Up for sale is my 1998 Mustang Cobra. This car was purchased in April of 2007 and I have been the owner since. The vehicle was purchased with only 37,000 miles and was 100% stock at the time. The reason I am selling the vehicle is due to an unfortunate knock that has developed in the motor. Unfortunately I do not have the time or money to invest back into the car as I recently finished college and just started a new job. This car has been my pride and joy since the date of purchase and is one of nine mustangs I have owned over the years. The car was maintained meticulously and always garaged. Up until a short time ago it was only driven in the summer months. However being in school I couldn't afford to keep two vehicles and had to use it for a short time during the winter. The car is extremely clean and has only a few very minor flaws(small door ding on passenger side that could be pushed out and a few other tiny paint blemishes). Some of the things I have upgraded over the years are... New KYB struts and shocks(2013), New tires(2013, 80% or more), Drilled/Slotted rotors and ceramic pads (2012), Ford Motorsport clutch(2012), Eibach sportline racing springs, BBK offroad H pipe, Borla catback exhaust, and Steeda Tri-Ax short throw shifter. You can see in the pictures some of the cosmetic things I had done to the car like tinted windows, Wheel spacers in the back(sets them out to line up with front wheels), rear bumper inserts, and a Cobra emblem for the grill area. I have invested a lot of time and money into this car and it saddens me to have to sell. The interior is in great condition as well and I am not a smoker. The driver seat does have some minor wearing on the left lumbar which is typical of these cars.The car does still run and was put back into storage after the knock developed. RTR Spec 5 Concept shows off 2015 Ford Mustang's drifty potential

Meet the Ford Mustang RTR Spec 5 Concept, a fully functional drift car that, according to our team in Sin City, has been doling out demo drifts in front of the Las Vegas Convention Center.
Destined to be the flagship of RTR's Tactical Performance Line, the Spec 5 Concept is, in addition to its 5.0-liter Aluminator V8 engine, chock full of performance parts that you can buy for your very own 2015 Mustang. In addition to the Ford Racing engine, the OEM parts supplier has lent the Spec 5 an aluminum radiator and a close-ratio six-speed transmission.
ASD Motorsports provided the front lower control arms, while the car itself rides on a fully customized coilover suspension. Magnaflow and American Racing have provided the exhaust system and headers, respectively. 20-inch HRE wheels, designed for RTR, are wrapped in sticky Nitto rubber.

Ford Tourneo ready for duty in Connect, Courier and Custom flavors [w/videos]

Ford was relatively quiet at the Geneva Motor Show, but it did take the opportunity to roll out its new family of Tourneo vans: the Courier, Connect, Grand Connect and Custom. As the passenger version of the Transit cargo vans, the new range of Tourneo models vary from the B-segment Courier up to the fullsize Custom. The Connect and Grand Connect are based on the redesigned 2014 Ford Transit Connect.
With an overall length just three inches longer than the Fiesta hatchback, the Tourneo Courier seats four to five passengers, and it offers a choice of three engines: the 1.0-liter EcoBoost or two small diesels. Like the 2014 Transit Connect was saw in Paris last year, the Tourneo Connect comes in a five-seat configuration while the Grand Connect can seat seven. Finally, the Tourneo Custom seats up to nine passengers, and it is available in two lengths up to 210 inches long putting it just six inches shorter than a standard-length E-Series van and about a foot longer than the Explorer.

Ford promises 12 new global performance vehicles through 2020

Ford just keeps rolling out the big announcements today. We've already told you about the next-gen Focus RS coming to the US and the upcoming Sync 3 infotainment system. And this latest one should perk up the ears of racing fans or anyone who enjoys an enthusiastic drive (basically, all Autoblog readers). The Blue Oval says it has "more than 12" new performance vehicles on the way globally through 2020. Unfortunately, the only one that the automaker confirms at the moment is the Focus RS, but recent rumors might suggest a few others. Ford reportedly has the Shelby Mustang GT350R, next-gen F-150 Raptor and a Ford GT successor all on the way, all of which could possibly debut at the Detroit Auto Show in January. The future GT might even take the company back to racing at Le Mans. Speaking of motorsports, Ford is also blending its performance vehicle and racing efforts worldwide into a unified entity by combining SVT, Team RS and Ford Racing into a new organization called Ford Performance. It's responsible not just for excelling on the track but also for developing aero improvements, electronics, powertrain and lightweight tech for the Blue Oval's vehicles. "Our new global Ford Performance team ties together racing, performance vehicles and parts. It will allow us to more quickly introduce products and accessories that meet the needs of customers around the world on-road and on the track," said Raj Nair, Ford group vice president, Global Product Development, in the company's press release. The automaker thinks this market might be booming, especially among younger buyers. For example, recent data shows Millennials buy ST models at twice the rate of the rest of Ford's cars.
