Please read terms & details about my listings before bidding. Also, if new and not sure how eBay works dont hesitate to contact me first!!
I'm listing this 2004 Ford Focus ZTW with about 81,000 miles for a gentleman here in the St. Petersburg area. He originally purchased this car for his mother, but she can't longer drive due to health reasons. They should be the second owners.
The Focus was purchased when it had around 22,000 miles. This is a very well taken care of vehicle. Owner has all maintenance records in folder since bought (see attached photo). I personally drove this Focus around the neighborhood and it runs like a new car. It's tight, drives straight, etc. Everything works including cold A/C. In case you didn't know, the ZTW are not common and considered Focus' top-of-the-line. It comes with a peppy gas efficient 2.3 four cylinder engine. Cosmetically is in very good shape too, although there are some light scuffles here and there, but nothing disconcerting whatsoever. Also, tires are about 50/50, my guess!
Here are the upgrades that this ZTW came with:
Integrated Fog Lamps
Leather Wrapped Steering Wheel High Series Cluster
Cargo Area Cover
Driver Lumbar Support
P205/50R16 BSW Tires
16" Alloy Wheels
California Emissions
Anti-Lock Brakes
In conclusion, if you are looking for a clean and in very good condition automobile, then I think that this one is worth serious consideration. Feel free to contact me with any questions, and thanks for looking!
This is a NO RESERVE Listing: This is a great opportunity to buy a nice Focus ZTW at a fabulous price! PLEASE...Serious eBay Members Only! If Not Sure How eBay Works Dont Hesitate to Contact Me First!!

I cannot accept balance through Pay Pal because Electronic Tracking is required to maintain Pay Pal Buyer/Seller Guarantees.
Payment of Balance: The balance is payable to the seller at the time you take possession of the vehicle. Payments can be made by personal check (upon clearance), cashiers checks (upon clearance) bank wire transfers, or good old fashion cash.
Taking Possession of The Vehicle: Our policy is that you take possession of the vehicle and finalize the transaction within 7 days. If you require additional time, please let me know so I can make the arrangements with the seller. Please note, that the Seller has possession of the vehicle, so it'll be picked up at the Seller's address. Out of Town Buyers Shipping the Vehicle: If you're an out-of-town buyer, full payment must be made prior to shipping. I'll be glad to assist buyers in making shipping arrangements and I can refer buyers to a trusted transportation company that I personally use, but all costs are buyer's responsibility.
Car History Reports: eBay no longer offers complementary car history reports since I transact such a quantity of sales. So, I leave it to the buyer to pull one if desired.
Warranties & Guarantees: As is customary, the vehicle is being sold As Is, and there are No Warranties or Guarantees offered.
Prior Sale of Vehicle: Keep in mind that I'm listing vehicles for others, and on a very rare occasion it happened that a seller changed his mind during the course of the auction. We ALL act in good faith, but an unforeseen circumstance can arise.... in two years of conducting eBay vehicle auctions and having sold hundreds of vehicles, this kind of thing happened once, but I wanted to mention this VERY REMOTE possibility right up-front.

ABOUT ME The Listing Agent
My name is Jose I'm a Graphic Artist by profession and a car lover by choice...In fact, I worked my way through college doing mainly sports car restorations. Although I'm not a master mechanic, I know cars VERY well and have an eye for value. I'm not a Car Dealer, or a Broker, but I provide a valuable service to individuals who don't have the time or expertise to list their vehicles on e-Bay.
While I provide this service as a Business, I'm VERY particular about who I deal with, and I'm especially careful when it comes to the vehicle being sold. In fact, I reject vehicles that dont meet my criteria, and this accounts for my success! I utilize an extensive Check List, on every vehicle. I personally check all the paperwork, inspect the vehicle (including paint, bodywork and engine) and finally test drive myself if applicable. While I do my best to uncover and disclose all possible issues relating to a vehicle, I always suggest that buyers have the vehicle inspected before finalizing a transaction.
As you can see, I've achieved good rating on eBay, so my major objective is to provide eBay members with complete satisfaction, and a fair deal! eBay members are the most important part of any transaction that I make, so my goal is to be as accurate as possible. If an issue does arise, I'll do my best to solve it. I believe that communication can solve any problem, so if you buy or bid on a vehicle that I've listed, and a problem arises, please talk to me before leaving any negative feedback! Communication is the Key to a GREAT Deal. Don't Hesitate to Contact Me at 727.522.2531

