pans,inner and outer rockers,rear frame rails,rear torque boxes etc... are just awesome! you dont see a convertible in this good of shape very often.All the interior is in great shape and original.It may have had the carpet replaced at one time,but not sure.It may still have the build sheet under the carpet! This car was garaged most of its life.The engine is very strong and runs great!.The ac does not work right now.The engine compartment has no rust! The tops of the aprons(where they all rust) is all good!Look at all the pictures.It is a 351c,3 speed manual with drum brakes,9 inch rear end.If you have any questions please email me and i will answer them as best as possible.Please feel free to make an offer on the car.As nice as this car is i dont think it will last long.Good luck and happy bidding!!

Autocar pits Formula Ford against Germany's finest
Wed, 25 Sep 2013Ford has quite the racing pedigree, but usually, its racers are relegated to the track. Not the new Formula Ford EcoBoost, though. It's a turbocharged, open-wheeled racer complete with a 200-horsepower, 1.0-liter, three-cylinder engine... and it's legal on the roads of the UK.
That's stressed in this video from Autocar, with the mag going so far as to show the car's tax disc and license plates. Being a road-legal offering, it's tempting to see just how well an open-wheeler that delivers racecar-like performance while also netting over 100 miles per gallon (assume this is on the British cycle, for obvious reasons) stacks up against modern performance cars.
Autocar lined up the Formula Ford against an Audi R8 V10, a BMW M6 Gran Coupe and a Mercedes-Benz A45 AMG in a number of situations to see which would come out on top. Take a look below for the full video.

Thu, 07 Nov 2013We covered one of Ring Brothers' more extreme SEMA builds yesterday, the De Tomaso Pantera-based ADRNLN, but if that well-executed but over-the-top Italian-American exotic is too much for you, then perhaps this Ring Brothers 1965 Ford Mustang fastback with a carbon-fiber body suits your tastes better.
What the performance-parts manufacturer is showcasing with the Mustang is the carbon-fiber body itself, which is fashioned around the 1965-66 fastback. It can be bought from the company and bonded to the skin and unibody as a do-it-yourself project, or you can take your Mustang to Ring Brothers and have the body installed there. The fenders, doors and quarter panels are two-inches wider than stock, and Ring Brothers offers a custom widebody chassis to those who want the complete package.
The show car looks sharp in person lowered on HRE wheels, and we appreciate the bare front end so we can see the supercharged V8 and front coilover suspension, though the details on those performance upgrades are slim. Also note the custom independent rear suspension setup at the rear.
