I am selling my 1968 Ford Falcon Sport Coupe. The reason I am selling is because I only have room for one car in my garage. So I need to make room for my other project. The motor is a straight six 200. It was rebuilt with a comp cam, two barrel carb, classic inlines carb adapter, classic inlines header, petronix flame thrower, nascar cup exhaust throught right rocker. All the vehicle wiring has been redone, cleaned and gone through. The car has a 2 1/2 inch body drop, the interior has been fat matted, the dash has been redone, custom shortened steering column, the underside of car wire wheeled and undercoated, the engine bay clean and body work done to hide body drop. Four link kit from suicide door installed, rear drums redone, SSBC front disc brakes, rear axle repainted and bag plates welded, slam specialties 2500 bags, 2 viair 380c compressors, 8 gallon tank, smc 1/2 inch valves, all smc air components, avs brass knuckle switch box, 3 air gauges, alpine head unit. Air ride works perfect, the falcon lays body. The car runs and drives , transmission shifts good. The car has new carpet ready to be installed, the rear seats have been shortened. The interior needs door panels and headliner. The hood and grille are in good condition. The hood need hole cut to accommodate two barrel carb. I have spare radiator for car, it needs radiator switched out. The only damage to car is right fender, and I have a fender I will let go with car. This is a cool one of kind car. If you have any questions feel free to call 770-510-9833***steering wheel does not come with car!!!!

Americans will get a four-cylinder Ford Mustang after all? [w/poll]
Sat, 09 Mar 2013Ask and you shall receive. Remember that previous report suggesting that the 2015 Ford Mustang getting a four-cylinder EcoBoost engine, and that it would be sold in Europe only and not the United States? Well, according to Road & Track, the rumor is only partially true - The Mustang will get the engine, but it is indeed coming to America.
Additionally, according to RT, the 3.7-liter V6 will continue to serve as the base engine, and since it offers up a stout 305 horsepower in its current form, it's likely that the 2.3-liter four-cylinder EcoBoost will produce a bit more than that. At the top of the range, the Mustang GT will continue to soldier on with a V8 engine, which should continue to send over 400 horsepower to the rear wheels.
Finally, while we agree 100 percent with RT's heartfelt request for a paddle-shift automatic, we certainly expect that the EcoBoost 'Stang will be offered with a manual transmission as standard equipment. This is a Mustang, after all...

Petersen Museum celebrates 50 years of Ford Mustang with special exhibit
Mon, May 5 2014If you're a pony-car enthusiast, this is your year. Not only has Ford introduced an all-new Mustang, but it's also the 50th anniversary of the original. Celebrations and commemorations have been scheduled throughout the year, and not the least of them is the latest exhibit at the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles. Called "Mustangs Forever: 50 Years of a Legend", the exhibit includes Mustangs from every generation of the iconic pony car, including the 1965 convertible Ronald Reagan drove during his California gubernatorial campaign, a 1971 Mach 1 Cobra Jet, a 1974 Mustang II, 1993 SVT Cobra, 2000 Cobra R and a 2006 Shelby GT-H. Special sections focus on motorsports, aftermarket modifiers and limited-edition models. The display opened on Sunday with the Mustang Madness spectacular and will run for the next six months, but if you're not heading to Southern California within the coming half-year then you can scope out all the action in our live gallery of photos above.