2015 Ford Mustang EcoBoost already hitting 12-second quarters
Sun, 28 Sep 2014The arrival of a new Ford Mustang means many things to many people, but not least of them is drag racers. The pony car has always been a mainstay of the drag strip, and the Ford Racing team aims to carry that reputation forward with this latest generation. So it cooked up a few basic modifications on three new 'Stangs and headed to the strips at US 131 and Milan Dragway to see what they could coax out of 'em.
Impressively, the 5.0-liter V8 Mustang GT with a few modifications (but no forced induction) managed to clock a quarter-mile time of 11.77 seconds. Another Mustang GT fitted with a supercharger clocked a blistering 10.97 seconds. But just as intriguing was the modified EcoBoost model that, with only four cylinders and 2.3 liters of displacement, still passed the gates in just 12.56 seconds - nearly half a second better than expected. This with modification limited to a new subframe, half-shaft, drive shaft loops, exhaust, engine calibration, slicks, roll cage and bucket seat. Well done, boys.
Ford launches mobile coronavirus test program with partners
Wed, Apr 15 2020For its latest coronavirus act, Ford has joined forces with a Detroit university, its affiliated physicians group and an Arab-American human services nonprofit to launch a mobile Covid-19 testing program for symptomatic first responders, health care workers and corrections officers in Michigan. Since Monday, Ford has been supplying Lincoln Navigators and drivers from the Lincoln Personal Driver pilot service, both offered through its Ford X in-house incubator. Theyre equipped with tents, sanitation, power and Wi-Fi. Partners Wayne State University, the Wayne State University Physician Group and Dearborn-based ACCESS are providing staff and medical kits. The program is billed as an extension of drive-through testing sites operating in Detroit and Dearborn, but capable instead of bringing testing to locations and people who lack access to it. The mobile Navigator test vehicles will be capable of testing up to 100 people per day at no cost, with results returned within 24 to 36 hours. Testing will start at sites in southeast Michigan and then branch out to other parts of the state, including Battle Creek, Lansing and Grand Rapids. Michigan has been a major epicenter of the coronavirus outbreak in the U.S., with 27,001 confirmed cases and 1,768 deaths as of the most current data from Tuesday. The state has been under a stay-at-home order since March 23. With its factories remaining temporarily idled for vehicle production, Ford has kept busy branching out into the fight against the novel coronavirus on multiple fronts. It kicked off production of a waist-mounted, powered air-purifying respirator it designed with 3M on Tuesday, and it plans to begin building ventilators at a plant in Michigan next week. Earlier this week, Ford announced it was helping a supplier that makes airbags use the material instead for reusable medical gowns for health care workers. Employees are also manufacturing protective face masks at its Van Dyke Transmission Plant, plastic face shields at a subsidiary near Detroit and helping a medical device company ramp up production of Covid-19 field testing kits. Watch these videos of an NHRA racer's bodywork blowing off into a crowd
Tue, 23 Apr 2013Just a few months ago, fan safety at racetracks was a hot topic following the last-lap NASCAR Nationwide Series crash at Daytona that sent large pieces of racecars into the grandstands injuring 33 fans. Now, a freak incident at a National Hot Rod Association event resulted in a drag racer's bodywork flying into the crowd at the NHRA Four-Wide Nationals in Charlotte over the weekend. The carbon-fiber body of Robert Hight's Ford Mustang funny car blew off toward the end of a run when his engine exploded, but fortunately, the two fans evaluated after the incident were later released without serious injury.
As you can see in the image above, the body flew high into the air before landing on a walkway in front of the grandstands, a bit of happenstance that likely gave most fans enough time and space to move out of the way. Scroll down to watch a couple of videos showing what happened, including one from a fan's perspective that also reveals what appears to be part of the body's metal bracing landing dangerously close to the crowd.
