SELLING A 1965 FORD FAIRLANE 500. THE CAR WAS BOUGHT WITH THE INTENTIONS OF RESTORING BUT THE PERSON THAT DOES MOST OF MY WORK IS BACKED UP AND JUST DOESN'T HAVE TIME FOR IT RIGHT NOW. IT HAS THE LOOK TO BE A VERY NICE CAR BUT DONT WANT IT TO SIT AND I HAVE TOO MANY OTHER CARS AND PROJECTS. IT HAS A NICE SOUNDING 302 H.O. V8 WITH AUTOMATIC TRANS. IT NEEDS MOTOR MOUNTS TO DRIVE AND I AM HAVING THEM INSTALLED THIS WEEK. BODY IS IN FAIR SHAPE. IT IS NOT A RUST BUCKET BUT DOES HAVE SOME FORMING ON DRIVERS LOWER QUARTER AND COUPLE BUBBLES ON DRIVERS DOOR. HAS BEEN REPAINTED AT SOME POINT AND HAS CHIPPED OFF IN VARIOUS PLACES. BUMPERS ARE IN GREAT SHAPE ALSO THE SIDE CHROME IS NICE BUT HAS A FEW DINGS IN THEM. TRUNK AND FLOORS SEEM FINE. INTERIOR IS FAIR SHAPE. FRONT AND REAR SEATS HAVE BEEN REDONE AND IN GREAT SHAPE. CARPET FAIR. DOOR PANELS FAIR. DASH IS DECENT. HEADLINER GOOD DRIVER QUALITY. ALL LIGHTS SEEM TO WORK. HAS AT SOME POINT HAD FRONT BRAKES CONVERTED TO DISC BRAKES.WHEELS ARE NICE BUT TIRES ARE DRY ROTTED. HAVE NOT REALLY DRIVEN THE CAR BECAUSE OF MOTOR MOUNTS BUT THE ENGINE SOUNDS HEALTHY. HAS FLOWMASTERS WITH NICE TIPS COMING OUT THE REAR. CAR NEEDS WORK AND I AM NOT ASKING ALOT JUST RECOUPING MY INVESTMENT. ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE ASK.

Drive Ford's new Mustang in Need For Speed Rivals
Mon, 16 Dec 2013If waiting for the all-new 2015 Ford Mustang to hit dealerships is just too tall of an order, you'll be happy to hear that there is now an alternative means of getting behind the wheel of America's favorite pony car. The Mustang is making its video game debut in Need For Speed Rivals.
"We worked closely with the development team at EA to provide them with engineering data for the new Mustang, several months before we showed it to the rest of the world," said Ford product licensing manager Mark Bentley. "Computer design models enabled the game developers to create an accurate representation of the new Mustang before it goes on sale."
Players will have access to five unique designs for the Mustang, allowing a degree of individuality beyond solid colors and decals. According to Digital Marketing Manager Andrea Zuehlk of Ford, those designs are drawn from the four most popular designs on the Mustang Customizer, an online, mobile and tablet app that allows the public to design their own custom Mustang. A fifth design, penned by drift racer Vaughn Gittin, Jr., is also available.

2015 Ford Focus Sedan is fresh-faced and ready to defend its Most Popular crown
Wed, 09 Apr 2014Ford has made an art of deeper-than-normal midlife updates since the 2010 Fusion, a strategy that has allowed it to keep models looking fresher in showrooms for longer without needing full redesigns. Instead of slight touchups to light fixtures, new paint colors and perhaps new wheel patterns, Ford has been digging deeper, with significant sheetmetal changes and very different front-end looks, along with an increased emphasis on new in-car technologies to keep models vibrant. Other automakers are following this trend, and Ford itself is continuing on the path with this new 2015 Focus Sedan.
There's a handsome new SE Sport Package that includes a firmer touring suspension, modest body kit and 17-inch wheels.
We first saw this sleek Aston Martin-like nose fitted to a Focus at the Geneva Motor Show last month, but Ford only showed the new look on the five-door hatchback - this is the first appearance of the sedan, which will bow at next week's New York Auto Show. The front end treatment is the same, with a new hood, new headlamps incorporating LED accents, a different grille shape and a completely revised lower fascia that does away with the 2014 model's controversial triangle-shaped corners and gaping intakes. The rear gets a new two-piece, laser-brazed trunk lid with new taillamps, but the overall look is quite similar to last year's car. In any case, the refreshed look brings the Focus sedan more in line with the design of Ford's other recently reworked cars, including the Fusion and Fiesta.
