~This is a beautiful 1963 Ford Falcon Futura Convertible. Super dry, rust free, life long California car. Its never seen a day of snow or a salty road in its life! Factory 260 V8, automatic transmission, power steering, power disc brakes, and power top. Factory tuxedo black with red interior.
~The body and paint: Body is laser straight! All original body panels. Everything fits nicely. Doors shut solid. Its had one very high quality repaint to its original color about 10 years ago. It has a nice deep finish. Its been garaged ever since. The floorboards, truck, rockers, bottom of fenders and doors are completely rust free also. Its nothing replaced. Just good old original all 1964 Ford sheet metal. All of the chrome and trim is excellent.
~The interior is completely brand new! Looks amazing and really pops with the black. All bright works has been redone and looks very nice. New cloth top that works perfectly. Original radio.
~Mechanically she runs and drives great! Always starts right up with no smoke, leaks or funny noises. Transmission shifts smooth. Brakes are all good. No overheating problems. Just a great running and driving old car! You can hop in and drive it anywhere without hesitation.

Mustang-themed pinball game debuting in Chicago [w/video]
Wed, 05 Feb 2014Believe it or not, but new pinball machines are still being made. Chicago-based Stern Pinball still makes them and has found a niche selling modern machines to individual buyers and arcade distributors. For its latest cabinet, Stern partnered with Ford to create a pinball game that pays homage to the 50th anniversary of the Mustang, including the next generation. The new machine is being unveiled at the Chicago Auto Show on February 6 and goes on sale in March.
Stern is offering the machine in three variants. The pro-level machine is meant for arcades and public spaces and retails for $4,995. All of them come with background and cabinet art by Camilo Pardo, who designed the Ford GT, and Top Gear USA host Tanner Foust is the game's announcer. Depending on where players shoot the ball, they activate events that simulate drag racing, rallying, drifting and racing the Mustang, and hitting targets lets players shift the gears up and down.
An upgraded, premium table with added art will be added later for pinball machine collectors. The third model is a signed, special edition with art of the 1965 Mustang and 2015 Mustang on the machine and chrome and Mustang badges on the speaker grilles. Prices for these editions will be announced later.

Sat, 17 Aug 2013Saleen used the occasion of the race-fueled Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca to announce its new Heritage Collection Lineup. The event was punctuated with the debut of the collection's first member, the 2014 Saleen George Follmer Edition Mustang.
Follmer's name will likely sound familiar to fans of American racing in the 1960s and '70s. The driver competed in Formula One with the Shadow team in 1973, ran the Indianapolis 500, was the Can-Am champion in 1972 and drove stock cars in NASCAR's Winston Cup as well. The multi-disciplined driver is now one of three -the other two being Mark Donohue and Swede Savage - with the honor of upcoming, limited edition Saleen-tuned vehicles..
Follmer's name will likely sound familiar to fans of American racing in the 1960s and '70s.
