1931 Ford Model A Tudor on 2040-cars
Stony Brook, New York, United States
1931 Ford Model A Tudor This 1931 Ford Model A Tudor is a car which starts and runs well. Everything seems to be stock (except leak-less water pump and 4 blade fan). The car has a good interior, but it's a “driver,” great for car club shows as a survivor, but it's not a “show car.” It has a solid body with some surface rust, but no rust through on body, fenders, or running boards. See Photos.
This car has electric wipers, cowl lights, exhaust manifold cabin heater, vacuum operated cabin fan, white wall tires, leak-less water pump, and a four blade fan. The engine was rebuilt about 10,000 miles ago when I bought the car from a local Long Island fellow about 2 years ago.
The reason I’m selling this car is that I’m currently in the process of rebuilding another Ford (1930) Model A, we have six grandchildren, we live in New York and my wife and I drive to Ohio to babysit, and I am way too busy to take on another project.
The buyer will be responsible for shipping and delivery. Please feel free to contact me through eBay if you need further information. |

First retail 2015 Ford Mustang headed to Barrett-Jackson
Fri, 20 Dec 2013Want to be the very first person to own a 2015 Ford Mustang GT? Here's what you'll need to do: be in Scottsdale, AZ on January 18 for the Barrett-Jackson auction and bring a very big checkbook. Having a passion for charity isn't a bad idea either.
Yes, the first 2015 Mustang to be sold to the public will be crossing the block at Barrett-Jackson in Scottsdale, with proceeds from the auction going to JDRF, the charity formerly known as the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
"Ford Mustangs have always been among the most popular collector cars at Barrett-Jackson Collector Car events," said the president of Barrett-Jackson, Steve Davis. "While every collector wishes they had snapped up the first Mustang sold in 1964, this is an opportunity to realize that dream in a different way."
