1927 Model T Mostly Original solid metal. Some areas of rust , dents and orig. patina. Mostly complete windows & doors work. Solid floor and top. Former owner installed a 70,s era Toyota 4 cyl eng& transmission (4 sp). It is fairly well installed and runs starts and drives per local driving and parades. It is a great fun car and looker. Tires are the orig style and weathered but hold air good, drives fine. Good exhaust, starts and runs good, decent sounding motor. Turn sig, elect heater, horn, windshield wiper, guages all working, as are headlites and tailites. Former owner passed away several years ago and I have no room for it inside. It had been a strange aqua green, now has quick flat black paint job. The body would take a lot of work to paint a smooth paint job, but it is a fun relaible drive. More 2015 Ford Mustang pricing information leaks [UPDATE]
Tue, 20 May 2014The big news this morning was that the 2015 Ford Mustang would start at $24,425, including its destination pricing. The big news this afternoon is, well, bigger.
Mustang6G.com has come up with what it claims is pricing info for the entire Mustang line, rather than just the V6. That means we know all about the EcoBoost and GT prices now, which, when combined with the dealer order sheets we reported on last week, gives us our clearest look yet at how the Mustang can be outfitted (we're still a bit short on pricing info for some standalone options, like paint premiums and such).
The base EcoBoost starts at $25,995, while the GT rings up at $32,925.
Ford owns Automotive Loyalty Awards, Audi and Subaru are king of conquests
Thu, 23 Jan 2014Customers are a commodity in the automotive industry, and like any other commodity, automakers trade them back and forth. Only nobody wants to give up their customers - just to keep the ones they have and try to attract others.
That's what the Polk Automotive Loyalty Awards are all about. Every year the industry research body names the automakers, brands and models that manage to keep their customers coming back for more - and attract buyers to switch from other makes. Ford usually does pretty well, but this year it rose above even its own track record.
Not only did Dearborn win the Overall Loyalty to Manufacturer award, but also the Overall Loyalty to Make. Ford also took the African American category, and the F-150 was named the top full-size half-ton pickup in customer loyalty. Ford COO Mark Fields (pictured above) accepted the awards and gave the keynote address at the awards ceremony.
