1965 Ford Ranchero. In good over all condition very strait with minor rust in the bottom of the trunk. I purchased the car with the intentions of using it as of a daily driver which I have though I want to move on now. The body has 92xxx original miles on it. From the exterior it has been repainted and the paint is in fair condition but flaking on the roof and with some rust bubbling on the front passenger side fender. Both the front and rear bumpers have been rechromed. The bed shows use from age but isnt to bad. Tailgate is in very good condition. I have both the rear access cover and the special gas cap. The interior is in good condition with electric seats from a 1987 Chrysler. The dash and instruments all work well though the dash was cut up at some point to install a radio. The engine, carb, transmission, and driveline have all been rebuilt. A pertronix electronic ignition installed, a new fuel pump and water pump, radiator recored, motor mounts, and transmission mounts. It has new tires on it with less then 5000 miles and has just been aligned. The steering gear is worn and will need to be rebuilt sooner or later. There is a vibration around 65 which I am think may be from a bent rim as the spare tires rim is bent. The front suspension has been completely replaced from shocks to upper and lower ball joints, springs, and spring isolaters. As well the drag link is new. Breaks are new all the way around with turned drums. I have a folder with all the paper work and reciepts for every thing done to it in the recent history. I average 18 mpg in the mountains and 20 in town. This is a nice driver it is by no means a show car but it will get you where your going. For any questions or more pictures feel free to message.

Ford previews new C-Max ahead of upcoming debut
Mon, 15 Sep 2014Looking at a Ford Focus? These days you can get it as a five-door hatch, a four-door sedan, or... that's all. European buyers don't even get our sedan, but they do get a wagon. And while the three-door hatch, two-door coupe and two-door cabrio have long since ended production, buyers around the world can also get the company's larger C-Max. And now, like the Focus upon which it's based, Ford is preparing to roll out a new version.
The tall wagon (or small minivan, depending on your perspective) is being treated to what Ford says is "an extreme makeover." Details to accompany the teaser image above remain few and far between, but following the spy shots we recently posted, it looks destined for some of the same visual updates as Ford rolled out on the 2015 Focus, with "even more refinement, practicality and technology."
Like the Mercedes B-Class, which is only available Stateside as an EV, American buyers can only get the C-Max in electrified form, either as the C-Max Hybrid or C-Max Energi. Overseas buyers, however, will be able to choose from a range of powertrain options and two wheelbase lengths - the longer of which boasts seven seats and the Grand C-Max name. (Remember when Chrysler did the same with its minivans?) Both are set to debut on September 17, so watch this space. After that, we'll expect to see it on display at the Paris Motor Show.
Next SVT Mustang may axe Shelby name, go naturally aspirated
Mon, 10 Jun 2013Following our first glimpse at the 2015 Ford Mustang out on the road, the fine folks at Road and Track have divulged some details on what the Blue Oval's next pony might have in store. We've already seen that the car will get some very sleek, Evos-inspired design cues, and an independent rear suspension is indeed in store. These new details, however, concern the muscle car's beating heart.
For starters, the base Ford coupe is expected to carry on with V6 power, likely from the same 3.7-liter unit found in today's car. From there, R&T says the next step up will be a four-cylinder EcoBoost engine, likely displacing 2.3 liters, putting out as much as 350 horsepower. Of course, a Mustang wouldn't be a Mustang without V8 thrust, and R&T states that the 5.0-liter Coyote V8 will continue on into the 2015 car, making something like 450 horsepower.
But it's at the high end of the Mustang range where things will, reportedly, get very, very interesting. Road & Track claims that the top-shelf 'Stang will likely lose the supercharger from its engine, producing a metric crap-ton of naturally aspirated grunt instead. Additionally, the SVT-fettled Mustang will likely be dropping its Shelby moniker, in favor of "a name you're familiar with," according to the magazine (you know, like, Cobra).
