This is a very nice running and driving Model A. The motor sounds great with no strange noises or smoke. the clutch is very good also. It appears to have had an older restoration at some time. The top is in excellent condition, it looks new. The rumble seat appears to be original, it should be recovered. The rest of the interior is in very good condition. The body is in good condition, there is a little rust starting on the bottom of the cowl on one side, a little on the bottom of one of the quarters. I took pictures of the spots mentioned. The paint has a nice shine but is thin in a few spots. It has just the right patina. This is a nice Model A you can enjoy right away! FL man fatally shot after urging driver not to do donuts in a Mustang
Tue, 18 Nov 2014Bradley Holt (pictured), the older half-brother of University of South Florida freshman quarterback Quinton Flowers, was killed in a random act of violence last week.
The 24-year-old Holt was throwing a football around with local kids in Allapattah, a neighborhood in Miami, when a yellow Mustang showed up and started doing donuts in the street. Holt, worried about kids playing in front his apartment complex, walked over to the driver and asked him why he was "driving so crazy with so many kids out here?"
The driver left. Holt's sister said the driver came back "about 15 to 20 minutes later" and fired two shots at Holt. One of them hit Holt in the back of the head, killing him.
Ford to reveal Vignale sub-brand with special Mondeo in Frankfurt
Tue, 03 Sep 2013Ford says that 10-15 percent of its customers in Europe want their cars to be set apart from regular Fords - even those wearing the top Titanium X trim - and the Blue Oval will answer them with the Vignale sub-brand. The new brand proposes a more upscale look and a much-improved dealership experience, Autocar reports. The Vignale Mondeo will debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show to kick off the new endeavor.
The first Ford to receive the Vignale treatment will be the 2015 Mondeo, a Euro-only model, followed by the new S-Max and Edge. The Vignale Mondeo is set apart visually from other Mondeos by a chrome grille and chrome door handles and mirror caps. Mondeo badging will be deleted - only Vignale badging will make an appearance.
The interior will get a more upscale flavor, as well, with quilted leather seats and door trim and leather covering the instrument panel, center console and steering wheel. A Vignale-badged storage drawer will be installed in the trunk, and in-car Wi-Fi is available.
