This is a beautiful original Western Falcon Squire Wagon (81,xxx original miles) that underwent a restoration two summers ago. The engine is a 200 cid motor that has been rebuilt and has some trick aftermarket "go fast" parts on it to give it plenty of up and go power. Has a Clifford header exhaust on it and a two barrel carb with a GM distributor. These parts alone were $1300+ and it makes a big difference in performance. Dual exhaust help the motor breath nicely. The engine bay is completely detailed and shows great.
The exterior is a base/clear paint. The paint color is dark green metallic with 5 coats of clear had rubbed and buffed to a nice glassy finish. The paint also shows really nice at shows.
The interior was completely gutted and new custom color carpet added, and new leather 2010 Mustang adjustable bucket seats were added for a comfortable ride. The rear fold-down factory seat was taken to a custom upholstery shop and matched to the front buckets. When folded down., there is a wood deck that is in the back part of the interior making it really nice inside. New headliner, all rubber trim, door panels, chrome handles etc are all new. Custom console with gauges round off the interior.
This is a show winner at every show it attends and the last show I was parked next to a $100,000 built 68 Mustang and this Falcon had a crown around it the whole show...the poor guy next to me was a little pissed that my little Falcon Wagon was the hit of the show!...It's rare rare to have one in this condition. The floors are original and rust free as it the rest of the ford sheet metal.
The wood accents on the exterior were hand painted and cleared to make them have more of a "woody" look., and most people thing they are wood....(even though they are fiberglass) The rear back up lights are NOS units (do not work) and the rear window is electric and is controlled from the dash.
To see more on this beauty., I have built a website with a ton of photos and more descriptions. You can view the site at:
(EBAY WILL NOT LET ME PUT A LINK ON HERE TO MY WEBSITE WITH 80 PLUS IMAGES AND DETAILED DESCRIPTION of this falcon..., SO PLEASE EMAIL ME TO GET THE LINK, YOU WILL SEE A LOT MORE INFORMATION AND PHOTOS)
Don't let this one pass you by...selling only to fund the opening of our car shop...so need some start up cash...It's a shame that I built this car so nice and have to sell it sooo soon. I am kind of a perfectionist, and this car is detailed to the hilt. inside and out.
Thanks., Guy
P.S. Winning bidder is required to pay a $500 paypal payment after close of auction and payment is expected within 5 days of close of auction. I can help load this Wagon onto your preferred carrier.

Justin Bell makes a horrible policeman
Mon, 11 Nov 2013If you're wondering what type of person makes a good police officer, it seems a racecar driver doesn't. Let us rephrase that: Justin Bell, a racecar driver and the host of Motor Trend's World's Fastest Car Show, recently got behind the wheel of a 5.0-liter Ford Mustang police car with Sergeant Daniel Shrubb, co-founder of DRAGG (Drag Racing Against Gangs and Graffiti), and proved that his high-performance-driving skillset is a bit too aggressive for police duty.
While it's easy to get carried away in a Mustang GT, a patrol car driver must maintain some sort of restraint while pursuing a criminal, so as not to come off as a reckless driver to the public. We'll admit, some pursuit techniques are counter-intuitive to performance driving (stay off the gas in a lane-change exercise?), but Bell's judicious use of the handbrake can't be normal procedure.
Watch "The One With The Ford Mustang 5.0 Police Car" (yes, we caught the Friends reference too) below to see some shenanigans in one of Michigan's finest patrol cars.

Ford pits The Stig against Gran Turismo 6 in Focus ST Goodwood run
Thu, 03 Jul 2014The Goodwood Festival of Speed is one of the world great automotive gatherings. So, it was the perfect event for Ford to give the refreshed 2015 Focus ST its world debut in front of a loving public. It even surprised us with a new diesel-powered version, as well.
The Blue Oval really put its focus on making the ST a better driver for this refresh. It left its 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder alone to still pump out a respectable 252 horsepower and 270 pound-feet of torque. The changes like a retuned front suspension, electric power steering and improved interior made the hot hatch an even better place to spend time behind the wheel.
To prove that the Focus ST is still as potent as ever, Ford set up a one-on-one race up the Goodwood Hill. But instead of putting the two cars side-by-side, former Stig from Top Gear UK, Ben Collins, piloted the real model up the course, and his rival drove the virtual version in Gran Turismo 6. The two hot hatches set off at the same time to see whether reality could beat the virtual world, and the finish was actually extremely close. Scroll down to watch the video and find out the winner of this battle at Goodwood.
